If someone is interested: Win32 build of tcl/tk84 from todays cvs available

Hi all,

for those of you without Windows compilers, I´ve made a build on Win 2k,
from the latest CVS Version of tcl/tk 8.4.

Two versions, one is the bare tcl8.4 without tk, the other tcl/tk8.4
with some libs like the newest tcllib version from cvs and tclxml with
tclexpat built. Also included is the vfs extension.

All builds are without threads.
