I finally found the way to post, so I figured I may as well ;) I want to thank
everyone who made me feel so welcome. I am so glad I decided to go. I will
definately have to attend next years. Everyone was so nice and although I
seemed to be quite shy, eventually I felt so " at home " with everuone that I
wanted to get to know everyone. I wish the con would have lasted longer. Thanks
to everyone who helped me with my knee, especially Jonathan and Rich ( im sorry
if I got those names wrong, but I think they are right). Thanks to Jess as
well, and to everyone else who helped...it was a big help. The knee is healing.
I can walk a little better. I hope I will continue to post, and I hope I get to
know eveyone a little better. Thanks again ;)

Hey, welcome to the group! Next year's con is in Kansas City. If you
decide to drive, let me know. Maybe I'll ride with you. :)

Yay! Im glad you knee is feeling better and that you figured out how to post. I
thought that you had told me that your email address was pixi...@aol.com but
I guess that isnt right.

It was really fun meeting you and spinning with you until the accident and I
hope that at the next con, we can avert any and all injuries :-)

Oh and one other thing, we use threadmarkers here. For a complete guide to
everything rmta, email new...@rmta.org and ask for a newbie FAQ.

Yeah. Well. Whatever. You can't teach God anything.

woo-hoo! that's what i like to hear. i was a little concerned at first
that you and kelly felt awkward, but by the time of the banquet,
everything seemed to be going well for you. i'm always excited when we
get a few strangers in the mix, especially since so many of them seem to
cancel at the last minute. believe it or not, jess was our stranger at
the first con, and he's certainly been one of the coolest people in this
ng since we harassed him to start posting.

now get kelly in here. :)

Hi Christie! So glad the knee is doing better and so glad you found
your way here! My mind is like a broken sieve or I'd tell ya where to
get the newbie pack (which will explain the -G- I added to the front
of your subject line) but I'm sure someone around here can rattle off
that addy faster than you can say "Hope to see you next year in KC!"!

Dani and Flop (who says welcome too)

given that one person that i know of was still a virgin (although i can't
attest to her post-con purity), i think you did just fine.

Glad to hear your knee's better and that you seem to be ready for more rmta.
It's a weird and wonderful place, just like the people who post here.

Hey, I got a hug, no thanks needed. Glad you made it and hope you are
getting around sans crutches.
