Calling All Star Fleet Officers:
Do you remember this spring when Steve Linex posted a whole pile
of material connecting the WW II NAZI's (now resurrected as the
CYBER NATIONALISTS discussed in recent postings) with the whole
UFO phenomena? I am posting this to Steve for permission to
repost - and I think this is the psychological moment when we
should muster our collective effort to all do the same.
We are dealing with a powerful enemy. In his Video - Bill Cooper
says its all over - aliens took over this planet long ago - as a
young girl I watched the rise of the Nazi movement - and it was
as if young men went mad when this Zeitgeist phenomena was pumped
into our planetary system.
Understanding the power of a mission implant I have no trouble
accepting this. I have been locked into a mission implant for 23
years as my postings proclaim. I now regard in part as an
inoculation against Zeitgeist inflow - possibly received when I
expressed deep anger when my husband and many friends were killed
in WWII. This is when I first became active in the Peace
Movement.
I am diametrically opposed to the rise of the 4th Reich, because
as a professional investigator of secret societies I have been
able to pinpoint what awful damage compartmentalization of the
human psyche can do. Its the old tolpoid idea of "I am better
than/worse than you" the opposite to equality. I know exactly how
this system works. This is the basic evolutionary nature of THE
BEAST in its desire to be "better than."
This is why JC taught the opposite to ego-drive with "turn the
other cheek" - meaning don't try to be top-dog YANG - be
observant YIN.
For the last 5 years - ever since a CBC Radio Host in Winnipeg
got it started in his radio show, MAY has been UFO MONTH in
Canada. What if we extend this UFO MONTH to the world?

lets go ALL OUT to COMMUNICATE - FULL BLAST. Let BATTLE STAR
GALAXIA go into her maiden battle with the Force of Darkness.
It is my honest opinion that Earth is on the brink of an
historical event. Every person on this planet is a part of it.
We should each bear as much weight as we possible can. To this
end we have loaded our Citadels in Cyberspace -
We need to use every possible means of getting this message out.
For example: Some of my old-tyme colleagues have just started an
expose type newspaper in Ottawa, our national capital, which is
cosmopolitical - international and alert - We share a basic

I would like to talk to you about my favorite band -- the 4 Nurses
of the Apocalypse.
Lead singer/guitarist Phoebe Legere is a dear friend. She is an
original member of the "Cybergrrls" -- a group of Internet-connected
women who meet in the "@ Cafe" in New York City's East Village. I
was introduced to Phoebe by my sister. Together, we saw her perform
at CBGB's, in mid-November, 1995. With lead guitarist Tristan Avakian,
Ms. Legere belted out her repetoirre of punk rock music. I have since

As I have stated in the past a person sent me a request to give
my opinion about a certain video that was to be sent to me in the
future. I decided to ask Winifred about the central idea of the
video, that had to do with our Earth at one time being in the
vicinity of what I thought was Jupiter. I then told her that it
should have been the planet Saturn. Here are my statements to her

Dear John-Win. You ask a very interesting question. When dealing
with planets we are dealing with billions of years of evolution.
It seems that Earth was first populated by "star-spore" from
another planetary system. On the plane of TOTEMIC SYMBOLS we
associate Saturn with the Sabbath, the maturated feminine psyche
who is God's wife. She is therefore the planet that theoretically
gives birth. Quite possibly "MU THE MOTHERLAND", in esoteric
philosophy.
Planets too have certain fertility rites. The Orphic Egg that
sits in the time warp of the Cosmic Womb before its emergence
into the Galactic Federation. I associate this Father G-- with
Jehovah, because in the most ancient scripts Sabbath is quoted as
saying "I was with him before the Earth-play began." This implies a
huge Omnipotent - Omniscient Mind of eternal cosmic lovers fully
conscious but on a totally different time scale to human
understanding. Sabbath means this Lord of the Elements and therefore
Lord of Elemental Magic.
Saturn is the true 7th Cosmic "Sabbath" Day. He is identified with
the Greek g-- CRONUS (?Kronia Communications?) who taught the arts of
civilization and helped usher in a period of prosperity that became
known as the Golden Age. One day Saturn vanished from the earth. This
was the principle of spiritual equality, for at the Saturnalia
festivals masters and slaves shared the same table as a sign that no
social divisions existed during the Golden Age. ie G-- created all
men equal - which is the antipode to the CYBER NATIONALIST code I
wrote you about.
This makes your question very interesting....
Man and g-- mingling in equality is what our second "Golden Age"
the one we are now entering - is all about. Cronus - Sun - LIght -
"Let there be Light" - Light Forces - it all correlates. The USA
Constitution says "G-- created all men equal" which is a Saturnian
principle and bedrock of an intelligent civilization.
Saturn is of course Satur-day in the modern calendar. The seven
days of the week are all associated with the sacred planets and
the precession of the planets, deals with the psychological
COMPLETION of our specie; or the ability of the human psyche to
carry the weight of responsibility for the proper running of this
Star Ship... Venus symbolizes the psyche in a more youthful form.
(this is the planet associated with the biblical Mary Magdalene in
the mysteries of the Knights Templar) Saturn is the spiritual heavy
weight.
We have only touched on the subject of TOTEMIC SYMBOLS - and on the
totemic plane John I don't have much infrastructure to work with in
explaining this to your people. Totemic symbols are the imperishable
plates of the Akashic Record we used to talk about long ago. They are
like the huge plates of the Mother Ship but they represent qualities
and spiritual characteristics.
As to the origin of earth, I see it as a fruit on the Tree of
Life which is generally regarded as a huge SACRED MUSHROOM - or
MU for short, whose spore is like star seed which explodes into
galaxies. This seed is then mingled with the blood of all the
planetary species in the Holy Grail, until the seed (THE WORD) of
the civilization matures (which could well indicate exit through
the "Saturn Portal.") All blood of all life is mingled in this cup.
It intrigues me that pictures of Saturn make it a mushroom colour. I
think I wrote you on the concept of this version of the biblical
"Tree of Life" which says of itself.... "I am old, older than thought
in your species, which is itself fifty times older than your history.
Though I have been on earth for ages I am from the stars. My home is
no one planet, for many worlds scattered through the shining disc of
the galaxy have conditions which allow my spores an opportunity for
life.
The mushroom which you see is the part of my body given to sex
thrills and sun bathing, my true body is a fine network of fibres
growing through the soil. These networks may cover acres and may have
far more connections that the number in a human brain. My mycelial
network is nearly immortal only the sudden toxification of a planet
or the explosion of its parent star can wipe me out.
By means impossible to explain because of certain misconceptions
in your model of reality all my mycelial networks in the galaxy
are in hyperlight communication across space and time. The mycelial
body is as fragile as a spider's web but the collective hypermind and
memory is a vast historical archive of the career of evolving
intelligence on many worlds in our spiral star swarm.
Space, you see, is a vast ocean to those hardy life forms that
have the ability to reproduce from spores, for spores are covered
with the hardest organic substance known. Across the aeons of time
and space drift many spore-forming life-forms in suspended animation
for millions of years until contact is made with a suitable
environment.
Few such species are minded, only myself and my recently evolved
near relatives have achieved the hyper-communication mode and
memory capacity that makes us leading members in the community of
galactic intelligence. How the hypercommunication mode operates
is a secret which will not be lightly given to man. But the means
should be obvious: it is the occurrence of psilocybin and psilocin in
the biosynthetic pathways of my living body that opens for me and my
symbiots the vision screens to many worlds.
You as an individual and man as a species are on the brink of the
formation of a symbiotic relationship with my genetic material

I never got here by way of the sacred mushroom - I came by the hard
route of spiritual humility - but people tell me that this other
route works.

Tired of the same old road-side attractions? Put a little zip in your
next vacation with a visit to the weird and wonderful San Luis Valley.
On any given night, you might be treated to dazzling aerial displays
of huge flaming fireballs, small dancing fireballs, flying triangles,
bell-shaped objects, hybrid aircraft ("like something out of the
Jetsons.") and good old fashioned flying saucers.
By day, you may be lucky enough to have your own bigfoot sighting or
stumble upon the carcass of a freshly mutilated cow.
A sweeping expanse, about three times the size of Delaware, the San
Luis Valley runs north/south for 125 miles from southern Colorado into
New Mexico. It is bordered on the west by the jagged San Juan
Mountains and on the East by the majestic Sangre de Cristo range.
Presiding over this vast serenity is the 14,363 ft. Mt. Blanca. Many
Native Americans of the Southwest consider Blanca to be the Sacred
Mountain of the East, the place on Earth where thought originates.
According to these legends, Blanca is also a doorway or "portal
area"- the place of emergence for the Star People, who are often
described as "arriving aboard flying seed pods."
Nestled against the Sangres, a few miles north of Blanca, is the Great
Sand Dunes National Monument. This 50 square miles of gleaming sand is
one of North America's most impressive natural wonders. Near the Dunes
area is a series of small lakes which some Native Americans call the
sipapu, or point of emergence of their people from the underworld.
A few miles north of the Dunes lies the small town of Crestone. In
recent years, this ex-mining town has grown into a thriving New Age
Mecca. Drawn by "a certain mystical vibration", several traditional
religious groups, as well as some unconventional sects have
established temples, retreat centers and monasteries in vicinity.
Crestone residents speak of a "magnifying glass effect" which they say
is conducive for spiritual seekers. Local legend has it that this
pristine place has always been a sacred spot to Native Americans.
Members of various tribes traveled hundreds of miles to go on "vision
quests" here.
Currently, Crestone residents are debating the pros and cons of
allowing an Albuquerque group to build a 450 ft. pink granite
pyramid in their midst. According to Dr. Norma Milanovich, a group of
alien beings called the Arcturians channeled instructions to her
(through her computer) to build the "Templar". It's purpose would be
to "increase the Earth's vibrational frequency as it undergoes a
birthing process into the Fifth Dimension."
It is here among the meditators and channelers that we might find
Chris O'Brien and his partner Isadora; that is, if Chris isn't out
investigation reports of weirdly surgerized cows and unidentified
flying objects. A rock musician by night and researcher of "one of
America's most anomalous regions" by day, Chris is a gregarious man of
37. He's fond of sporting a T-shirt which reads: Metaphysically
Challenged. He tells us; "This area is unique. No other area in the
country has the variety of anomalous activity or the recent levels of
weirdness."
O'Brien who is writing a book about his investigations titled,
Mysterious Valley, has his hands full with media projects. He has just
filmed a segment for the Fox Network show, Sightings. Unsolved
Mysteries and Encounters have expressed interest. In recent months,
The Denver Post, the Rocky Mountain News and several local newspapers,
TV and radio stations have provided a steady stream of stories on the
strange goings on in the San Luis Valley.
So what is going on? The valley first drew national and world media
attention back in 1967 with the case of Snippy the Horse.
Snippy (whose real name was Lady), was an Appaloosa mare who was found
"mutilated" on September 9th, 1967, on the King Ranch, a few miles
south of the Great Sand Dunes. She was the pride and joy of Burl and
Nellie Lewis. The animal was boarded on the ranch of Nellies's
brother, Harry King. Mr. King found Snippy, dead and horribly
disfigured less than a quarter mile from his house. Somehow, the
animal had been completely denuded of flesh from the neck up.
According to Dr. John Altshuler, a Denver pathologist, and
hematologist who examined the carcass, the animal's internal chest
organs had been removed "surgically with heat." The mare was drained
of blood and the cuts were "surgically precise." Further lab
examination by Dr. Altshuler revealed that the animals hemoglobin had
been "cooked." The implications were that some type of laser cutting
tool had been used.
Don Richmond, of the Pueblo County Sheriff's Department, and his wife
Alice noted several other interesting oddities at the site. A
medicinal "incense-like " smell hung over the area. Bushes near the
carcass were flattened. Strange holes were poked into the ground and
other random burn and scorch marks punctuated the meadow. Most curious
of all was the fact that Snippy had apparently been running at full
speed when her tracks ended abruptly. Her body was found 100 feet
beyond the last prints.
For several months prior to the incident, Nellie Lewis and other area
residents had seen unusual nocturnal lights bobbing and weaving
through the valley. On the evening Snippy was killed, Agnes King,
Harry's 87 year old mother had seen a "large object" pass over the
ranch house. Unfortunately, she wasn't wearing her glasses at the
time.
The Associated Press in Denver put a story on the world-wide wires
stating that Mrs. Lewis was "blaming a flying saucer" for her horse's
death.
Since the days of Snippy there have been several thousand animals
reported mutilated throughout the U.S and Canada. The evidence grows
that the phenomenon is world-wide. The large majority of these animals
have been cattle.
Mutilation is an inappropriate term to describe the precise and
intricate surgery so often reported in a "classic" case. The typical
pattern goes like this: the animal is found with no signs of
struggle. The sex organs are neatly removed. The rectum is "cored
out." In the case of females, the udder or individual teats are
excised. The classic mutilation also involves various other missing
members - an eye, and ear, the tongue, a portion of the lip or snout,
teeth, a patch of skin, the heart.
Almost invariably, investigators report that the animal is drained of
blood. Nor is there blood around the cow or around the cuts. The scene
of the crime reveals no tracks or evidence that would cast light on
how the operation was performed.
What few clues there are tend to be puzzling, contradictory and
challenging to our notions of reality. Much has been made of unusual
aerial phenomena reported in mutilation "flap" areas. Almost every
type of flying object imaginable has been seen; from saucer-shaped
objects with revolving lights, to dark unmarked helicopters. Many of
these "helicopters" are reported as being "totally silent" and
performing maneuvers beyond the limits of (known) contemporary
technology.
Cultists and pranksters were the first suspects. Cattlemen's
associations offered thousands of dollars in reward money for the
apprehension of the culprits. By 1975, when the phenomenon was at it's
peak in the West, Colorado governor Dick Lamn was calling the mass
animal-carving among the "the greatest outrages in the history
of the Western cattle industry." Carl Whiteside, of the Colorado
Bureau of Investigation , said it was "like chasing a ghost.. a
phantom."
In 1979, Senator Harrison Schmitt of New Mexico (the former astronaut
and geologist moonwalker) convened a Mutilation Conference in
Albuquerque. He gathered law enforcement officials and private
researchers from around the country "to discuss the mutilation killing
of thousands of cattle and horses... animals killed and systematically
mutilated for no apparent purpose by persons unknown."
From the time of Snippy's extra-mundane demise in 1967 until the
summer of 1975, the San Luis Valley, for the most part escaped the
wrath of the motiveless mutilator. Then in September, the phantom
surgeons returned to the scene of the original Snippy crime,
mutilating several cattle in the Great Sand Dunes area and others
further south in the Valley.
Chris O'Brien estimates that there have probably been well over 100
mutilations in the greater San Luis Valley area since 1976. Cattleman
simply stopped reporting the incidents when they perceived that law
officials were totally ineffectual in dealing with the situation. A
random sampling of O'Briens files and incidents reported in the media
reveals an intriguing pattern: ....

JW In my opinion this is being caused by the space people from
the third planet from the star called Zeta Reticuli II, commonly
called the Grays. They have in the past made a contract with our
government to abduct humans and animals from this planet in exchange
for technology.
The Grays are a dieing race who have used cloning for so long that
their sexual organs have atrophied. Some of the blood is used by the
Grays as food. They injest it through their skin. They hope to
use the animal parts and blood to extract the DNA and thus produce
a hybrid race of beings using the abducted humans with their semen,
but then that is just my opinion.

WHY PREJUDICE AGAINST B---K AND B---N RACES?
(Cosmic Awareness Explores the Subject of Prejudice)
QUESTION:
A question from A.M., Long Island City, New York. "Is there any basis in
history or karma or evolution or whatever, for the seeming inherent
dislike of the b----k or b---n race? It seems that many people as well as
groups harbor an almost subconscious or instinctive repulsion of these
races. Since it seems at times to be groups of w---e or lighter skinned
races, I wonder what the karmic history of this might be. Could
Awareness comment?"
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates that this is inherent, not particularly because
of race, but because of the nature of human consciousness, where
entities dislike anything that is different from themselves. It is also
common among chickens of different colors, where a chicken will be
different from the others and becomes a target for hostility among the
chickens; they will pick on that chicken simply because it doesn't fit
with their idea of what is normal, or what is proper.
This Awareness indicates that people want things to be similar to
themselves so that they are the norm, and everyone has to come to their
normal standard, otherwise they might have to fit into someone else's
standard of normalcy.
This Awareness indicates that for this reason, entities develop certain
standards in society, certain ideas of what is normal, and it is very
difficult to break away from these prejudices.
A prejudice is a prejudging of what is normal, of what is proper, and if
entities have a prejudging idea of what is proper, anyone who doesn't
fit in that pre-judgment of what is proper is met with hostility and
derision.
This Awareness indicates that therefore, in a society of w----s, unless
there has been some kind of education or programming to help the
entities get away from their natural prejudices, then the entities may
quite likely express prejudice toward those who are different.
This Awareness indicates that you can see this even in terms of the size
of entities. If you are in a room filled with tall people and there was
one short person, which entity in that room is going to be looked down
upon the most? (This Awareness asks you to excuse the pun.)
This Awareness indicates that it just happens that anyone who is
different will receive more of a feeling of being out of place than
those who are equal and similar in nature. If the entities are all short
and one person is excessively tall, that entity is outstanding, and
those standing out will receive the most attention and may even become
the brunt of jokes and criticism.
This Awareness indicates that if a society is short and one entity is
excessively tall, those who are short do not see themselves as short,
they see themselves as average, as being standard for society. The
excessively tall person is the one who is out of place; thus, the
shorter persons are going to look at the tall person as if he was some
kind of freak or unusual oddball and this entity might become the brunt
of derision or jokes or hostility.
This Awareness indicates that it is the nature of humans to be critical
and take notice of entities who are different. They also tend to be
suspicious that there is something wrong with entities who are
different. If an entity is born with a tail, that entity is likely to be
branded as the Devil's child, or some kind of demonic creature, and yet
it might simply be a freak of nature, a throwback of some kind of
genetic problem during the fetal stage prior to childbirth.
This Awareness indicates that it is natural for entities to take a
position of prejudice toward those who are different, and if the child
is born with a tail it is natural that the masses will feel hostile
toward the child, not because the child can do something about it and
didn't, hut because the child is different, and doesn't meet the
standards of society.
This Awareness indicates that it requires education before entities can
understand that sometimes things happen and things are not able to match
the standards in all cases, or the standards held by a society are only
unique to that society and not to all others. The w---e person who
travels into a b---k society also can feel out of place and it is
natural for those in the b---k society to be suspicious of the one who
is w---e.
This Awareness indicates that prejudice is a problem everywhere and
there is no real excuse for it. It is simply an indication of a lack of
education; it is an indication of one's ignorance.
This Awareness indicates that there is a difference in cultures, there
is a difference in genetics; some entities like the qualities of another
race, while others will dislike those qualities, and often it has
nothing to do with logic or reasons for the liking or disliking; it is
simply the byproduct for already held prejudices.
If one enters the situation with one's mind already made up, then
naturally the entity will react according to his own already-formed
opinion and will have an opinion that is formed with reasons to support
that opinion, even if no good cause is available to support the reason
for the opinion. This Awareness indicates that there is no mythical
racial cause for prejudice against B----s or J--s or anyone, other than
that which is formed by entities based upon their own ignorance and
belief in the supremacy of their own standard of being.
If one thinks that they are the perfect mold and they see that someone
is different, then of course they will assume the other is wrong, but if
one recognizes that perfection lies in the differences, art lies in
uniqueness, then one can appreciate, one can experience a great joy at
seeing the difference presented by the other.
This Awareness indicates that a man or woman who sees his or her manness
or womanness as being the absolute right and perfect form may be
prejudice against the opposite sex, but if the entity sees the beauty of
the difference, that entity can appreciate the opposite sex and the
beauty in the difference, and there can be a great union among these
different beings whereby they share the wonder of each other.
The same thing can occur when entities appreciate the differences found
in racial, national, or cultural differences, or differences in age or
other qualities that have to do with uniqueness that express these
entities who are your fellow passengers on the voyage of life.
WHY THE HISTORIC PREJUDICE AGAINST J--S?
QUESTION:
In regard to the J--s, setting aside the various conspiracy theories
we're all familiar with, historically, there has been hatred and intense
persecution of these entities, yet historically they excel in almost all
aspects of life and professions. They excel intellectually, in
literature and music and the arts, and most movie stars and television
stars are J----h. They excel as professors in education, and in the
medical fields, law, political leaders, and they have a particular gift
in the world of trade and particularly finance. Most millionaires and
billionaires are J--s. Is the persecution of these entities just pure
jealousy on the part of others or are they indeed, as some C-----ians
claim, "G--'s chosen people," or does it have something to do with the
genes of Je---ah who cloned the first of the S-----s?
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates that it is mostly due to their ability to
survive with greater ease and to do things with greater ease than most
entities are capable of. In other words, it is mostly due to jealousy,
but there is also hostility because of this jealousy which many entities
interpret as a kind of persecution that they receive because the J--s
are so powerful or competent that it knocks them out of the competition
and therefore, they feel deprived because the J--s have succeeded at
their expense.
This may or may not be their illusion, but it is a perception which many
hold. This Awareness indicates the J--ish people are competent because
they have inherited certain genetic qualities from Je----h through the
genetic experiments with the creation of the S-----s which imbed them
with a higher natural intelligence, in a general sense, but there is
also a certain quality in their culture that helps to instill in them
values that make them into generally superior people in that they
develop certain types of work ethics and value systems. This comes
through their religion and through their family and cultural traditions.
They also have a cultural tradition where they tend to encourage and
help each other, thus creating a co-creative or cooperative society that
gives each other a helping hand, which most other societies fail to do.
The majority of other societies let entities struggle on their own;
occasionally there will be groups that join together to help each other
and sometimes religious organizations will do this also.
The Ma---s tend to help each other, the S----th Day A--------s tend to
help each other, and by that co-creative and cooperative approach, these
entities prosper more than they would were it not for their general help
to each other. But the J--s are the culture that has long practiced this
approach. They will give money for a common cause. They will give time
and energy for a common cause. They will work for common causes for the
J--ish purposes or for individuals among their group.
This Awareness indicates that, in general, this is what makes them
superior. It is not a mystical thing; it is more of a practical
approach. The fact that they tend to be generally more intelligent than
the average person can be attributed to their early genetic engineering
from Jeho--h, but this is not enough of a difference to account for the
extreme accomplishments that these entities have carved out in the world
for themselves.

In the past I have posted about a prospector finding an underground
river that contained a lot of gold. His name was Dorr and the
mountain he was in was called Kokoweef. I've been around the general
area and have looked for an underground city near there. Here is

I've never seen anything in print about the underground city but I do
know about the cave of the ancient ones, (the tribe of people that
were in excess of 7 feet tall.) The president of our club
(E-----------s of Nevada Inc.) has an interesting story about two
young prospectors that came into his surplus store about 5 or 6 years
ago to buy some supplies. They were a little short on cash but
managed to get what they needed. They returned a couple of weeks
later with an interesting story. They met some indians who took them
into a very deep cave. On the way down they entered a room that had a
table and benches around it. There were some older indians sitting
around the table and speaking in a language the prospectors thought
was an indian dialect. The most interesting part of the story was
several of the older looking indians were over 7 feet tall. The
young prospectors were most excited over the fact the indians had
taken them to a deep river where gold was plentiful and they now had
cash to purchase everything they wanted. They ordered some things and
paid cash in advance and said they were going back to the caves but
return in a week of so to pick up there supplies. They never came
back.
No one knows where the cave is or what became of the prospectors. I
have other stories of the Las Vegas area if you are interested.

Humans Have The Ability to Create Without Technology:
We have the ability - each one of us - even though
we may not feel like it, on a spiritual level, to time travel, to
create anything without technology. The reason we can do
that is because of who we are and because of our extremes
of emotion. According to the Andromedans, it is the male
aspect of ourselves that creates the thought and the femi-
nine aspect of ourselves that makes things manifest
through emotion. Now, third density is incredibly dense and
a lot of extraterrestrial races don't like to hang out here.
The best example I could give about density resistance is if
you moved your hand through a bathtub of Jell-O. That's
how third density is viewed by those not here. The An-
dromedans say that proof of how awesome humans are is
demonstrated by the fact that we can literally create this
third density. As slow as third density is, our intent can lit-
erally create anything here. The Andromedans cannot do
this without technology. This world we live on, each one of
us help to create. It literally is us, and we are it. We are lit-
erally one. We created this place. They don't understand
why we would want to destroy it.
The Hierarchy in Our Galaxy:
There are two schools of thought in our galaxy.
There are the regressives, who are races that carry fear
and because of that want to control others. The hierarchy of
the regressives starts with a group from Alpha Draconis.
The Andromedans have no idea where the Alpha Draconi-
ans came from, but what they have learned through inter-
action with other dimensional races is that somebody
brought the Draconians to this universe and "dumped" them
in the Alpha Draconis system, where they had the highest
probability of survival. According to the Andromedans, the
Alpha Draconians have had space travel for 4 billion years.
They are an incredible race and have achieved great
things, but they are bullies. They are jerks, and that's a
judgment - I'm making that judgment myself. That's my
judgment based on what I know about them. The Draconi-
ans do not like human beings. The Andromedans say that
Draconians believe that this universe was here for them -
that their history teaches them that they were left here to
rule it. But, when they started traveling, they ran across
other races. They were able to conquer many of those
races through genetic manipulation.
Now, our government, the United States govern-
ment, the New World Order - whatever you want to call it -
wants to implant everybody. From the Andromedan per-
spective that means ownership. Extraterrestrials don't want
to bother with that stuff, since that is not permanent. Extra-
terrestrials value genetics. What they do is they come in,
conquer a race and genetically alter it. From that moment
on, that race is genetically altered. The genetic changes
alter the frequency, sound and thought patterns of the race
if they move into a physical form. The best example I could
give you concerns the Greys. Apparently, the Greys were
much more human-looking at one time. What happened
was that they, as a race, were captured 891,000 years ago
while leaving Zeta 1 and Zeta 2 to go off and do their own
thing. This is very common, and it is how Earth became
colonized. What happened is that they got captured by a
group in Orion that was already genetically altered and un-
der control of the Alpha Draconians. According to Morenae,
the first thing this Draconian- altered Orion group did was
slaughter almost all of the females of the captured race in
order to control the birth process. They then genetically al-
tered the remaining females, so that all the children born
after that were genetically altered. The males were en-
slaved, made to work in mines and slaughtered by the Dra-
conian-controlled Orion group, who had absolutely no re-
gard for life. What we know now as the Greys became a
natural resource.
Time Travel Permits Altering Consciousness of a Race:
Now, I am told that the Greys would love to be ab-
solutely free of this hierarchy, but what they have done is
that they have continued to propagate the problem. Now,
we have been told that the Greys "have been here for thou-
sands of years." According to the Andromedans, however,
the Greys got here in 1931. Because of their ability to time
travel, it looks like they have been here thousands of years
- they can go backwards in time. If you can go backwards in
time you can literally alter the consciousness of any race.
You can alter any event. That's exactly what they have
done. They are not the only ones who have done this.
There is also a group from Sirius B who have also done
this. It took me a long time to understand why it was that
they wanted to do this. The bottom line is that they wanted
to control us. We have things that they want. We have the
benefit of having been on 11th density, which means that
we have covered a very large area of spiritual evolvement -
which is why our range of emotion is so large. They want
that information. Not only that, but with the new frequency
coming in and third density beginning to implode on itself,
the Greys are trying to save their race. According to
Morenae, there are only 2000 real Greys left -- all the rest
are clones - organic robots. They do not carry a spiritual
essence. Folks, we are talking about a technology thou-
sands of years ahead of where we are now.
The Abduction of Humans:
The reason the Greys are doing so many abduc-
tions is (1) for genetics. They are trying to bring the races
together. They are creating hybrids, most of which are fe-
males. There are very few male hybrids. The problem is
that they have a hard time keeping them alive because
spirit will not attach to it. The life force will not attach to it.
So, they are abducting the human mothers and children
and peeling off the vital body, containing the energy and
feeding it to the hybrids of the same lineage. They are try-
ing to create a soul, and they just can't do it, and they are
desperate, which is why there are so many weird things
happening. This is just one of the things that are happening.
There is a huge Grey complex conspiracy behind it. Why
we agreed to do this I haven't a clue. The permission to do
it from our governments was in trade for manipulative tech-
nology for humans to use against humans, ultimately for
upper hierarchy alien benefit of further repression of the
human "threat".
So this is not working and the races are dying.
Now, what the Greys have done because they are having
problems with this is that they have been abducting large
groups of human children. This is why children are vanish-
ing without a trace all over the world. Some of them are
being taken by the Greys. In Westchester County, New
York, over 5,000 children have vanished without a trace
over the last three years. The government knows what is
going on but they are helpless to do anything about it. The
reason they don't want to bring it up is because they let the
b------s in here in the first place. They cut a deal. They
sold us out, and I've got a lot of energy on it, because I
have friends who want to know where their kids are.
[Here's where I question. Can it be, that one
county in New York lost 5000 children and we don't know
about it, yet if 25 or so women get breast cancer in one
area, it's all over the news as some conspiracy of a big cor-
poration hiding chemical spills or something? This
stretches my credibility alarm!]
This is just one scenario. Apparently we have been
manipulated for 5,724 years now. We have been manipu-
lated beyond belief. To make matters worse, we have had
free energy technology that has been withheld from us. So,
for the last 100 years we have totally trashed our environ-
ment.

The Rest of the Galactic Hierarchy .... and the Rest of the
Story:
We'll look at the positives. There are so many that
want to help. For those of you who are "trekkies", you know
the number one rule. You don't intervene with an evolving
race unless you're asked. That happens to be a reality.
They will not directly intervene - at least they are not sup-
posed to - unless they are specifically asked to. Those
people who are contactees have a reincarnational lineage
that leads back to many of these positive races, which is
why it is not considered intervention.
Now, in our galaxy there are many councils. I don't
know everything about all those councils, but I do know
about the Andromedan council, which is a group of beings
from 139 different star systems that come together and dis-
cuss what is going on in the galaxy. It is not a political body.
What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in
our future, 357 years from now, because that affects every-
body. Apparently what they have done, through time travel,
is that they have been able to figure out where the signifi-
cant shift in energy occurred that causes the tyranny 357
years in our future. They have traced it back to our solar
system, and they have been able to further track it down to
Earth, Earth's moon and Mars. Those three places.
The very first meeting the Andromedan council had
was to decide whether or not to directly intervene with what
was going on here. According to Morenae, there were only
78 systems that met this first time. Of those 78, just short of
half decided that they wanted nothing to do with us at all,
regardless of the problems. I think it is really important that
you know why they wanted nothing to do with us. We are
talking about star systems that are hundreds of millions of
light years away from us. Even some who have never met
us. They just knew the vibration of the planet reflected
those on it. The reasons why they wanted nothing to do with
us is that from their perspective, Earth humans don't re-
spect themselves, each other or the planet. What possibly
can be the value of Earth humans?
Fortunately, the majority of the council gave the
opinion that because Earth has been manipulated for over
5,700 years, that we deserved an opportunity to prove our-
selves - to at least have a shot at proving the other part of
the council wrong. So, the Andromedan council passed a
directive that all extraterrestrial presence will be off our
planet no later than August 12, 2003. Isn't it also curious
that August 12, 2003 is also a resonant node for the Mon-
tauk Project? - 1943, 1983, 2003 - all 20 years apart. Also,
in 12-year progressions, 1931,1943,1955, 1967, 1979,
1991, 2003. The implications are interesting. The year 2002
was also designated the new target date for implementation
of the New World Order, one year prior to 2003.
They want everything extraterrestrial on the planet,
in the planet and Earth's moon out of here by that date. The
reason for this is that they want to see how we will act when
we are not being manipulated. We are all being manipu-
lated, and my first suggestion is to throw your television set
away. I can't tell you how sincere I am about that. They are
teaching you what to think, not how to think. If you don't
give that up, you become a robot. You become "sheeple." I
know it's going to be tough.
This determination that ET influence will end by
August 12, 2003 will be interesting, because living inside
our planet 100 to 200 miles under the surface are 1837
reptilians who have been here a very long time, 17 humans
from Sirius B, and 18000 Grey clones inside the Earth and
on the moon. Most of the 2000 original Greys are on Pho-
bos, one of the moons of Mars, which is an artificial satel-
lite. There are also around 141 Orion beings inside the
Earth from 9 different races. There are a lot of "bad boys"
here who have technology thousands of years ahead of us.
It is estimated that Grey technology is 2,500 years ahead of
us. The Orion group who control the Greys have technology
approximately 3,700 years ahead of us. Nobody really
knows how far the Draconians are, because they are in-
credibly elusive. The group from Sirius B are approximately
932 years ahead of us.
Forbidden Planet Redoux:
How many of you have heard of the Montauk tech-
nology? It's time travel. Opening up time warps. Apparently,
that technology was given to our government by the group
from Sirius B. We were not supposed to have it. It was
supposed to be another 150 years before we would have
developed this technology ourselves. They purposely gave
us this technology, knowing we would abuse it. Now, I can't
tell you what the mindset was of the humans that got this
technology and started doing all this weird stuff with it.
Within the last six weeks, Morenae has told me that the
Andromedans have found a small Earth human military
colony, containing families with children, in the Altair star
system. They have enslaved the beings of that planet.
Montauk only works if you have exact coordinates. That
means somebody gave them the coordinates of the planet
in the Altair system. The Andromedans are really upset
about that. That's just one of the problems.
Earth Humans: The Only Race That Kills Itself:
The other problem that has evolved from this in-
volves the human extraterrestrial races that are benevolent.
Many of the races are really pure - they only breed within
themselves. However, there has been so much interbreed-
ing between the races that they are now beginning to an-
ticipate break-downs in the genetic coding. The Pleiadians
are apparently going to start experiencing this genetic
break down in 172 linear Earth years. For the first time in
hundreds of thousands of years, they will start to see de-
formities at birth. The Andromedans anticipate this problem
themselves in 757 years. Now, there is only one race ca-
pable of giving them a genetic boost so that this breakdown
does not occur. They say it's us. They want to make a pro-
posal to borrow some of our genes, but they can't. They
can't come near us now because of our vibratory frequency.
They can't use our genetics right now because they cur-
rently carry the vibration of fear, which is not an emotion
they know. The first time I walked on to one of their ships, a
bunch of their children started to run away from me. They
knew that I was from Earth. We have a very bad reputation,
because we are the only race in the galaxy that kills itself,
that turns on itself. We are the only race that allows itself to
live in poverty. We are the only ones who allow members
of our race to starve. We are the only ones that allow
members of the race to be homeless. We are the only race
that would sell itself into slavery. I don't like the reflection
they give me of us. It's not that they are judging. They just
don't understand why we do it. If anyone's got an answer for
it, I'm open. Yes, we've been manipulated by belief sys-
tems, but why do we believe these belief systems?
[A few contradictions exist that were not mentioned
here that were on the tape. The Hale-Bop comet, accord-
ing to the Andromedans is not a comet, but a hologram
hiding an armada of Reptilians that are to arrive in May of
'97 to claim this planet. According to Sheldon Nidle, it is a
huge ship containing benevolent delegates from all over
the galaxy, that are not human, but indeed, very alien in
appearance. Here we have a big discrepancy! One we
welcome, the other we fight. Alex also said that there are
many extraterrestrials in our solar system that will not allow
the Reptilians to conquer us. So is the war in heaven over?
Hardly, according to many.]
[Also, the Andromedans have said that by Spring of
'97, life on planet Earth will be much different than it is now.
We can expect massive contacts with alien races before
the end of '96, yet there was no mention of the photon belt
as a factor in what is happening. The Andromedans also
say that our DNA is going to change this year, but that it will
be a 3 stranded DNA, not a Twelve. However, they note
that 3 strands will cause all the changes attributed to the
twelve stranded change. Obviously, we can't know enough
about any of this to base our beliefs on facts and evidence.
Certainly, we are not going to be responsible for defending
ourselves against a race of beings 4 billion years ahead of
us, so there's not much to do but wait and see.]
[It is important that we keep in mind the many con-
trary prophesies of the Bible that talk about a great decep-
tion, the arrival of "demons from H---" and all that stuff, be-
cause if nothing else, there is a great deception going on
here! Our problem is that we can't tell which one is deceiv-
ing us or whether they all are. The only thing you can rely
on is your spiritual faith that G--, the prime creator, is in
some way going to prevent horrible things from happening
to us, and even that is not backed up by history. G--'s
unwillingness to intervene is legendary!]

The Bloodsucking
"Chupacabras" of Puerto Rico
Since December, 1994, the Caribbbean Island of Puerto Rico has been
the site of a heavy wave of UFO sightings, as well as of numerous
apparitions of a weird livestock killing creature that has been
dubbed by the sensational media in the island with the name
"Chupacabras" {the Goatsucker}.
The reason for such a name? This creature apparently kills
animals, ranging from cows to sheep, to goats, to rabbits, hens,
ducks, dogs, cats, etc., and after filling them, seems to extract
blood and other fluids from it's victims.
The creature has left a trail of thousands of dead animals
throughout the island and the communities are afraid and alarmed. As
all this transpires, the island authorities keep indicating the
strange killings are due to attacks from packs of stray dogs, baboons
or exotic animals illegally introduced in the island's territory.
The director of the Puerto Rico Department of Agriculture Veterinary
Services Division, Mr. Hector Garcia, has stated that"...it could be
dogs, that the small puncture wounds observed in the victims necks
are similar to those inflicted by the fangs of canines." He has also
stated that no other unusual features have been observed in the dead
animals examined by his division, such as loss of blood.
Another veterinarian, Angel Luis Santana, of the private
Gardenville Veterinary Clinic, in San Juan, stated that "It could be
a human being who belongs to a religious sect, even another animal.
It could be someone who wants to make fun of the Puerto Rican
people." All of the above official "explanations: to the enigma,
given by the authorities, have failed to explain away the deaths and
the incidents in which the creatures have been observed by serious,
reliable witnesses, all over Puerto Rico...and the facts tell a
different story.
These Are The Facts:
1. The victims appear with many small perfect circular holes of
about one quarter of an inch to half an inch in diameter arranged in
pairs or in triangular fashion, that penetrate deep into the necks or
right lower jaw of the victims. These small wounds have been
examined by qualified veterinarians, such a Doctor Carlos Soto, who
explains that they penetrate, as a regular pattern in many of the
cases, into the head of the animal, one of the holes going all the
way through the right jaw bone, muscles and tissues and up to the
brain, more specifically to the cerebellum, puncturing it and
immediately killing the animal.
This regularity or pattern in the type of wounds, and the path
followed by whatever intrudes into the body, indicates
premeditaiton...and intelligence. Also, this detail seems to imply
an euthanasia technique that prevents the animals attacked from
suffering during the killing...and as we all know, this also implies
intelligence in the attacker. There's something else the official
"explanations: do not explain; if a dog or any known predator animal
bites to kill a victim, it has to exert pressure on both sides of the
head, neck or body. In the cases blamed on the "Chupacabras," no
traumas, abrasions, scratches, bites or pressure have been observed
by the examiners on the opposite side of the wounds. Because of
this, it is obvious that we are not dealing with any ordinary
predator/carnivore animal species know to science.

Part 2.
In previous stories I've read about the Chupacabras it has been
said that they were able to kill guinea fowl or guinea hens. I have
attempted to hunt this birds as a youngster and they are really hard
to get close to. They are a barnyard fowl, having grayish blue
feathers with white dots. Originally imported from Guinea, a region
of the N. African coast.
Here we go with part 2.

2. The small wounds may be similar in appearance to bites
inflicted by dogs or "baboons," due to their being round and small,
but all similarity ends there. The government officers and
veterinarians willing to follow the official "explanations" given by
them, do not give the real details pertaining to the wounds. They
forget to inform us, conveniently, that whatever enters the animal's
body has a length of about, at least, three to four inches long.. and
in some occasions seems to cauterize the walls of the wound,
apparently to prevent excessive blood loss. No known animal species
on Earth can do this. Some of the wounds of this type appear also on
the sides and bellies of the victims, and they usually penetrate
into the animal, cutting through the stomach, continuing down to the
liver, affecting it and taking parts of it, as well as "absorbing"
liquids from it. This requires a length of at least 3, 4 or five
inches, as has been verified on the animals. Also, the already
mentioned triangular pattern of wounds has been observed going into
the body and penetrating the liver of the victims.
3. Even though "something" intrudes and penetrates into the
animals, creating extensive trauma and injuries in them, also leaving
strange materials in the tissues, no natural inflammatory processes
have been observed in the dead animals tissues. This is totally
unnatural.
4. In most cases the victims lack rigor mortis, and remain
flexible, even for days after their death. Also, incredibly, in
several of these cases, the blood still remaining in the dead
animals wouldn't clot or coagulate, This weird detail lasts for
days too.
5. Several bigger holes or cuts are found on the victims body.
These consist of holes that range from an inch in diameter up to 12
inches. These openings are usually located in the neck, chest, belly
and anal area of the animals killed, and look as if made with a
surgeon's scalpel. Clean cut openings are found through which organs
are excised from the bodies. The organs tend to be the liver, the
reproductive and sexual organs, the anus, eyes and other soft
tissues.
As for the other official "explanation," that mentioned the
possibility of someone involved with religious or satanic sects who
may be doing the killings, the number of cases is too numerous for
this to be the explanation behind it all. These killings are
happening everyday, at all hours, all over the island, and no single
sect has the resources needed to finance such an operative. There is
only one sector in Puerto Rico that can afford these actions, the
government, but what reasons would the government have to do this?
The Creature Observed
Most of the killings are attributed to strange creatures we have
called an Anomalous Biological Entities {ABE's}. It looks like a
cross between a "grey alien humanoid {because of the shape of its
head and eyes} and what most witnesses describe as "the body of a
biped, erect dinosaur, but with no tail." Its head is oval in shape,
with an elongated jaw. It has two big elongated red eyes, small
holes for a nostril and a small slit-like mouth with fangs
protruding upwards and downwards from it. Some witnesses mention it
has small pointy ears, but most have stated it has none. It has a
strong, coarse hair all over its body. This hair is black, but this
creature has the ability to change colors at will, like a chameleon.
If it is in the dark it changes to a dark color, black or dark brown.
If in a sunlit area with vegetation, it changes to green, green-gray,
light brown or beige.
The creature has two small arms with three fingered-clawed hands
and two strong hind legs with three claws, which enable it to run at
a fast speed and to leap over trees and over more than 20 ft. in a
single bound. According to witnesses, the creature's legs look
reptilian or goatlike. Also, it has quill-like appendages running
down from its back, with what seem to be fleshy membranes that change
colors from blue to green, to red to purple, etcetera. Some
witnesses have described seeing the creature flap these
quill-membrane-like appendages at an incredible speed, and this
allows it to fly. Even though it has what seems to be a pair of
membrane-like wings, these are used by the anomalous biological
entity to glide and guide itself while flying. The creature seldom
flaps these "wings."

I recently received an exciting video from our good
friend Greg Orton in Colorado of Alex Collier's lecture
about his experiences with the E.T.s from Andromeda. Un-
like much of the information we hear, Alex has face to face
meetings, on board their ships. Recently, he was allowed
to photograph, or was given photos of inside the ship,
landing on another planet, and even the future Earth as a
glowing, blue ball in the 5th dimension. I've seen none of
these photos and Greg has only seen the one of Earth.
Their message to us is "good news" with some trepidation
included. Some of it contradicts Sheldon Nidle, Barbara
Marciniak, and Barbara Hand Clow. So, what else is new?
I will comment as you read along [Jason's comments}
"Hello, I'm Alex Collier. In the last 31 years I have
been given so much information, that I would ask you to
write down your questions, otherwise it may not be brought
up. There are some positive aspects to the information, and
there is some information that is not very positive. There is
absolutely nothing we cannot resolve, if we stick together.
What I mean by that is that we don't turn on each other. To
have us turn on each other is definitely something that they
are trying to get us [the oppositions] to do - to divide us.
The problems in the world that we have on the government
level are just a symptom of a much bigger problem. I be-
lieve it was Bill Cooper, much to his credit, who said sev-
eral years ago - when you put the ET's in the middle of this
thing, it absolutely makes sense. He's absolutely right. I am
going to be presenting the Andromedan perspective as to
what is going on, who we are, and some material about our
past history. They have comments about all of our history.
I have been a contactee for 31 years. It has not
been consistent for 31 years, but it has been consistent
since 1985. The first contact was in the upper peninsula of
Michigan in a place called Woodstock. In 1964 I was on a
family picnic. I went out to play with cousins, and I laid on
the grass. The next thing I remember is that it was night
time. They could not find me. I had missing time. I did not
remember anything until age 14. We went back to the area
where I had been sleeping. My body print was there. My
mom, dad and a Michigan State Trooper swore up and
down that they had looked for me. I wasn't there. So, it was
one of those dilemma's. At age 14, I went to bed on a nor-
mal August night. I woke up and found myself on a plat-
form. There were two men standing over me, a short one
and a very tall one. They were both very handsome. On a
soul-level, I had absolute recognition of who they were. The
tall one, Morenae, had light blue skin. Vissaeus, the shorter
one, was much older, and his skin was whitish, having lost
most of the blue pigmentation.
The Andromedans are a very very old race. Appar-
ently, all of the human race comes from Lyrae. There is a
lot of information about this. Billy Meier also talks about it.
The human race did not originally exist in Lyrae - it came
from some other galaxy but first began to evolve in our
galaxy in the Lyran system. According to the Andromedans,
there are over 135 billion human beings in the 8 galaxies
closest to ours. Now, there are also other races out there.
Some of these races have had a lot of conflicts with the
human race, and that conflict continues. But, there are
things that are happening that will hopefully alleviate that
problem. It comes down to philosophies, more than any-
thing else.
The Andromedans are a telepathic race. Morenae,
over the last ten years, has learned to use his vocal chords.
The reason that the newsletter here is called Letters From
Andromeda, is because the first words that Morenae said to
me when I went on board one time were "another letter". He
was trying to convey the idea of "meeting", and had been
trying to search for the word. The Andromedans care really
deeply about what is going on, and a lot of it apparently has
to do with who we are as souls, who we are genetically, and
it also has to do with the future - a future in which we will
probably be in other physical forms. We're talking about the
future between now and 357 years from now.

Our Universe is a Hologram:
To us, some may say "that doesn't matter, I won't
be here." But as far as other extraterrestrial races are con-
cerned, they will be here. Many of them live from an aver-
age of 1,000 to 1,500 years. The Andromedans live to an
average of 2,007 years. The "years" that I am going to be
giving you as a measure of time are linear - it's the only
way I can give it to you. They do not look at time the same
way we do. Just keep that in mind. They say that our uni-
verse, which consists of everything that we do and don't
know about, is a 21 trillion year-old hologram. That's what
they say. They say that all the matter that is in our universe
came out of black holes. Under every galaxy, they say
there is a black hole from whence everything came. How
they have described it is that there was a universe that was
evolving (when they mean evolve, they mean that the fre-
quency of that universe continues to evolve), and as the
universe evolved, those energies that did not want to
evolve or were holding themselves back because they were
full of fear started to "gain weight," so to speak. These en-
ergies, which include consciousness, formed "sacks", which
got "heavier". As the universe raises in frequency (color
and sound), the pockets of resistance break and explode
out . This scenario is apparently what is beginning to hap-
pen now in our universe, 21 trillion years after its creation.
Everything in our universe, including us, came from
a black hole. The Andromedans say there is no age to us.
We truly are infinite. You can take that any way you want.
According to Vissaeus and Morenae, on March 23rd of
1994 a specific color and sound frequency began to ema-
nate from all the black holes in the known universe. In
terms of their science, which goes back along way, this is
the first time this has ever happened. What this energy and
frequency is doing is that it is creating a holographic im-
pression throughout all dimensional levels, of which they
say there are eleven creational densities. This new holo-
graphic impression has become a 12th density. They say
that this new holographic impression has one frequency -
that it does not carry a duality within it.

What this frequency is doing is that it is pulling up
all the dimensional levels below it. They say that by De-
cember 2013, third density as we know it here will cease to
exist - it is imploding in on itself as everything is being
drawn up. Those on the 11th are going to 12th. We are
supposed to go to 4th and then to 5th density. From the
Andromedan perspective, 4th density is a consciousness. It
is where an entire race is telepathic with each other, they
are aware of each other, they feel each other - they are of
one mind, separate individuals but still one. Fifth density is
where we would be considered from the third density as
being light. They say that this is what is going to happen to
us, no later than 2013, based on their science. Do I know if
this is right? I will know when you know, but they have not
been wrong yet.
Now, there are individual consciousness' which
have appeared in this 12th density holographic conscious-
ness. They apparently are like nothing that has ever been
seen before. The Andromedans don't know who they are,
what they are, and don't know even how to describe them.
But, apparently these 12th dimensional beings have the
capability to gaze down through all of the dimensions and
see everything that is going on there. That is all I know
about that. Why is this happening?
As all this is happening, certain essences are
starting to "gain weight" because the frequency
shifting is "pulling everything up." Those energies that are
regressive are starting to "freak out". According to the An-
dromedans, every single one of us on planet Earth and 21
other star systems in our galaxy apparently consist of a
group of beings, individual consciousness', that apparently
evolved some trillions of years ago to the 11th density. An
experiment was conceived where beings would drop down
into the concept of time and experiment with our thoughts
creating physical matter. They say that apparently a large
group of us dropped down into 3rd density and found a
specific race already there with a very specific genetic
coding involving 22 different extraterrestrial races. All life
on Earth was brought here by traders (Earth lies along a
galactic trade route), explorers, miners, joy-riders - all dif-
ferent people. Originally, the Earth was in a different orbit,
closer to Mars, and nothing but ice.
The Draconians and the Paa Tal:
The Alpha Draconians, a reptilian race composed
of master geneticists, tinker with life - which from their per-
spective exists as a natural resource. The Draconians look
at life forms which they have created or altered as a natural
resource. Apparently, the Alpha Draconians created the
primate race, which was first brought to Mars and then to
Earth. The primate race was then tinkered with by many
other different races - 21 other races - resulting in the pri-
mate race having been modified 22 times. This primate
race eventually became Homo Sapien Sapiens. - who we
are on a physical level. Yes, we used to have 12 strands of
DNA. Ten strands were taken out by a group from Orion in
order to control us and hold us back. Why would they want
to hold us back?
[It is interesting to note, that all the extraterrestrials
seem to want to take credit for our creation. I've heard that
it was the Pleaidians that disconnected our DNA in order to
make us slaves and so they could control us. Now they are
trying to "fix" that in hopes of redeeming themselves so
they can continue to evolve.]
The reason the Orion group wanted to hold us back
was because they found out who we were on a soul level.
Again, according to the Andromedans, we humans are part
of a group of energies that they know of as the Paa Tal.
The reason that the Andromedans use the word Paa Tal,
which is by the way a Draconian word, is because the Dra-
conians have legends about warring with a race that was
creating human life forms that were opposed to Draconian
philosophy. The Paa Tal created life forms that could
evolve on their own, with free expression. The Draconians,
on the other hand, created races to function as a natural
resource for their pleasure. So, you have two very different
philosophies.
Well, how the Orion group found out who we were
was through our extreme span of emotions. We are very
very different than all the other races. Even the An-
dromedans do not understand how we could hate one min-
ute and five minutes later be loving and snuggling. On one
trip I was brought on board a ship, and Vissaeus was
watching a monitor floating in the middle of the room that
had an Earth news broadcast on it where a policeman had
shot a black man and then had run up to him and tried to
save his life. To Vissaeus, there wasn't a clue why the po-
liceman would do this. I couldn't explain it to him, because I
don't even understand it. They are perplexed why we could
be this incredible race, and have the abilities that we have,
and be so h----bent on destroying ourselves.
Another time I came on board and Morenae was
looking at Earth while monitoring all these meters analyzing
the atmosphere of Earth. He looked very sad, and I asked
him what the matter was. He said, "don't they understand
that all of this is here because they needed it?" They don't
understand how we can just destroy our environment. It's
not like we have another place to go. We don't.

Onward and upward in our discussion of that dirty low-down sucker
called the Goat Sucker.

First reported in the town of Orocovis, the ABEs have been sighted
afterwards in the municipality of Canovanas and all over Puerto Rico.
It habits are both biurnal and nocturnal. As a matter of fact, it
has bee observed in broad daylight by several witnesses. One such
observation was that of Mrs. Madeline Tolentino and several other
neighbors in Campo Rico, in the municipality of Canovanas, as they
all saw one of these creatures or ABEs walking down the street
at 3:00 PM. As the witnesses tried to capture the ABE, it ran at a
fantastic speed and escaped.
The many killing of livestock, which have resulted in great losses
to farmers, have prompted the president of the Puerto Rico House of

Creature Captured
At the time of this writing, we've come to learn that at least two
of these creatures have been captured by government officers, both
from the U.S. Federal Government and the Puerto Rican Government.
Both were captured on November 6 and 7, 1995, one of them in the town
of San Lorenze, in the east-center of Puerto Rico, and the other one
in the National Caribbean Rain Forest, in El Yunque, to the east.
Both were alive and were allegedly taken to the U.S. mainland by
special personnel. All this happens as our government keeps denying
the obvious fact, and our people perceive they are being lied to, the
killings and encounters with the weird creatures associated with them
continue to happen...as well as numerous sightings of UFOs in the
same areas where the creatures are observed and the killings occur.
This aspect, the one which relates the UFO phenomenon with the
apparitions of the ABEs and the killings, seem to be the main reason
for the government's cover up on the situation Puerto Rico is going
through.
Luminous oval-shaped and pyramid-shaped UFOs have been observed on
sites where animals have been found mutilated and without blood.
These have been observed in towns so far apart as Cabo Rojo, to the
west, Canovanas, in the east, Ponce, to the south, and Naranjito, in
the center of the island. One such case was that of the sighting the
Rojas family had of a pyramidal UFO in Barrio Hato, in the San
Lorenzo municipality. After the sighting, a horse and several goats
were found mutilated and in the same condition as as in previous
cases.
Bizarre Effects
On Saturday night, November 18, 1995, a luminous disc about 40 ft.
in diameter, with a row of dark windows all around its central rim
and with many mulitcolored lights, positioned itself on top of the
antennae of Radio Procer, an AM radio station located in the town
of Barranquitas, in the center of Puerto Rico. Simultaneously, the
station's electronic equipment from the year 1957, stored in the
station, turned on by itself, with its dials also jumping...even
though it was not plugged to a power source! This case was
discussed in the media, as many residents in the area saw the UFO as
it hovered on top of the station. But the TV, radio and press
reports suppressed information on several encounters some of the
residents next to the radio station {both adults and children} had
had with ABE type creatures minutes before the craft appeared over
the radio station, as well as minutes after the sighting. Both
channel 4 {WAPA TV" and channel 11 {Tele 11} covered the incident,
but suppressed the reports concerning the presence of the creatures
there during the sighting. This clearly implies a cover up pattern
by the media.
Also, a woman in the Canovanas municipality saw, during the first
days of November, 1995, one of these anomalous creatures as it
jumped, flew and entered a around luminous object over her car.

Well, that's all very well in theory. The real problem is that the
ultra-deep conditioning used for alien "sleepers" on earth is such
that none of us can tell for certain if we are aliens or not.
Not only that, but I have received information from a reliable
informant that even the alien controllers themselves do not know who
the aliens on earth are. It seems that something went terribly wrong
during the last Great Intersection of the Planes in 29748.335
(Standard Galactic Chronology) - roughly 1969 - and a lot of vital
paperwork went missing. Now they have to waste a lot of time and
effort abducting people who look as though they might be alien
pod-grown clones and subjecting them to detailed medical tests to
determine their status.

That is one of the most complicated questions that I have ever
been asked. Some would say, "John, what makes you think that you are
qualified to answer such a question" and I would say "I AM a part of
the whole and have access to all of the intelligence in the
Universe."
When I first got started on what some people called the Path, I was
taught by a person who became my guru or teacher. He taught me a lot
of things and the greatest thing he ever taught me was that there is
no such thing as a Guru. The only Guru you will ever get is your
higher self. He said that he was just a way-shower. Your higher
self is the part of you that is connected to the intelligence of all
things. I've met people who were the present incarnation of great
prophets such as Ezekial and even met Abraham and one of the greatest
ladies in the New Testement. The one thing that impressed me when I
met them was that they were very humble and didn't claim to know
anything of there own selves. Ezekiah who was then a person from
England called Joseph Busby once said, "It is not good to bask in the
effulgence of a previous incarnation. It is only important what you
are doing now. That was probably an over simplification but it is
essentially correct.
My teacher suggested that I learn how to be directed by the
spiritual beings. He told me to do it in the following way;
1. First you send out an oral request or just a thought in your
mind that you would like to work with the space or spiritual people.
Repeat this about three times a day for three days.
2. State that you are only interested in truth and not in phenomena.
That means that you aren't interested in seeing a lot of angels or
anything like that. You also state that you want them to defeat you
in anything that is wrong or not for your best good.
3. You then say in you mind that you would like to be guided into
areas where you learn how to be illumined or have the Christ
Consciousness. I was led to read a very large book that was named
How To Obtain The Cosmic Consciousness or something to that effect.
It might have been written by Rama Krisha or someone like that.
4. Next ask to come into contact with someone who can become your
personal teacher. It may seem like a miracle but when a person does
what I tell them to do, then within a day or when they go to sleep
something will happen that will seem miraculous to them and this will
prove that they are on the right track. Of course some people who
didn't think that I really knew what I was talking about and have
tried this. They wind up getting sacred half to death and call me
crying for me to make these people go away. To them the space people
appear to be ghosts and they are afraid of them. A truthful person
may see these things or may not and to them it is just something
interesting.
5. Next in you training you will probably be tested to see how much
you really want to be of service. This may come as something like
your mother and friends disowning you. This will pass after a while
too.
6. I ran into a problem in that after a time of working with the
space people I told them I didn't need any more help, I was just
going to tell the world the truth about UFO. They then let me alone
and I had something get after me while I was asleep, I broke through
a glass and wood door, cut a tendon and one artery and proceeded to
bleed to death. A policeman just happened to be nearby and in less
than 3 minutes came into my house, stopped the blood and saved my
life. They then had me wait for 3 hours on a gurney, a doctor
attempted to pull the tendon together with pliers but I kept jerking.
They finally put me under and tied me all together with wires and I
limped along for a few months. I next was in a motorcycle accident
and next had a psychic attack when I had volunteered to be an empath
for the spiritual people to dissipate negative energy that would
affect large masses of people on Earth. That was an experience about
a few times worse than death. Now most of these things happened to
me because I was stupid, hard headed and wanted to do things my own
way. Maybe these things wouldn't happen to a regular normal person.
Oh yes, I finally had to tie my feet together and tie myself to the
side of the bed, so I wouldn't kick the person in bed with me out of
bed. My m------ and s----- did some things to try to get me to
stop studying about the space people and they, without me knowing
about it went to a magnetic healer, were pocessed by two spirits of
men who had died while in deadly combat and these spirits entered my

Thanks for sharing part of your story. I get a lot
out of hearing other's experiences. While I read your
note, some thoughts came up that I'll share.
For starters, I find I am constantly translating worldviews
when talking to others, so I'll try to find some common
terminology. I've been exploring a model that differs
somewhat from the UFO model. In the final analysis, the
differences may be irrelevant, but for now, there may
be some didactic differences that are important to me.
The model I have been working with is that the beings
commonly thought of as extraterrestrial are more accurately
described as being from another parallel or co-existent
universe in a Castanedian sense.
JW Yes, some of them are, like the Pleiadians say that they
work with and have contacted some space beings from another
universe that is called the Dal Universe. Many space people
are invisible to us but most of them can change their resonant
frequency and become visible to us.
Thus, one does not
have to rely on other planets to explain extraterrestrial
beings. I know this sounds like a trivial or even meaningless
distinction, but it's what's been on my mind lately.
I'll try to come back to this at the end.

One of my best friends disowned me recently, but I took that as a
positive development since I've been working on releasing attachments

There were several things that led me to leave Spiritualist work.
One was that one day I saw my energy field grounding large amounts
of negative energy. At the time that I saw this, I decided that
I was not ready to do that just anywhere (including the Spiritualist
church). Also, I felt vulnerable to predatory entities. The
Spiritualist training did not go into enough detail on topics
such as energy leaks, a scattered lifestyle, self-clinging,
and too much self-absorbed thinking -- things that make us tasty
to those who would devour us. I got a lot of help from Carlos
Castaneda's books on those issues.
JW Yes, they are good books.
One day, I sat with a friend of mine who
started to channel. At first I saw entities that appears as 3 black,
ferocious barking dogs. I was not sure whether these creatures were
the first thing that came through when she opened up, or something else.
Next, the face of a higher vibrational entity descended, raised
the vibration and the 3 dog-like beings vanished. I remember thinking
that I would rather live my life so as to be inaccessible to predatory
or disrupting creatures than to have to rely on other beings to
clear them out.

I'll take that as a warning and a note to continue releasing
attachments and engaging more mindfulness in behaving to manifest
a positive healing vision. I do live with people who are sensitive
enough to be thrown off balance by stuff I might stir up.
The approach I would like to take with the model stuff I mentioned
at the beginning is to ask what your thoughts are on some ideas
I've encountered recently that seem to have some importance,
but it's difficult to evaluate them since they call into question
many some things we take for granted. Here they are:
a) I've read that there are beings that consume human awareness
and they keep us in states of obsessive, self-focused activity.
I've also heard that the ordinary thinking mind or self is actually
a feature introduced into the human energy field by these beings
at some point in the past human history to keep us enslaved and/or
blind to their machinations.
JW One way of explaining it is that they have altered our DNA so
that we do not progress and they feed off of our negative energy.
b) There exist beings in parallel worlds that are the same as
or are akin to entities thought to be extraterrestrial, and those
who seek freedom and enlightenment will only find slavery and
attachment in dealing with them.
JW A person has to be very careful as to who they associate with
in regard to space-spiritual people.
c) We are just a dream; we can heal the dream; we can change
dreams; it's possible to travel to other worlds under our own
volition rather than solely by means of being taken by an
extraterrestrial being.
JW That appears to be true.
It may be that these statements have some truth, but are not
applicable under all circumstances, but I'm getting too analytic now.
With respect to (b), I have noticed that in some peoples' accounts
of extraterrestrials and their purposes, I have noticed that even
some the beings who profess a positive disposition toward humans
seem to cater to the desires or vision of the channeler or vice
versa.
JW I have read channeling from a certain person (let's say Sananda)
that sounded good. Then I would hear something from Sananda through
another person and it was in my estimation bad.

The UFO COVERUP is the greatest international political scandal

understood this, until I saw how it worked. Then I learned to

Besides my mothers miracles and many others, I also saw the breath of
man. I heard of this years ago. And you can only see it when you are
extremely spiritual or in a state of close spirituality with G--. It
was passing thing, but what a trip. Like seeing someone's breath on
a cold morning or watching someone talk when their lungs are filled
with smoke. The strongest memory of this I had was watching 3 doctors
talk . I was about 20 feet away and it was inside on a perfectly
normal Florida day.

The thing that lead me to go the Noah's Ark, was when I visited a
retired buck sergeant. I prayed for him to quite smoking, this was
done using the oracle method. When I finished I looked at his unique
walking stick (hiking stick) with a removable compass that covers a
camera mount and on the other end has and adjustable height with a
removable rubber foot which covers an ice pick. I said something I
rarely even say, I said give it to me, I turned to him and said, or
should I say started to say, like the bible says,"if a man ask for
your shirt.... I only started to say that and he said it is yours. I
replied 3 times I love it , but I can't except it and I don't know
why I asked . He insisted.
The next day while watching Christian TV , a TV minister started to
show pictures of a foreign country and making the statement that he
found Noah's Ark and for $----- you could buy the tape of his journey.
He didn't show an Ark just a few shots of something that looked like
Turkey. A light went off in my head to go to the Ark and find proof
and to look for something Noah might have hid. It is said that in
the days before Christ returns all biblical artifact will be found.
So my heart filled with the feeling of actually going.
Having lived in Denver Colorado most of my life and spending
countless days hiking, skiing, mountain climbing etc., a trip to the
ark was feasible. As in all things I have ever done in and of a
spiritually nature, there was never any direct money involved. That's
why I am looking for funding. If it comes then it is safe to see it
as an act of G--. If not, then perhaps I was not meant to go.
As I decided to do this trip and forge ahead in getting something
started, I visited a friend. She was the first person I had felt safe
in telling my plans in the trip. She was also very instrumental in
helping save my mother with her fresh juices from her new York style
Deli. She had made fresh juices daily, which where given to my
mother when she was not eating the hospital food. As I told her
about my plans to go on the trip, she freaked out. Knowing me for
years and always feeling some special connection between us, she
began to tell me a story. She told me about her Great great
grandfather who built the church. (the one mentioned in the Noah's
ark letter) I was a little freaked to her this as well, I though I
knew her and never to have heard this story was a trip. The
coincidence of her grandfather having done this was something, and
that she was the first person I told began to confirm my going.
Slightly dazed I was on my way to the print shop. Passing many people
I was deep in thought, kind of to myself. I turned a corner and a one
armed man who I hadn't seen in a year was standing looking at me. His
presents and look broke my daze. We shook hands (left hands do to his
handicap) I asked how have you been, haven't seen you for a year or
so. His short reply was answered by what about you, what are you up to
now?. I paused for a moment and could have said one of many thing,
but instead I said I was planning a trip to Turkey to to go to Noah's
Ark.. He got excited and said he was from turkey. ( I had wondered
where he was from with his accent, but never asked) He further filled
me in with the fact his father was the cook for the New York
ambassador to turkey. He also speaks and writes not only turkey but
many foreign languages. He has expressed his help in any letters or
translations I may need.
Another confirmation to my going, was when I went into the print shop
and while waiting for the sales rep., a man that was instrumental in
bringing the Treasures of The Czar of Russia to St Pete, Florida,
liked my positive attitude and started to talk with. He said what do
you do and my reply was sort of in the film business. Then I said
the film business has been on hold for the past few months due to my
mothers health. Has sadly asked how is she, I replied she is doing
much better, ( I went into her story to explain) then I said I am now
planning a trip to turkey. He said I will give you a few names to
visit in Russia. Some small city just minutes away from the Ark side
of Turkey. I asked if they had contacts with Turkey , no he said, but
they are some of the richest men in Russia. Although we did not talked
about these men in funding the trip, he said they might be interested
in funding the film business. Well even though this did not have a
direct connection to the Ark Trip, I felt a tightness in the whole
thing. The meeting of him, the one armed man and the great great
grandfather of the hidden bible story all happened with in 15 minuets
of each others. So I felt a confirmation was at hand.
One might think that I make to much of matters, but to further the
tie with the Russian Business men and the possibilities in funding a
film I have one more slight coincidence to mention. I have two films
I need funded. First is Prometheus Broadcast the mutilation story.
Second is a book I have optioned for the purpose of selling and
turning into a screenplay. The screenplay is in the final stages of
it's first draft. Both the book and the screen Play are about a woman
who goes in search of the rarest coins only to be lead to turkey and
on a trail of adventure and drama she finds the coins in the Ark Of
Noah. So it is kind of tight. I haven't mentioned the book and movie
in the funding letter. I felt it was more a spiritual thing, but
knowing how people are, if I do a letter about a film deal and a need
to go to turkey, I might get stronger response..I'll keep it the way
it is unless you have a suggestion.
Anyway, I hope that fills you in as to my going to The Ark.

JW I have been interested in the story of Noah's Ark and the
possibility that it still is in existence for many years. My first
recollection of it was while I was a youngster in church and the
story was told of some shepherds who had gone up on the sides of
Mount Ararat to find pasture for their sheep. In the springtime they
saw a large ship sticking out of the ice where part of the ship had
been left exposed when part of the ice melted during the spring or
summer and then it froze over again during the rest of the year.
At one time I made contact with an old man in a San Francisco Hotel
who was a bus-boy (a person who carries baggage for people to their
rooms). He got in shape by climbing up stairs in the hotel. At that
time he was more than 70 years old (if I remember right) and had made
more than one trip to search for the ark but never found it.
Lately there have been more than one movie about searches for the
Ark.
Last of all,some people say that the space people have large crafts,
so large that they are used to evacuate whole civilizations from
planets during certain times. They are sometimes called Arks. I
believe they said they could carry over 10,000 on each craft not
including the crew. Some craft are even larger than these such as a
couple of craft called Transvaal and Phenoix. They are somewhere
between 8 and 16 miles long. There is one called Crystal City that
was and maybe still is in orbit around our Earth and it is about
300 miles square. The New Jerusalem is 1,500 miles square. Wormwood
is 4 times as big as our Earth and it is referred to as a Battle
Planet. It is used for our protection.
So you can see they have some really big ones. I am not for a
minute ruling out the fact that Noah's Ark may be a physical ship
still on the sides of Mount Ararat.

At the end of an exhaustive study and the expense of under $5, I
have finally come to the conclusion that Yogi has no pedigree. The
closes thing he has to one is the story by an eyewitness to the
dastardly deed. It seems that Yogi's mother (a long legged heavy
bodied wolf, commonly called a Timber Wolf) was in the back yard just
minding her own business when a male dog that was one half Alaskan
Husky and half German Shepherd, jumped over the fence and had an
illicit affair with her.
So it seems that Yogi The Telepathic Dog is not the high class dog
that people thought he was. He is one half wolf, one fourth Alaskan
Husky and one half German Shepherd.
I have not talked to Yogi about this because as you know he is very

The best way to tell you about reincarnation is to tell you my
personal experience with the matter. Without going into such
concepts as 1. There is no such thing as time, there is only the now.
2. We are all part of the whole, and a few more things that only a
few people on this planet understand, let's look at reincarnation.
It's a good way to explain how things work and how we react with
other people.
I used to be the greatest unbeliever of reincarnation that there
ever was. I was brought up in a church environment where you either
went to Heaven or the bad place (where you roast for ever and ever).
When I first got into the investigation of UFOs I came across a
millionaire by the name of John Hopkins. He was either a millionaire
or he was house-sitting a very large home in Berkeley, Calif.
Once while I was talking to him in private he told me, "Mr.
Winston, you are going to have to understand reincarnation and who
you were in previous lives, if you are going to understand UFOs and
why the space people are here." I then told him that if he ever
believed that I would ever believe in reincarnation he was laboring
under a misapprehension, (I didn't want to call him crazy because I
was a quest in his nice home).
Time went by and I met a very beautiful lady who was a little older
than myself and got to talking with her. She had a painting of
herself and I all of a sudden started telling her of a scene that I
was thinking about. I could see a scene in Egypt where some temple
virgins were laying around the base of an idol. They were crying and
very excited. They were praying to this large statue or idol for
protection. Then some soldiers came in and started shooting the
young girls and they ultimately died.
The lady I was talking to then told me that she had recently gone
to two different psychics and had what was called a past life reading
done on herself. The first reading was done by a man and it had
caused her a lot of grief by what the person had said. The second
reading was done by a lady and she was more loving in her
presentation. It turned out that person I was talking to had been a
high priestess in Egypt during a certain time period. She was told
that if she went to a certain museum in New York City she could see
a painting of herself during that time and she would remember
herself in the picture. It appears that I had picked up some of her
past life experiences during that time.
A life reading can be done in many ways but the way it was done for
her was for the person doing the life reading would go into a
trance and have some other intelligence talk through her. The
magnetic tape recorder was turn on to make a copy of what was being
said. Towards the end of the tape you would be given a chance to ask
questions about you past lives and what your purpose was in this
lifetime. This lady's name was Vivian and she was told that during
the lifetime in Egypt her present son by the name of David was her
lover and he was the high priest. He didn't have much natural
ability for ESP and used Vivian many times for him to get ahead.
During this lifetime Vivian was thought to be very uncaring for her
son in that she would not pick him up or help him in certain ways.
She just told the people around her that she was going to make him
stand on his own in this lifetime.

One of the other things that happened regarding reincarnation had
to do with my teacher or Guru called Merelle. The Eastern people
have a saying and that is, "When the student is ready the teacher
will appear." Evidently I was ready because this person showed up.
He would tell me about his life reading that he had done by a lady
also. It seems that he had lived a few lives of importance and a few
of lesser importance.
He had been a person by the name of Aaron (not the brother of
Abraham) who had been alive during the life of J----. He had been a
friend of the family and had known them during the times of the New
Testement of the Bible. He had been around when the great teacher
was crucified but turned away at the end because he couldn't stand
to watch it. During these times Merelle would really turn on the

something to me and it appeared that he wasn't getting through to me
or I wasn't believing what he was saying. Merelle was also Mary
Queen of Scots. As a child when he was going to grammar school the
class was studying English History. It came to the time of Mary
Queen of Scots and Merelle was able to answer the questions. He
would even answer the questions without being asked. The teacher
finally said, "Merelle, we know that you have read the lesson very
well and know the answers but please don't answer unless you are
called upon." Merelle then told the teacher that he had not read
the material in any book and he hadn't read his lesson, he just knew
the answers." He was then told to be quiet.
Merelle at the age of about 12 was able to tell his parents what
they were doing prior to his birth. He related to his parents how
that the father had prostate problems and was unable to perform his
manly duties for quite some time before he was born. He had been
born without the help of his father. Both his father and mother
told him this was true but nothing more was said about it. Merelle
then attempted to explain the approximately four different types of
birth but that never did make much sense to me.
After telling me some of his previous lives I wanted to get a life
reading for myself but Merelle suggested I not do it at that time.
He taught me for about 2 years before I was allowed to fine out abut
my past lives. He considered it important to know quite a few other
things before finding out who you were in previous lives.
During part of my training I was taught a way to go into meditation
and found out who I had been before. One of the first things that
came through was the word Huguenot. I had never heard of the word
before and thought it might mean a certain thing but after looking it
up it turned out that the word means the name of a certain Protestant
group that was over in France and Europe. They were people who were
trying to change some to the religious things of the time. Many of
them were killed for their beliefs. I was probably one of them.

SECRET ILLUMINATI SCIENCE - 150 YEARS OF RESEARCH IN ANTIGRAVITY

There have been Moon landings way before the Germans landed
on the Moon in the middle of the Second World War. I have a big
suspicion -- and I have been investigating a story that actually
the British Illuminati landed on the Moon in the 1890s with a
hyper-technology that included rocket power, giant gun propulsion,
anti-gravity lift and also some very interesting anti-gravity
centrifuges that were holding the crew, so as to eliminate the
monstrous g-force at blast off, when people would be crushed
like parchment paper on the cabin floor -- if it was just a normal
shooting through the cannon barrel. And these were not canons
made of metal, but these were vertical shafts drilled in solid
rock formation.
Recent documentation that I got from a secret Russian research
and development institute on anti-gravity, proves the feasibility --
the engineering and the physical feasibility -- that you can have
a human being shot in a giant cannon, and you can make that being
withstand the g-force, actually eliminate totally the g-forces
by creating a very small anti-gravity centrifuge inside the shell,
and putting the crew members inside there.
The Russian cosmonauts are using similar devices -- much smaller
black boxes -- under the seat, that make 90% of the g-force disappear.
However, I entered into all of these things through my passion
for flying contraptions -- as an engineer and physicist I had a
little dream to discover how anti-gravity works. In my videos and
articles I have extensively treated the topic. And in my upcoming
book, which will be titled, "My Discovery of Anti-gravity through
the Anthropology of Myth Approach" -- I was amazed to discover that
all of these myths, some of them thousands of years old, were
actually depicting working, feasible engineering -- from the physics
standpoint -- anti-gravity drives.
And from my study of anti-gravity drives, then I entered into
German anti-gravity research and development; and from there, straight
into the German secret societies, and these organizations that were
behind that research.
A fascinating documentary that was released just two months
ago, by the German secret society -- the Tempohofgasoschaft (sp)
-- the German branch of the Knight's Templars -- reveals quite a
bit of the secret occult nature of the Third Reich. In 1911 the
Tempohof Society established the Thule and Vril Societies. A few
years later, they established the Nazi Party and the SS -- which
launched the whole experiment of Naziism in the German Third
Reich.
Later on, they established the Black Sun organization -- which
is a secret society WITHIN the secret society of the SS -- to carry
[out] the most advanced projects that I will be talking about.
In a similar vein, many conspiracy theorists have claimed that
there are many layers of secret societies within secret societies
within the American CIA, in the American Military, in the Russian
KGB, and so on. The pattern is the same all over the world.
Watching the German film, we realized how secret societies work
behind the scenes in this country, and vice versa.
The Germans developed from the early 1920s more than fifty
different models of anti-gravity craft that I was able to gather
information on, drawings, sketches, and so on. With conventional
engines. I have drawings of piston-engine-powered anti-gravity
craft; basically you can build your own saucer with a simple car
engine.
They had models with turbo-jet engines -- standard issue turbo-
jet engines used for their Messerschmidt 262 -- the first operational
fighter plane. These engines were used to power turbo-jet saucers.
Simple spinning creates anti-gravity. There is no magical
wonder to that. And recent Illuminati "revelations" of the Bob Lazar
type -- that one needs the Element 115 in order to obtain anti-
gravity, and one needs a lot of alien hyper-advanced technology is
all a very clever smokescreen.
Any rotation of any physical object would reduce its weight;
and if you spin the h--- out of it, it would lose weight and lift
off and disappear.
So basically, you can couple any existing engine to a spinning
lenticular frame and put a cabin in the middle -- and have your own
saucer. And I have a big collection of engineering - successful
devices. Either models, or flying devices that were tested in the
'50s, '60s, and '70s -- but never made it into the mainstream
literature.
The most advanced craft that the Germans developed were --
actually there is another family of rocket-engine-powered saucers
that were exo-atmospheric -- they could go into orbit in minutes;
The bigger models could go to the Moon and back in about two hours,
three hours -- on a truckload of liquid oxygen and a truckload of
kerosene.
The whole Apollo program was a giant hoax and a smokescreen --
to slow down the world's research, and to prove to every developing
nation that, "Now you cannot make it on your own -- because you need
30 - 300 billion dollars, and you need about 300,000 elite American
engineers to take you to the Moon."
Not true! The Germans could build a craft a little bit bigger
than your living room, fill it with standard aviation or rocket fuel,
and go to the Moon and back in about two hours.
The most advanced designs that the Germans built were based on
free-energy, especially the Hans-Koeler Converter of free-energy --
which has no moving parts, and is very easy to build at home,
because you do not need expensive machining parts which would cost a
lot. These are basically magnets and coils, in a particular
geometry, that would create electricity on it's own. Giant
converters of this type were powering the football-field sized
"dreadnoughts" -- free-energy dreadnoughts that took the Germans
to the Moon, Mars, and beyond -- according to the documentary films
that I will be talking about.
The Germans had a Moon base established before the War ended --
and, by the way, in the films -- I will be showing extensive parts
of these films and a slide presentation -- the best of the more
than 600 slides that I have on the topic of German anti--gravity
research and development; photographs, drawings, and detailed
explanations of how these craft were made.
There is atmosphere on the Moon. There is water and vegetation
on the Moon, and basically everything NASA told us about the Moon
is a lie. I will be showing a slide of a giant lake on the Moon --
a color slide -- as proof of the wild rumors that I heard by a
leading journalist in this country...
But I found a big-sized photograph of a lake on the Moon --
color photo. The air is so transparent, you could see the craters
through the water on the bottom of that lake. It is fascinating.
I have discovered photographs of vegetation on the Moon -- green
in spring and summer, and reddish in autumn; basically, sparse
Arizona-desert-type vegetation, and so on.
In these German documentary films, the Germans even claim
that they were successful in doing time-travel saucer flights
back to our past -- and they went 400 years back in time.
Interesting, actually -- interestingly enough, John Searl in
the 1970s in England started building a free-energy device, the
Searl Energy Converter -- and later figured out that it can be
used for levitation, for anti-gravity. So did Chauberger (sp) in
the 1940s and '50s -- he started working with his water turbines
and discovered that they would induce levitation -- they would
have a strong anti-gravity effect on top of producing free-energy.
The Germans took a different route, and started working on
a gyroscopic time-machine -- all of this with alien technology,
of course. But then later, they realized that this time-machine
could also levitate, and be used as an anti-gravity drive.
I will show some photographs, very quickly -- of the most
advanced models that the Germans had. I have been called a crazy,
"nazi" saucer-nut for believing several years ago that these
drawings had more to them -- that these were not fiction but were
actual models.

BMW engines that were used for the Messerschmidt twin-engine turbo-jet
fighter, that were used for this [saucer] craft. This is a
[?intelligible -the word sounds like "Belontformetoscheber"] craft --
but a drawing is a drawing, and a photograph is worth a thousand
words -- we have a proverb in Europe over there.
[photo] Now, this is the Vril series of aerial intercepter
fighters of about 30-feet diameter [saucer] -- single seater, aerial
intercepter fighter. 2900 km -- 3 times the speed of sound in the
atmosphere. It had ex-atmospheric, orbital and maybe even Moon-going
capabilities. It was running on a gravity-energy converter -- not a
single drop of fuel.

this photo here, this is the autumn of 1944 -- spring of 1945. Some
of these models were much earlier; in the films that I will be
showing in my seminars -- they had the first crude anti-gravity
free-energy design in 1934, a year after Hitler came to power.
[photo] This is a high-banking maneuver; the pilot keeps his head
his head straight, visbile through the transparent perspecs cuplola;
and upon closer observation, one can see these two black dots here
that are probably the sunglasses of the pilot. I mean, this is a
stratospheric craft, and there is a lot of sun up there -- so you
definitely need sunglasses.
[photo] These are close-up photographs of these low-level flights
over the testing ground. The runic sign for the life-force, which is
called the "vril" -- and the name of the word vril also means the
life-force; and the name of the craft is Vril, and the name of the
society is Vril. So basically, this was a secret society, a secret
scientific society, whose goal was the harnessing of the elemental
forces in nature.
[photo] And this is probably the second prototype of this craft.
They went to "Vril 17". They had quite a quite extensive program.
These were the first and most crude designs that they had.
[photo] Later on, they built much bigger -- these are a
tank-killer type, 75 feet diameter saucer-shaped craft. Three
stories tall in the middle, with about 100 tons in weight. They did
not have, by the time the war ended, working operational force-field
shields around this craft -- so they had to rely on brute thick
armor. So that is why these were very heavy. But the anti-gravity
engines were so powerful, they could lift 100 tons -- which is a good
steam locomotive -- in orbit without a problem.
And we see standard-issue tank turrets on the underside of the
craft. This was a free-energy craft, but not a free ammunition craft
-- so they had to land and reload. They did not have, as they
developed later -- and I will show a photograph here, of their first
free-energy beam weapon.
[photo] This is an even better photograph, and here we see clearly
the Panther tank turret, with three mini-turrets and a gun pointing
in this direction -- this is a blow-up. [photo] This is a Tiger tank
turret, with a 75mm x 70 calibers - is the length of the gun -- the
best tank guns developed at the end of the Second World War.
According to Renato Vesco, the Italian Werner Von Braun -- who
wrote the book "Intercept But Don't Shoot" [aka "Intercept UFO" (p)
Zebra Books, New York, 1974] -- all of these craft were tested on
in limited number -- low profile testing on the European battle
theatre -- and then everything was packed, crated and shipped with
their giant submarines to their South Polar colony.
In the seminar I will go in great detail about the South Polar
German colony, and what they have been doing there.
[photo] This is a standard issue Tiger tank turret [on a
saucer] -- one of the best photographs. And it resembles very much
the Billy Meier photo with the sun behind the cabin here. As a
physicist I can give you a two-hour lecture on the physics of this
photograph. And the physical phenomena that we see around the
craft; and the optical blurring due to the extremely intensive
gravitational field around the craft -- but simply there is no time
for that here.
[photo] They also developed cigar shaped mother ships, [...end
of side one on the tape. don't know if there was anything missing
here on the tape or not as side 2 begins...] but the only naval-
warfare craft that they built -- this is a Hannibal III type craft,
74 metres diameter -- about 300 feet diameter -- football field-
sized craft. Ten story tall on the center axis, with giant naval
triple-gun naval turrets -- one, two, three turrets on the underbelly,
and a fourth turret on the top.
In the documentary film, they claim that they took this craft
on a desperate kamikaze flight -- no return flight to Mars -- in
April 1945 -- a month before the war ended in Germany. A volunteer
crew of Germans and Japanese. They knew that there would not be
any return flight, because the alloys that they were using were so
primitive at the time -- the extensive electromagnetic-gravitic
field, due to it's interaction with the electrons of metals, would
weaken the metallic bond and cause excessive fatigue of the metal.
So they landed on Mars with their drives almost cracking open;
they couldn't crank them to the maximim power, so they crash-
landed, damaged the drives, but the crew survived. Then they sent
a message to their South Polar colony that -- actually the flight
was so successful that they landed in the middle of January 1946,
after eight months of heavy flight.
[photo] This is a much slimmer model, with three turrets that
look more like the Medimach (sp?) turrets than a tank turret -- these
are beam-weapon turrets. The Germans developed a Donar (sp?) Ray
Gun, the "thundercannon" -- which is a free-energy electromagnetic
laser weapon that could drill holes in 4-inch steel plate -- before
the war ended.
So I have a feeling that this is a craft that was built in
the 1950s or '60s from the German South Polar colony on the South
Pole -- basically it's more of an Illuminati colony than a German
colony there. And these craft and many others have been used
extensively in the abduction scenarios that have been played out
in this country.
So, I was amazed myself, starting with two flimsy tabloid
reports of German anti-gravity craft -- in just two years, to
discover this extensive information.. I will be publishing
several books on the topic; I have published many journal
articles in journals on three continents; and this is probably
the topic that everyone wants to hear most -- the anti-gravity
research and development, and the EASINESS of obtaining anti-
gravity and even free-energy anti-gravity.
BUT, space flights with anti-gravity are not the hottest
issue. In the German documentary films, the second part of it --
also the Germans claim that they were able to send one ship of
these -- probably the Hannibal type craft -- through a warp-type
tunnel through time and space, to the Aldebaran star system, on
whose two planets exist a Sumerian (?) race. The Aldebaranians
were one of the alien races that were secretly helping Hitler
and the Third Reich.
And through this revelatory film of the Tempohafgasoschaft,
the German secret society -- it is very interesting that for the
first time, anybody officially would admit that a lot of the
dealings of our planet come from levels much higher than our
globe.
So they were able to send one of these crafts through a
warp-speed flight to the Aldebaran star system, which is 68
light-years away. And they arrived there in literally minutes.
Now, spaceflight with anti-gravity saucer-type craft is not
the highest Illuminati achievement in inter-planetary teleportation.
I do believe that everything that Al Bielik has been talking about
-- of the development of teleportation from the 1930s unto the '50s,
when they had it already finished -- is true, and that the
government has technology of teleporting somebody from an orbiting,
or hanging up saucer, to the surface -- the "Beam me down Scotty
routine."
Not only that, but they have perfected that to the point
where they are doing inter-planetary teleportation. And even that
is not the highest level of space travel. This is the second-
generation of space travel -- the teleportation is the second
generation after the saucers.
The third generation, and the most advanced one, is the
time-tunneling -- which is described in the Montauk Project books,
the first and the second books in the series. And Al Bielik and
Preston Nichols have been talking extensively about the time-
tunneling, which is a worm-hole warp - how shall I call it -
a tunneling effect through hyper-space between two points in our
Galaxy, or anywhere in our Universe.
And it gives the government a transportation capability in
real-time, to send anyone or any piece of military hardware to
any point in the Universe. It all was done through extensive
help and alien cooperation. My feeling is that these are massive
research and development efforts; undertaken by these huge alien
federations. And in the same way that we test new drugs in Third
World countries, a lot of alien races test new and dangerous
technologies on Third World Planets.
Why are they going to rip the fabric of their space-time
continuum with half-baked and under-baked "Philadephia"
technology, when they can do that on our planet -- and have fun in
the process.

Alright, I believe that there is life among the stars, that possibly there
are alien entities visiting us from time to time, but water on the moon? If
there is water and vegetation on the moon, then why can't we see any? Look
through a telescope and you will see it is a barren desert devoid of life.
If the moon had any atmosphere at all, not only would it be lacking the
million craters or so that cover it (you DO know what they are created by,
don't you?), but it would also be overcast with clouds from time to time
(much like Venus if you ever took the time to look). Please use your head
before posting such neferious garbage to the list. The sane among us do not
