However, unlike SCOOBY-DOO, LILO & STITCH will have a lot of repeat
business. I saw L&S at a sneak preview showing this weekend and it was
(IMHO) the best Disney animated feature since THE LION KING.

Big deal. Stitch and the rest of the movie's cast are all original
characters. No basis on any familiar public domain story this time around, and
so no preselling. Because of that Disney had to give Stitch a lot of exposure
so that people would know who he was. And from what I heard, the L&S cast are
good enough to deserve all that exposure.
Lemme tell you I wish the Iron Giant was overexposed.
