Hugh's program on the CD is the same one that Mr and Mrs Hyperbot use to
choose their moves.
Good luck!

That explains the ~2000 GG rating then.
I watched hypergammon (Mr. Hypergammon)for the first time yesterday as it
happens and decided that it isn't as easy as it first appears and quite
interesting really.
Probably good holding game / "run or stay" practice although I think I'll
stick with regular for now as I still have heap amounts to learn there
before touching variants.

I have a (very) old version that runs under DOS that I suspect will not run
under Win ME when I change my computer later this year. Anyone know if
there is a newer Windows version ? The windows interface mentioned at the
bottom of hypergammon.html doc refers to the front end to all Hugh Sconyers
discs (used to access the databases) and not to the program itself.
