[FORGEDCANCEL] - HowTo analyze hte headers

[ilias]

over 60 of my messages were cancelled.

I looked at "NNTP-Posting-Host" and "IP" and they are in all cancels
identical.

An example cancel message:

I found a posting in the newsgroup witch has many similarities.

values "ip503d66c7.speed.planet.nl" and "80.61.102.199" are always the
same, even in much older messages from this person.

I don't know if this means that he has a fixed IP at his ISP). I
complained, but i don't get an answer from ab...@planet.nl (2 days).
