but the kike bastard Edeiken is and he has been sued (and lost) numerous times
for malpractice, he has been publicly censured by the highest court in his home
state, two law firms disavowed him as being an associate of theirs though he

and fabrications and lies because I did not refute them. How could I have
refuted the false accusations when I was never served with them? You can't deny

after those thirty days passed which only means that my attorney should have
received those complaints in late July so they could be answered! Of course you
liars claim I did not have an attorney BUT Yale knew I did and I have court
records proving Yale issued a subpoena on my attorney on July 14, 2000. I also
have an e-mail exchange between my attorney and Yale dated May 29, 2000 in which
my attorney told Yale to stop sending me stuff but to send ALL documents to him
seeing how he was representing me. I have the e-mails on file and I also have
Yale's postings on file where he denies such happened and then later admitted
the e-mail existed! HOW WILL THAT PLAY BEFORE A JURY!?

I also have the petition for relief of judgment on file too which in part reads:

COMES NOW, the defendant, Scott Bradbury, by and through his counsel Daylin B.

On August 25, 2000, the Plaintiff filed a Praecipe for Default Judgment with

pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 237.3 (a).

"[The] plaintiff engage[d] in a vendetta against the defendant. The court has
heard telephone messages left on the defendant's answering machine, in which

the complaint when he first becomes involved in the case, he is told "Fuck You"
via e-mail. In plain English, this is not a lawsuit, it is a bizarre war waged
by Mr. Edeiken on a man he has never met. The court should not be a party to

court and make you substantiate your claims and in the process re-open that
lawsuit and then pursue criminal prosecutions!

Always remember this:

1) I won that lawsuit- the judgment against me was overturned and the lawsuit
was dismissed in my favor. Also I was NEVER served with the lawsuit's
"complaints" against me! (Neither myself NOR my attorney ever got copies of the

possibly answered the accusations when I was never served with them? I was not

death threat against me? The above is in court records and was filed as a sworn
complaint against me, the Defendant, who on just the night before had his name,
address, and telephone number posted with an incitement to murder.

I am not now, nor have I ever been, Mr. Edeiken's boss. Further, Mr.
Edeiken has no connection with the Nizkor Project, and has not had one
since mid-July, when I removed him from a Nizkor mailing list. For
1998 and 1999, the only real connection Mr. Edeiken had with Nizkor

With respect to your interpretation of my words, I can only suggest
