Why only 5 localizations? Is there not enought space to ship all packs?
They could rest as separate XPI-files which have to be installed
manually when needed.
It's a list of localisations that they definitely want - if other
localisations are ready when the CD ships, they could be on there.
Asa made some follow up comments on MozillaZine:
