There has been a lot of discussion about Gerry Armstrong on this board but I
did not see his web site listed currently as a reference, so I am re-posting
the link to it for all to visit if they wish.

In my opinion, it is an excellent site. Go see it for yourself.

Thanks for posting these sites. What I've read so far is actually
excellent.

I hadn't seen them, and I'm happy you posted the links to them.

Don't miss the legal filings where Armstrong declares how God
told him to sign the agreement with the CoS and take their
$800,000, then later how God told him to violate that same
contract and give away all his material possessions purchased
with the $800,000.

That's a real winner. With a God (R] like that, no wonder His
Prophet (R) is such a fruitcake.

Excellent!

Not long ago you claimed that Gerry hid the money.

What is your evidence for this allegation?

You also said, "rather than being honest and handing the money back
to the Church of Scientology, [Gerry] hid it."

What is your evidence for this allegation?

I notice you have trouble keeping your story straight, Diane. That's
the trouble with liars like you.

Mr. Fishman,

Perhaps you did not see or you did not understand what the Armstrong
"comedy of errors" was about with relationship to certain things Gerry
Armstrong puts on his website, including and specifically. his goOn
SquAd Follies, calling critics whose only crime was to disagree with him
about putting up such a page (to begin with in regard to Garry Scarff)
OSA.

No one said most of the stuff on Armstrong's website is not good.....but
you would agree, would you not, that making false accusations and
presenting false information, i.e. telling lies, does not belong on an
"excellent" website and makes any website less "excellent" (credible)?

Best Wishes to you too.

My favorite document is the Prophet of God's [R] most recent. You
can find it here:
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/legal/a7/armstrong-answer-cv021632.html
__________________________________

Here's just a bit of that Armstrong "wit and humor." Here's where
Armstrong blames his behavior on God [R]:

"...because Armstrong was guided by God to sign CSI's, Scientology's,
Miscavige's and the beneficiaries' illegal, unconstitutional, greatly
stupid, impossible to perform, anti-public policy, anti-American,
anti-religion, diabolical and insane mutual release...."

Since every judge Gerry's been before has upheld the legality of the
agreement he signed with the CoS, it must have been his God [R] who
told Gerry this:

"Since the terms of paragraph 7D of the mutual release are
illegal, unconstitutional, greatly stupid, impossible to perform,
anti-public policy, anti-American, anti-religion, diabolical and
insane, Armstrong had no obligation to perform such terms."

Armstrong's God [R] sure does hand out crappy legal advice!

Here Armstrong admits he's violating the injunction, although he
prefers to blame his God [R] for the violations:

"Armstrong admits that he violates the injunction, which is illegal,
unconstitutional, greatly stupid, impossible to perform,
anti-public policy, anti-American, anti-religion, diabolical, insane
and clearly unenforceable, at the Will of God."

Too bad invoking the Will of God [R] isn't a legal defense in
this country. Maybe Gerry should try it out in a country ruled
by the Sharia. He might have better luck there.

I haven't seen anything "Divine" about Armstrong's flagrant
violations of the injunction against him. I guess that's because
I don't follow the same God [R] that Gerry listens to:

"...it is a Divine Impossibility because the people that CSI,
Scientology, Miscavige and the beneficiaries seek with their
complaint to prevent Armstrong from advising or assisting, and which
this Court would punish him for advising or assisting, are each and
every one the more than six billion wogs in the world, every child of
God in the universe."

Armstrong sure does toss his God's [R] name around a lot in this
document.

"Armstrong is a wog who has been given a role by God...."

"Wogs are God's children, and God has always raised up and will always
raise up wogs, as He has raised up Armstrong...."

"Armstrong is a Christian, possessing an inalienable right from God
Himself..."

"...Armstrong is a Prophet to Scientologists, hereinafter "PtS"®, and
as a PtS possesses an inalienable right from God Himself ...to bring
the Word of God, by speech and writing in any medium, to
Scientologists...."

>There are many, and there
>are many more to come!

Yep, and God's [R] Prophet to Scientologists [R] keeps cranking out
bullcrap like that by the ream. I don't think the court finds
Armstrong nearly as amusing as Armstrong finds himself.

It's sort of similar to Steve Fishman's Lonesome Squirrel. Just
replace Armstrong's God [R] with references to human excrement
and they're nearly identical.

Except, of course, that Fishman is a much better writer.

Fishman has Armstrong beat by a mile, Tigger. He was calling critics
who questioned him "OSA operatives" back when Gerry was still
trying to find the power switch on his pc.

>No one said most of the stuff on Armstrong's website is not good.....

Good for a laugh, I guess. It's mostly just Armstrong wasting the
court's time and taxpayer's dollars by playing the Divine Fool. Too
bad he does such a poor job at it.

Maybe Armstrong might benefit from taking a page from Fishman's
book -- he could claim he's not just the Prophet of God [R] but the
Father of Christ [R]. Fishman has done that and more, but with
much more style and grace than Armstrong will ever muster.

>but

Remembering Fishman's posts to this newsgroup, I'd imagine he's
specifically praising Armstrong's "goOn SquA follies" page. Except
if Fishman were to do it, there'd be scatalogical nicknames attached.

Armstrong thinks he's being so very, very clever. I admit he's
fooled and manipulated some people, most noticeably Warrior.
But that's not surprising, since Warrior was fooled by Hubbard
for years. Others here do a better job of detecting BS when they

Why single out Armstrong as more barmy in his belief

Diane,

Critics? The only ONE alleged "critic" I ever called an OSA Operative was
YOU, Diane.

And I still believe you are THE mole on the face of darkness.

Why? Because you - Gerry Jihad's Faithful Rectal Kisser - says so??
Your prophet, Gerry Jihad has made numerous allegations about many
people and hasn't provided a shred of evidence about any of them.

Get your head out of Gerry's ass before it's too late, Marky.

No, Garry. Anyone can make an allegation. If there is truth to it, one
should be able to post the specific evidence that supports the allegation.

There's nothing "twisted" about my logic, Warrior.

Gerry Armstrong tried a variety of maneuvers (including establishing a
bogus corporation) in an effort to protect the proceeds he received
in his settlement with the Church of Scientology.

When that didn't work, he transferred the proceeds to others. That's
when he began his "witty" ruse that he was a Prophet of God [R].

It's all there on his website, Warrior. That website you claim you've
read thoroughly.

The evidence is available in the court documents on Armstrong's

evidence.

Dear Diane,

Of all the things in the world you could want for the holidays, I am quite
surprised that this is all that you have asked for. I guess the Office of
Special Affairs takes care of all the rest of your earthly needs.

Why not a new pickle jar?
