Ok, Ok, I can't stand it anymore.
Waves, waves, waves,.....sheesh.
Is anybody around here going to
go out 3 April? I haven't seen an
ocean since Christmas, and the water
was in the 50's then. It looks like
the water here is about 40. I guess I
should go get wet just for the hell
of it. Anybody else?

Just a note to the MD, and Del. surfers. Went to the shore yesterday and it
was flat and was it ever cold! Water temps around 43 deg. Bring all the
neoprene you can find! We didn't get wet - don't even think a bodyboard
would've done much yesterday. Do I ever miss Humboldt County (CA)
sometimes!!!

Just had to say that I plan to be in the water for most of the day,
and hopefully I'll be able to check out most of my favorite
spots in Ventura Co. (Fairgrounds, Santa Clara Rivermouth, Silver Strand,
County Line, Zero).

It should be epic just to read how everyone's sessions went.

In response to the guy who was talking about surfing in Washington,
I went about two weeks ago up here in RI, and it was freezing. Water
temperature was 33 degrees, and all I had was my 3mm wetsuit. ARGH!
Talk about cold. However, it was around chest to head high sets, and
perfectly clean. Real nice. Just wish I could have stayed in longer
to enjoy it...
