In ordinary circumstances, I believe that we members of the TG community
should stick together and avoid the cat and in-fighting that is so typical
of us all. Usually I don't mind people doing what they want as long as it
doesn't hurt anyone else, but in this case, I *have* been hurt, possibly
very seriously legally and certianly emotionally, though really, the human
rights case this person may have put in jeopardy is my major concern.

Without getting into alot of detail, I would like to take a moment to fill
readers in on a situation I have been dealing with for the last week. If
you are regular, you have likely seen my previous post "FYI" offering
electronic copies of a recent Law Reform Commission Report in BC. Since
then, I have been bombarded with lengthy email from one L.D.Blake, who I
believe to be in reality Laura Masters. The person refuses to indicate if
he or she is or is not Ms.Masters. In any case, when communicating with
this person I urge the utmost caution. I have *NEVER* encountered someone
so pushy, unyielding, inaccurate, presumptuous, absolutely audacious, and
downright ignorant in my life. Talk about someone who is high on
themselves. They claim to know what is best for all of us, without having
any sort of credentials to back such a claim up. I suppose since I barely
look in on the ngs, perhaps I am the last to know about this individual,
but if *you* know what is best for you, DO NOT enter into dialogue in any
form with this person, and if it is absolutely necessary to do so, say as
little as possible, give no details, let her do her rant, and then hope
she goes away. I am currently in this hoping stage, having made the
mistake of talking to her in the first place.

Never flamed before but hand me
another marshmellow,

I wouldn't either, while I was not her and thus indicated to be her.
What you think or believe is your business.

I had a small personal Mail-versation with L.D. and did not come to this
conclusion. Didn't you just ask her to go? It often helps you know....
You could also ignore mail. There is always a wastebasket.

I just hate the fact that you try to start this up again. If you don't
like someone it is (again) your business.

It is stupid to clot up groups like this with the same mess all over.
(and rather easy too)
A nice Christmass thought may be to let this one burn down before it
really flames up.

Flames are expected at the feast of epiphany you know, or easter.

I'm like Faye -- I've corresponded with L.D. Blake and she seems very
rational to me. Why not just delete the mail if you don't want to read
it? I'd recommend letting go of this.
