Unsolicited email message received at an ISP account in South Dakota.
This is the second such message I have received. The first time I got
it, I wasn't sure it was sent in bulk.
The message has no apparent commercial content, so no report to FTC.

SpamCop gave four abuse handling addresses for the phillipsnizer.com
site, but that site does not appear to be involved in this abuse.
In the Message-ID strings at the end of the email, I have replaced
@ with {at} to prevent automated systems from mistaking Message-IDs
for email addresses.

Ti...@zoomph.net: SpamCop gave me your address for "no-id.com". If
this is in error, tell me where I should complain.

Apparent origin: 208.180.144.16 (It has badly configured reverse DNS.
The reverse DNS for 208.180.144.16 is the fully qualified domain name
cdm-208-144-16-brcs.cox-internet.com, but the fully qualified domain
name cdm-208-144-16-brcs.cox-internet.com doesn't resolve to
anything.
The surrounding netblock belongs to TCA Internet in Tyler, Texas.)

The sender claims to be "0000...@no-id.com".

If you have an open mail relay, close it to prevent further abuse.
If you are the victim of a joe job, do whatever is necessary to

"Just Taylor" IS Spamford Wallace. Taylor Jimenez is a false name,
a true alias. Just FYI. This guy is a creep and should not be
encouraged. The ONLY time he is ON-TOPIC and NOT in the process of
pursuing someone to stalk, harass, and/or abuse them is when the
topic is "Sanford Wallace". Only then is his pursue not controlling
others. He appears to like to speak for and defend Wallace and that
is the only person he cares about. Why? Because Sanford Wallace is
"Just Taylor" himself!! He cares ONLY about himself and is
otherwise
engaged in Usenet ONLY in pursuit of others to harass, stalk and/or
abuse.

Here is information on the person known as 'Just Taylor' who stalks
people he does not know into newsgroups he does not participate in
to harass and defame people for others. He goes by a real alias.
There is NO "Taylor Jimenez" in California. He uses abuse domains
and always posts off the record to further try to hide and avoid
accountability. He is a triple anon coward. There is a Sanford
Wallace and he posts from the same area as "Taylor". "Taylor" uses
the same words (like 'larting'); behaves in the same way as Sanford;
uses some of Sanford's domains (which he claims he "bought from
him");
and he is the very same age and looks exactly the same as Sanford
Wallace!! Sanford Wallace no longer lives at his past addresses and
there is a Sanford Wallace in San Pablo, CA. He lives in the same
area
that would be served by the mail server "taylor" uses. "Taylor" also
retaliated for Sanford in ten different newsgroups where the "open
letter" (below) was posted. I wonder why he would do that???

In short it is clear that "Taylor" who is an irresponsible
criminal-type
stalking and harassing abuser who tries to remain unaccountable and
anonymous is indeed Sanford "Spamford" Wallace.

go by my name and use a properly registered domain space
(registered in the name of the Jesness family for 6 years now) to

NOTHING for the others you presently "serve" that THEY would not
label as inappropriate (to say the least) IF that was done against
them. It is pathetic to see a person on a power trip, where
he does things for others because he can get away with it. Again, you
may have not even been involved enough in any interactions with the
person you harass and with those in the newsgroup you "serve" to
know that all you do would officially and definitely be considered
wrong by many of those same hypocritical people you serve (AND
SUCH ACTIVITIES _HAVE BEEN_ DECLARED WRONG BY THESE VERY PEOPLE).
True,
some of the people you "serve" (as basically a cheap big-shot punk)
are happy to see YOU do what they would not do themselves because
they do not want to be seen doing wrong, yet like it when you do it.
Hopefully, this is not enough pathetic gratification for you to
continue (esp. given there will be consequence and NOT the sort you
have been hoping for). (I know how you love court and like to win
when YOU have been a supreme asshole, but that wish may not be
forthcoming. This is your record and what makes you such a disgusting

worst people on the earth. There ARE other possible consequences --

If you decide that it is more important for you to throw your
"weight" around by doing favors for people to be a big shot (punk)
and if you continue acting against people you do not know and in
newsgroups you do not participate in, I believe that it will be
fair to do anything to make you have more accountability. This
will include revealing any and all identifying information about you.
Since you have gone to some lengths to seek privacy, I believe this
is something you might not want to occur.

Things have gone forward to the point that it is no longer helpful
to you to post through an abuse domain to do your Usenet posting and
it no longer helps that you go by an alias of a person that does
not even exist (as you yourself have admitted you do). You speak
often like a greedy materialistic man who has money and likes to
throw that around for his punk-ass power trips. But you also have
your family and your privacy to consider. I suggest you stop abusing
other people and continue to keep your privacy. No one wants to take
that away from you. But, you also would have to become accountable
by all means, if you continue your stalking and harassment of people
you do not even know, in newsgroups you do not even participate in.

You have facilitated and participated in harassing activities for
years. You can still get a free pass (believe it or not). But this
offer shall expire very shortly. I'll give you a week to correct
your activities and get your activities in line with the standards
that those you serve have insisted on.

reputation to with its subscribers, who objected to the receipt of

The court also rejected Cyber's claims that CompuServe's decision to
connect to the Internet was an implied invitation to the public to
enter
its property for business purposes. The court held that CompuServe's
demand, in October 1995, that Cyber cease the e-mailings was
sufficient

Other cases brought against Cyber and its president, Sanford Wallace
by
Internet service providers have produced similar results. In
Concentric
Network Corp. v Wallace, the U.S. District Court for the Northern
District of California granted Concentric Network (CNC) a permanent
injunction prohibiting Cyber from 1) sending unsolicited e-mail to
CNC
subscribers; 2) sending or receiving e-mail via CNC; 3)
misrepresenting
that any Cyber e-mail message was sent from or condoned by CNC; and
4)
distributing mailing lists containing the e-mail addresses of CNC
subscribers. In EarthLink v. Cyber Promotions, Inc., the
Los Angeles Superior Court granted EarthLink an injunction
prohibiting
Cyber from sending unsolicited e-mail to EarthLink subscribers. The

outcome of the case between Spamford and Earthlink: ...
