[rec.games.roguelike.nethack] Updated version of NH PLUS has been released!

Well, after much coding and bug squashing Nh Plus has finally been
updated (once again).
Included in this update is:
(1) Major revision of Polymorph code (making Doppelgangers a bit easier :)
(2) Another new class: Undead Slayer (I'll let you discover this one for
your self, undead beware! :)
(3) General bug fix with regards to hitting magical creatures (The
monsters are now affected too)
(4) A few new items, mainly the Medical Bag for healers.
(5) Healers greatly improved (faster healing, better at mixing potions, etc)
And thats just the begining! The only things that have not been
fixed/improved are the quests for the new classes. If someone out there
would be willing to give me a hand with this .. please let me know!
Also the mysterious "bad weapon restore" bug for dwarves wielding pickaxes
has not been resolved ... anyone have a clue what might cause this?
As usual, the files are avaliable at ftp.krl.caltech.edu.
The source is located in /pub/nethack/Variants/NhPlus
The DOS executable is in /pub/nethack/Msdos
And for those of you who already downloaded the previous release, the updated
files are located with the source as update02.zip. (If you have a REALLY old
version of the source you may also need update01.zip)

NOTE: The files may not be there till Tuesday, 07/26/94 ... but then
again, my message may not get to the group till then :)
