My original toolbar which was on the bottom of my screen
and standard size somehow exploded into almost half the
monitor screen on the right side. The icons are at the
bottom and the "start" icon is at the top. The remaining
area is useless space which is used to list the program I
am working with and programs which are on standby. How can
I return the toolbar to the bottom of my screen and to its
regular size???

Run the cursor over the edge of the taskbar until a double headed arrow
appears. Left click and drag the taskbar back to its original size.
Left click in the clock area and run the cursor to the bottom center of
the desktop and release.

>THE TOOLBAR STRETCHES VERY EASELY AND MOVES AROUND EASY
TOO.. HOLD DOWN BOTH LT AND RT CLICKERS AT SAME TIME AND
MOVE POINTER TO EADGE OF TOOLBAR. YOU WILL SEE POINTER
CHAHGE TO A BLACK MARKER. WHEN IN THE SHAPE YOU CAN
STRETCH THE EDGE OF TOOLBAR BACK TO WHERE YOU WANT IT.
THIS ALSO WORKS FOR STRETCHING OR SHRINKING EVERYTING ALL
PAGES, ETC. AS FAR AS YOUR TOOLBAR MOVING AGAIN HOLD DOWN
LF CLICKER POINTER ON TOOLBAR AND MOVE BLACK CIRCLE TO
WHERE YOU WANT THE TOOLBAR. IT TAKES A COUPLE OF TRIES
BUT YOU GET THE HANG OF IT GOOD LUCK
