Playing an ordinary game of NF today... let's see if I can recreate this
accurately... I think I had about 900M on ball 2, and had lock 2 lit. I
shot the skydive after the kickout, and for five seconds the display read:

CONGRATS
STEVE AND DOHO

...and proceeded with the Ball 2 Locked animation.

I think I spoke for the entire pinball-playing community when I said,
"What the hell does that mean?"

I can't seem to spot a cow yet, though. I get the feeling there are tons
of flipper combos we don't know about.

I didn't think there were cows in any Steve Ritchie game. He has
something against them, or so goes the story. Cows are not exactly
macho animals; maybe he thinks they're too whimsical for his games.

Darn, now this is a question I wish I'd asked on the IRC chat...

Are you sure it didn't say "SCOTT AND DOHO"? That would make more sense...

General Patton was a little crazy, but this guy's
totally out of his mind! We can't fail!

That could be. I was so surprised I may not have read it right.

Friends-
Cows were at one time outlawed from my games, but I don't think
I said NO COWS on this game. God only knows what Scott, Dwight,
and the other programmers and dot-guys buried in there.

You're right on Kevin. It's SCOTT and DOHO.

Regards,

Steve Ritchie
