ANNOUNCE: PyDumper - GDB Helper script

I'm sure this has been done before, but I needed one, and I couldn't
find one.

I wrote a script that wraps GDB and is able to extract a stack trace and
all relevant data (func args, globals, locals, instance vars) to help
debugging apps that get stuck.
