Position names?

Hi all,

I was just doing some idle thinking about names for the various positions.
What brought this about was that I was watching a snow boarding tape
and they had different names for different tricks.

Not having a Kama Sutra (sp?) in my library, are there names for _all_
the different positions? (not considering standing on your head or
swinging from a trapeze, etc).

Examples:

Missionary Guy on top
Doggy Guy behind
Cowgirl (?) Gal on top, facing guy
Reverse cowgirl Gal on top, facing away from guy

What about lying side by side, same direction, gal with top leg up and
inserting from behind?

Any special name for missionary, but with one of the gal's legs
straight up along guys torso?? (you can suck her toes!)

How about moving from missionary to cowgirl by rolling over, without
withdrawing? Same as above but by having guy leaning backward and
going to cowgirl?

To get even more interesting...what about girl getting fucked doggy
style and sucking on another guy's cock? or licking a pussy!

Is this in an FAQ? (if it is...sorry!)
