The Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions (MAJOR SPOILERS): The hour of video
throughout the "Enter the Matrix" computer game which was
written/directed by the Wachowskis and filmed concurrently with the two
movies, contains major spoilers for "Revolutions" and some backstory for
"Reloaded". 'TwelveStones' has gathered the key juicy info he could find
during these video segments and reveals them here - be well aware though
that all this includes MAJOR spoilers for Reloaded and Revolutions so
don't go shooting the messenger ok. Lets begin:

"The Oracle (played by an actress named Mary Alice, due to Gloria
Foster's death; I assume this means that Mary Alice will play the Oracle
in Revolutions, as well) states that a "special child" who will "change
the world" is the child of two programs similar to herself. If she means
Neo, this would suggest that Neo is a program and thus that Zion is
still part of the Matrix. The Oracle says the two programs betrayed her
for their love by giving Merovingian (the French information-collector
guy, played by Lambert Wilson) her termination key. The Oracle allowed
this because she wanted the programs to have their special child.

A hobo with longish blond hair who also appears in the Revolutions
trailer has a conversation with Niobe (Jada Pinket-Smith) in which he
reveals that the Zion before this one "only lasted 72 hours". Niobe
volunteered to be the second ship to enter the Matrix and contact the
Nebuchadnezzar because her boyfriend, Command Lock revealed to her that
he had arranged for her ship, the Logos, to be the only one not to
participate in the defense of Zion, in order to protect her, and she was
angry. At the end of the events of Reloaded, Niobi and Ghost's
hovercraft (Logos) has crashed in an uncharted underground area and they
do not know how they will be found and rescued".

Anyone have further links or details about what's revealed in the game?
The information delivered here is obviously intended to be a part of the
whole package, and it's a bit harder for those without gaming systems to
get it. Ideally, I'd like to see a full list of all story info from the
game, unless the prior post was everything.

I don't think Neo being a "child" of computer programs means that Zion
is part of the Matrix. If it's acceptable that Smith could download
his personality to a human brain, then it should also be acceptable
that two computer programs could create a "child" program and download
it into a human child. This would further blur the line between human
and computer, which seems to be an important theme.

Zion being another Matrix is just WAY to easy. After seeing the second
movie, I'm quite confident that the W brothers will give us a much
more mind-blowing explanation.

I haven't seen the movie but I have played most of the game. It
takes place from two perspectives, either Niobe or Ghost's. Some
parts of the game are similar but most are not depending on who you
play.

(spoilers! for god knows what! (Revolutions? Reloaded? I donno)

Their first mission is to pick up the package left by the crew of the
Osiris at the Post Office. They look at the info in the package
(about the sentinals burrowing into the earth to find Zion) and then
head to the airport to leave messages for the other crews to meet in a
specific spot in the Matrix. At this point they get sidetracked by a
mission to save another member of the revolution who has been captured
by an Agent. If the plane takes off they'll have to yank his plug
(and kill him). Niobe gets into the plane and gets the captures
revolutionary out by parachute before having to dive outherself (right
after kicking the agent out of the plane from several thousand feet
up). Niobe lands, gets picked up by Ghost in a car, and they both get
the revolutionary to a phone in time for him to get out.

At the meeting place they get raided by the 'feds' (I'm guessing this
is in the movie because Morpheus is in this scene for a second in the
game, and it looks like footage taken directly from the movie). Ghost
and Niobe escape, help a couple others escape, and are finally
cornered underground in the sewers. Before this though one of the
other revolutionaries, Ballard, is challenged to a fight by an asian
guy in a white suit. They fight, then the asian guy takes Ballard to
see the Oracle, who tells him basically what was said in the above
post. She also says something about the 'spreading shadow' and it
shows Agent Smith taking over another person and making a duplicate. A
door opens and an old asian man pulls them through to safety. They're
now in a long white hallway with lots of doors. He says he's been
captured and is being held in the mountains but was able to find an
open door to escape. He takes them into a room with a bunch of keys
and tries to give them one, but before he can two guys enter in
through another door and grab it from him. The old asian man tells
them they MUST get the key back.

So Ghost and Niobe go through the door the two thugs came out of and
are in a big white lobby like room (where the swordfight with Neo
takes place I guess). They're unable to get a cellphone connection so
Ghost decides to try and get a signal somewhere else ("Can you hear me
now? Shit!") They seperate and Niobe ends up getting knocked out.
She's taken to the attic by a guy wearing all black with long black
hair and tied down with ropes and left alone. She ends up escaping by
getting a hold of a nearby candle to get loose. She then fights her
way back downstairs through what I am guessing are vampires (she has
to stake them to kill them). She hears a ringing phone and answers it
and Sparks (the tech guy on the Logos) tells her that Ghost is in
trouble) Eventually she makes her way into a room with Monica
Belluci's <sp?> character (Persephone?) who tells Niobe not to move or
she'll have more of her husband's men in there in a second, and while
she enjoys the pain and suffering she also likes to experience other
things. She says she'll help Niobe find Ghost if she will 'kiss her
like she would kiss her true love'. Niobe suggests shooting her knee
caps off might be a better idea. But Persephone insists on helping
her find Ghost if she can get a kiss. So they kiss, and Persephone
says it basically sucked, so Niobe says "ok let's try again" and they
start REALLY kissing (woot! something for the gamer nerd guys!).
After that Persephone tells Niobe her true love is not her boyfriend
(a captain for another ship whose name I forget) but someone else.
She then gives her directions down to the dungeon.

Niobe gets downstairs and catches an old French guy and the two thugs
in a room with a tied up Ghost. She frees him and escapes, taking out
the two thugs in the process. They get back into the long white
hallway, out another door, and meet up with the two twins in the
bottom of a parking garage (and saying goodbye to the key guy since he
is locked up again). They hop into a nearby car and take off,
escaping the twins.

Next they are told Morpheus is in trouble and they have to go into
save him. Sparks says that if Morpheus is in trouble it's got to be
some bad shit. They jack back in and end up on the freeway chasing
the semi-truck with Morpheus battling an agent on top. Niobe and
Ghost take out some cops following them and the scene plays where
Morpheus lands on their car, Niobe says "go back and kick his ass" and
Morpheus then jumps back onto the semi. Oh....and then the COOLEST
SCENE EVER when Neo saves the key guy morpheus from the exploding
truck.
Next they need to get to Zion. So they arrive, and there is some
great plan to destroy the Sentinels, or maybe the entire Matrix, by
using all of the ships EMP devices at once. But Niobe's boyfriend has
convinced the counsel (or whatever) that the Logos is too small to
make an effect, so Niobe isn't going. Niobe is pissed, so at the next
meeting volunteers to go blow up a power planet in the Matrix, and I
guess take out some kind of shield. That's where I'm at now.

Anyways...I think that's fairly close to the end of the game. The
last group of missions is taking out the powerplanet. As you can see
it mainly just follows Niobe and Ghost so I'm not sure about what
spoilers are actually there.

I fully believe that Zion and Matrix are programs in the system. I
like to think of Zion as the error handler for the Matrix. Here is my
ideas...
