Dear friends,
I got my staff to work overtime last night to gather at least 20 patients,
we are now maintaining symptom free by just massaging the prostate, who are
reporting regularly for the last 10 years.
All these patients were treated with triple antibiotics and massage
initially, and are now being maintained symptom free or relief of
recurrences of symptoms by massage done every 3 - 12 months interval.
without antibiotics. The youngest is 42 years old and the oldest 65.
Initially, 17 patients had urinary, erection problems, and pain as the
presenting symptoms.
6 patients below 50 years old did not have erection problems and only
slight pressure symptoms.
Of patients that are reporting for follow up, none developed recurrence of
urinary symptoms, except feeling of pressure on urination. These patients
will have recurrence of prostate enlargement, which we can easily
decompressed.
11 patients above 50 years old will have diminution of erection and or back
and testicular pain recurrent and would improve after a few massages. All
others had no recurrences of symptoms and will report very 6-12 months for
routine check up. We find that these patients' prostate are still flat and
firm. The frequency of massage was done every 1-2 days and the length never
exceed 4 massage.
I find it unnecessary to do a double blind study using placebo. Those on
placebo might sue the doctor for wasting their time, and would not be fair
to these patients.
We also have gathered 4 patients, who refused antibiotics initially,
pressure symptoms were relieved after decompressing the prostate, however
the urinary frequency did not improved and only improved after we
administer antibiotics.
We do not have any prostatodynia patients, and those that may be, usually
do not return for follow up after 2-4 massage without improvement of their
symptoms. Two of these patients returned a few months later, after they
have consulted several doctors and will now submit to our full treatment
are cured or relieved of symptoms and no longer prostatodynic.
This statistics will prove useful for the doctor to analyze and is
presented for that purpose.
For the skeptical doctor, all I can say is verify these facts or SHUT UP.
It is a common knowledge among doctors in this country, that I have been
massaging the prostate of my patients since 1981. Some even accused me of
massaging the pockets of the patients. This skepticism is beyond me now and
I have the full respect, some grudgingly of doctors.
If we only take 10 patients I massage daily since 1981 when I retired from
surgery, that would be an average of 3000 massage yearly x 16 years =
45,000 times I inserted my finger into the anus of patients, and many got
to like it and I have also been teased that I enjoy myself doing it.
