So even though a majority of people were for a rec.humor.objectivism
newsgroup, thee majority isn't large enough according to the 2/3 rule
(or the 100+ rule, for that matter). So I am sorry to say that we will
not get an official newsgroup devoted to objectivist humour this time.
I will, however, investigate the possibility of creating an
alt.humor.objectivism.
Let me use this opportunity to thank all those who participated in the
vote. I would also like to thank Ayn Rand, whose important discovery
that `A is A' undoubtedly marked the start of the important theory of
syntactic equalities in the English language.
