DIARY OF A LOST GIRL (1929), made in Germany, starring Louise Brooks.
I had read for years about how beautiful Brooks was but had never
seen one of her films. I am a convert!
I, CLAUDIUS -- made for British TV about 20 years ago, now out on
a 7-disc set for a bit under $200.
INTOLERANCE (1916), by D. W. Griffith.
P.S. Sun Coast stores are now appearing on the West Coast too.

Thanks for the update of disc titles, and yes! yes! to Diary of a Lost Girl
and Louise Brooks!! I have a tape of that release, which I got a year ago
for reviewing it among a set of releases for a library publication, and immed-
iately fell in love with my Miss Brooks (ahem...). Seriously, she's an amazing
icon of the cinema--one of the most--and I don't know why I haven't seen
Pandora's Box yet. That one isn't out on disc yet, is it? Jeff Clark
