Although it may always not be clear, initially, where a bug lies, may
I advertise that LIBG++ bugs should go to their own list? Cross
posting to both lists may also be useful.

LIBG++ is a suite which contains code to build a libg++.a and useful
bits, eg {gc}perf, and is standalone from G++.
