time sould one arrive at the park on Friday? What is the "ERT" (quotes due to
the possibility of large crowds) schedule? Some people mentioned a while ago
eating at the TGIF's in Sandusky Thursday night. Anything going to happen
with this?

6:30 AM-5 PM Parking will be in the main lot near the main gate.
(A
$4 parking fee/causeway toll will be assessed.)
Registration will be at the Group Sales booth on the
left
side of the main entrance. When you purchase your
tickets
you'll receive a souvenir identification badge, which
will
qualify you for exclusive ride times and admission to
the
beach party. All ticket purchasers must present a valid,
official membership card from an established amusement
park or roller coaster club. Gates open at 7:15 a.m.
7:30-9 AM ERT on Raptor (R)
8-10 AM ERT on Blue Streak
10 AM-7:30 PM Enjoy Cedar Point's 364 acres of rides, including its
world-record-breaking collection of 11 roller
coasters,
shows, games and attractions at your lesiure.
7:30-10 PM It's a roller coaster and beach party picnic! Hot dogs,
munchies and more in the Coral Courtyard, with fun and
games down on the sand. You'll "hoop" it up and keep
limber until it's time for the exciting night ERT!
10:30 PM - Midnight Late night fun - ERT on Mean Streak
11 PM - 12:30 AM ERT on the Magnum XL-200

you and enter a photo contest. The best photograph with the photographer's
name and organization (no slides, please) will be framed and hung in a
place of honor at Cedar Point's Town Hall Museum. The winner will also
receive a special Cedar Point prize.

[fine print] Special Discount Tickets may be purchased only by people
presenting a current, official membership card from an established
amusement park or roller coaster club. They may purchase tickets for
friends or family who are not club members. No rain checks or refunds.
You can purchase your tickets at the Group Sales Booth from 6:30 a.m. to 5
p.m. Season Pass-holders of any Cedar Fair, L.P. park may take part in
CoasterMania! '95, by presenting their pass and proof of club membership.
All Raptor riders must be at least 54" tall. All Blue Streak, Magnum, and
Mean Streak riders must be at least 48" tall. For your protection, height
and safety requirements will be enforced.

Regarding the r.r-c get-together--
I believe that Shawn Mamros has been coordinating this. When last I heard,
the plan was to gather at TGI Friday's at the end of the Cedar Point
Causeway at about 9:00pm on Thursday night (that's tonight!). The last
count I saw was roughly ten people, but Fridays does not take reservations,
and the kitchen is open until 1:00am, so drop-ins are presumably welcome.
Personally, I'll be there, though I might be a little late since I am
planning to spend some time at the Po!nt on Thursday night. Hope to see
lots of you this weekend!
