'86.5-'88 Toyota Supra (not turbo, want these years because of the new
body style, and I fell in love with an 86.5 I
drove a few years back)
'89 Taurus SHO (on the expensive end, but I love my friend's '91 - I know
the shifter is notchy, and clutch was bad, but the former
I can probably deal with, and the latter was supposedly
fixed in a recall)
'89-'90 Chevy Lumina Eurosport
'87-'90 Chevy Beretta (possibly GT, possibly regular model)
'88-90 Ford Probe
Seen a few others, but these remain my favorites. Any info on a specific
model/year to stay away from? Any others that someone could recommend?
I'm looking for a sporty but reliable car, prefer standard shift, so
reliability there is important also. I'm a 21 year old male (clean record)
who is already insured on a Olds Toronado and Ford Explorer, so I don't see
that I'd be spending THAT much more on insurance (will sell the Toronado as
I get the new (used) car)...
TIA
