My first contribution to alt. humor.jewish: Three nazis got ahold of this
old Berlin Jew and said "Jew, who caused the war?" He was no fool. He
looked up at them and said "The Jews... and the bicycle riders." The nazis
were puzzled and said "Why the bicycle riders?" He again looked up at them
and said "Why the Jews?" NOTE: After the start of WWII, in the German movie
theaters prior to the showing of the film, flashed on the screen, was the
question, "Who started the war?" The audience was supposed to shout "juden"
(the Jews). In the dark of the theater, the anti-nazis would yell "the
bicycle riders!!!" Needless to say, the theater managers started to leave
the house lights on, when the question was shown.
