Wouldn't it have been much easier for the terrorists to simply fly a
plane upwind of New York and release Anthrax, or one of the other
biological or chemical agents that countries like Iraq have in
abundance?
They could even have simply driven around Manhattan in a van, feeding

Many millions could have died, in New York alone.
In light of that, can today's events be viewed as a 'symbolic' attack?
I don't mean to make light of the many deaths.. but if they pursue the

This creates a dichotomy.
We don't want to do anything that can be construed as 'caving' in to
terrrorist demands, since this might only result in encouraging more

The people who are fighting back with rocks already have a 'superior'
enemy to contend with, without us, a superpower, allaying with their
'enemy'.
I love Jews but I'm not willing to blindly condone the Israeli
government's actions. Have you never thought that they seem to be
going beyond what is necessary to protect themselves.. and seem to be
taking pride in 'punishing' their neighbors?
We have allowed our leadership to support Israel, with a feeling of
invulnerability on our part. I don't think that feeling is justified
anymore.
Which is the lesser of two evils:
Re-examining our role in the Mideast, with an eye towards fairness to
all, at the risk of appearing to have 'reacted' to these attacks...
or..
Continuing with our policies, still acting as though we are
'untouchable'..
and risk an attack that is not intended to be 'symbolic'.. but instead
is intended to kill millions in each of our cities?

I have a couple of points to make to your claims.
1) If in fact you somehow had a "higher" understanding of what was
going to happen today, maybe you should have told the proper
authorities. I mean, if I was God, which, incase anyone is wondering I
am not, I would be quite upset if one of my children knew of a
horrific disaster that was going to take place and he didn't tell
anyone.
2) If for some reason God was in fact punishing the US (and why he
doesn't punish the cocaine selling Columbians is beyond me) don't you
think he could have mustered up something more spectacular than a
plane crash? I mean, come on! It rains 40 days and 40 nights in Noah's
time so I'm simply not impressed with 5 wacko's with makeshift knives
taking over a plane, and then calling it "God's work".
3) Your post obviously shows you knew something, or you simply got
lucky. My guess is the latter of the two, but then again, I simply am
not in a position to know that for sure. Anyhow, I'm sure some sort of
federal agency will probably be asking the same questions to you and I
don't think they'll be as easy-going as I am. Good luck with that.
