By request I've written a brief introduction to
Souljourns Book II. I hope this is satisfactory.
Feel free to redact this to fit available space.
Also, feel free to use any of my work which you
found posted to my archived "website" on google.
If you don't use anything else, at least use the
reference charts, FAQs, and key signatures chart,
as these are most pertinent to judicial astrology.

If you like, just call me "Min" for short, as
I'm happy just to get published in your book,
since everything I have written I've written
and posted to the public domain on the usenet;
without exception, all of my articles, charts
and research are posted for free to the public.
Use whatever you prefer. All I ask is that you
credit me wherever you use what I have written.

Since I PGP clear-sign all my articles, it is
easy to cite the message ID of *this* article
in case anyone asks for proof that you have my
permission to excerpt my writings in your book.

THE RELATIONSHIP TO man, to the souls of man, and
to man in the living body, dying and incarnating,
flying off to the heavens, being cut-off and sent
back to Earth in a new body for a new experience,
that relationship is what the whole discussion of
astrology and the relevance of the heavens to our
expanding consciousnesses is all about--as it
pertains directly to man. We cannot separate
ourselves from this equation no matter how hard we
try to see it objectively, as though we were some
alien being looking at the solar system from afar
off. Try to imagine what astrology was like before
men walked the Earth, billions of years ago. How
does astrology pertain to the rocks, the plants,
and the animals? We could take an imaginary trip
back to the primordial soup of astrology, but in
the reality of our existence and our unfolding
consciousnesses, it is pertinent directly to us,
so we must never leave "us" out of the equation.
Just as importantly, Earth is as much a part of
astrology as are the other planets, moreso, since
Earth is our home planet.
It's easy to get sidetracked and look at a
"mechanical" solar system so to speak, as to view
aspects of the planets in a mechanistic, or
mathematical sense, thus getting bogged down in
the astro-mathematics of things, as by relative
positions of the twelve chromatic signs, and seven
diatonic modes.
Sometimes, it is necessary to release, and let go
of the mind for awhile, and just enjoy listening
to good music, e.g. Beethoven's Symphonies. This
is a guarantee, that when the mind is laid aside,
an individual's consciousness will float off into
the music and will remember other parts of
consciousness and their interconnectedness as a
whole. We can subdue Mercury (intellect) in order
to attune with the other planets--there's so much
more to the sum total of the spheres than just our
Mercurial intellect. In opening up to the planets,
we are free to move between them and experience
their cumulative resonance. We can experience
firsthand the collective consciousnesses of the
heavens and earth in body, mind, soul and
oversoul (let the discerning discern).
Dante's Empyrean is the experience of soul
incarnated in the body on Earth. In the Empyrean,
all nine heavens above the Earth converge to the
tenth heaven, with Pluto at the Earth's geocenter.
We can call this divine convergence the bride of
Christ, where the mystical marriage takes place in
the brilliant white light. The body of Christ does
the work, however, and doesn't just sit around
waiting for their ship to come in, as to make sail
for. This is the asserted will of the enlightened
soul in the realm of matter, the Empyrean, who is
the central theme of the Universe. In Dante's
model of the universe, this convergence is shown
at the foundation of the world, just as the
center, Pluto, appears at the bottom of the
kabbalah "tree of life".
Beyond Saturn (seventh heaven) are the fixed stars
(eighth heaven), after which Dante's chart jumps
to the Primum Mobile, the Earth, skipping over the
ninth tropical sphere altogether. One immediately
asks Whatever happened to the tropical heaven of
Neptune? All of a sudden, Dante's chart skips from
the eighth heaven to the tenth (i.e. what Dante
calls the "ninth"), which is the Earth, the Primum
Mobile, which ancient Latin phrase simply means
the first or most moving, most moveable, the
fastest moving sphere (of the consciousnesses).
By contrast, the Mobile--i.e. *not* Primum
Mobile--heaven is the tropical year ruled by
Neptune, and that's what is conspicuously missing
in Dante's charts. This happened from circa
150-200 AD onward, when astrologers influenced by
Claudius Ptolemy et al began to ignore the eighth
heaven of the fixed stars (ruled by Uranus), and
instead pulled the ninth heaven of the tropical
seasons down to replace the now-missing caelestial
firmament! Also, they misconstrued the tropical
year as being an entire 360* zodiac in outer
space--which it plainly isn't (this is explained
clearly the tropical astrology FAQ).
The zodiacal months of the tropical year occur
in season, just like months of the Gregorian
calendar. This pertains to the realm just above
the solid ground of the Earth's thin crust, her
"skin" as native Americans call it, or terra firma
in the Latin, which "skin" covers the Earth. The
realm of the tropical seasons is the ninth heaven,
as all most ancient charts all agree is ruled by
Poseidon, Neptune. The tropical year slowly moves
-precesses--against the cosmic backdrop of the
eighth heaven, hence the term Mobile appears on
ancient charts at number nine, next to the Primum
Mobile at number ten.
Earth is the soul-center of the consciousnesses
of the Gods & Goddesses where they converge on Mt.
Olympus, the seat of soul-and-body, altogether
called the Empyrean, this experiential realm of
souls in the realm of matter, literally the
Gods-incarnate: "Let us make man in our own
image" refers to us Gods-incarnate. Here is where
the Empyrean is. We, Gods in the flesh--that's who
Jesus is in all His glory. The scriptures instruct
us that we are verily Gods:

"I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are
children of the most High"--Psa 82:6

"Jesus answered them Is it not written in your
law, I said Ye are gods?"--John 10:34


NUMBERING OF THE HEAVENS BEYOND SATURN

We all know that Saturn is the seventh heaven and
the Moon is the first etc., but in climbing the
diatonic ladder out of Saturn's binding rings we
find Urania, the bass-Aeolian muse of astronomy,
which is Earth's caelestial firmament approaching
cosmic infinity, that is One, Unity, the Universal
set.
So when Dante travels to Gemini, he means the
caelestial constellation of Gemini, the fixed
stars illuminating this constellation commencing
on the Great Pyramid star Alnitak located at 30
degrees Taurus in the belt of Orion, and ending
one degree before Procyon at 1 degrees Cancer, and
stretching from ecliptic pole to pole, from the
belly of Draco up until the midst of Dorado.
Fine, we know that, and Dante knew that. He even
says fixed stars, and that's what it is, all
energy of the caelestial firmament reaching Earth
from far beyond our solar system. The cosmos with
respect to Earth, the caelestial firmament of the
Earth, to the Earth, that is the eighth heaven
as relative Earth, with respect to the central
sphere of the observer. That's the principle of
astrology, the relative position of the observer's
sphere within -- with respect to -- the Universe.
Next, we find the ninth heaven just above terra
firma, the seasons of the Earth, the oceans and
streams of the Earth, the waters just above the
Earth-firmament within Earth's own inner-space,
the precessing tropical year.
Finally, we reach the tenth (which Dante et al
medieval writers improperly numbered ninth) the
Empyrean, practical experience, the practice of
soul incarnate in the body-temple. The ancients
didn't write the "war of nine sidereal years" but
of the war of ten years, the ten diatonic pitch
keys of the universe. Thus Nostradamus wrote
of Solars "...to the ten compoundings", or of
lunars, as their synodic phases out to Saturn,
then the fixed stars, the tropical year, and
finally, our rotating Earth. The Solars-only
are definitively the 360* SIDEREAL orbits, not
the synodic lunars as seen from the Earth. See?

There is no question about the diatonic being ten.
7 + 3. It's the war between Titans and Olympians,
between the solar system subordinating under the
numbering of Earth's houses from the east point,
vs. the nine powerful Gods above the Earth who
overrule the Titan's mundane numbering through
their combined divine powers. Thus the Gods
transpose, transliterate, the signs, the numbering
of Earth's meridian houses (see the judicial FAQ).
That is why the Olympians do reign victorious for
all time. You might say this is the war between
the perfection of soul in the experiential realm
of the Empyrean, and the war of perfecting the
soul through the fallen Adamic nature from the
first red race of Autumn & Even who were banished
from Eden, and the war of reconciling the nuclear,
the harmonic, geometric, mathematical, the
multiplicity of the Gods via their experiences in
the body, which is who we are. That is what the
"war of ten" is over, the diatonic vs. the
transposable, with the chromatic reigns of the
heavens overruling within the diatonic law by
which they co-formed. The war of harmonic tension
which lasts as "a thousand years and is fought in
the air", the akasa, the fifth element Mnemosyne,
our Earth-Mother who remembers, and who the
worldly would rather forget--but foresooth!
Jehovah is a jealous God.

When Dante talks of returning to the Earth after
he souljourns in the different spheres of the
heavens, he comes back to Earth after Neptune.
Now, Earth is the tenth heaven, Pluto is at the
center, and we can call this marriage new
Jerusalem. That's where the consciousnesses of the
Gods conjoin in the temple of Mt. Olympus, Sinai,
the gathering together of the Gods as One. Earth
is the home of the body, and the body is made of
the Earth, as Venus is born of the stars and
seawater, of the dust and the spittle, as man is
born on the sixth day of creation (Venus' day).
American Indians and shamans mix a little dust
with spittle for curing purposes very much like
Jesus did when his spittle cured the blind man's
eyes.
Contrary to orthodox views on astrology, all
things being relative, gravity has very much to do
with astronomy and astrology, meaning, to do with
empirical observation and testing of that which
exists in nature, and lucid, reasonable, logical
deduction based upon that observation and testing.
Were it not for gravity, life would not be found,
neither the Earth, neither observation of that
which exists nor logical deduction based on the
aforesaid would be found to exist in reality. No
observer would be, as with nothing to observe!
Were it not for gravity, the planets, the heavens
above the Earth, neither the Earth herself, these
wouldn't have formed in their sidereal pitch keys
defining their evening-morning, superior-inferior
glomes or orbits in the iris. Gravity enables the
universe to form, which enables all life herein:
all animal, vegetable & mineral life, seeing the
universal vision of the eye of the sky.
And so the Earth's gravity holds everything to her
surface, holds the whole Earth together, even all
the spheres together, and in their places, in
their epicyclic orbits to the galactic center, and
in turn to the clusters of galaxies, ad infinitum
until to the foci of the universal eye: the
gestalted focus of the Gods, out of which the Gods
themselves emerge, the universal mount Olympus.
As with gravity, it is all geocentric, the center
of Earth's experience, the center of astrology.
That's the center, the gathering place of the
Gods, the divine consciousnesses, the gestalted
power of the Gods within each one of us, and also
without us, beyond the Earth. Our every
experience, in body and without, are powered by
the planets in--and from--their sidereal orbits to
the Sun, as the Sun orbits sidereal relative to
the Earth, but the Moon does sidereal orbit the
Earth, and relative to Earth, and the planets by
synodic phases--all relative to the Earth.
Pluto and Earth cannot be separated. The tenth
heaven is Earth. The tenth heaven is Pluto. So how
do we say 'Pluto is in the eighth house, co-ruling
with Mars?' It is because Pluto the planet is
invisible to the naked eye, whereas the reign of
Pluto at the center visible to the third eye, the
center eye, the focus of activities.
What about the first house, or what about all
twelve houses together? Realize that Earth is all
twelve houses together and cannot be separated. On
the level plane of the ecliptic relative to the
Sun (that's the path of the center of the Sun
relative to the center of Earth), the ecliptic is
centered on the focus of Earth's astrological
forces. So, the Sun plays a huge role in
astrology, as you see, describing the center or
zero degrees of caelestial latitude. Understand?
Dante, whenever he talks about Earth, home, Pluto,
where we live and die, and are born--and are born
again, Dante took his first breath at Tuscany with
the Sun 30 degrees Taurus, on the very verge of
Gemini in his natal chart. The experience of the
Gods in the flesh, incarnating in the flesh--that
is Earth--that is Pluto--that is the center and
that is the twelve transposable chromatic houses
altogether, and is the ten planets, the ten
consciousnesses of the Gods together. Mnemosyne is
the ten with her nine heavens above her converging
at her center, radiating from and to the realm of
outer space, from the Moon to Infinity, from the
Moon to Urania, gathering towards the center.
You'll find that whenever Dante makes a
distinction between the Primum Mobile and the
Earth, he is likely drawing the subtle distinction
between Neptune and Pluto, as Nostradamus calls
it, the "whiteness of Neptune". Remember that the
center of Earth is Pluto, and that Pluto is the
center of Earth, the central focus of Earth. Don't
make unwarranted distinctions or separations,
because, astrologically, Pluto is the white pebble
at the center of Earth, as the ancient Greeks
understood "the center of the world" to be.
Neptune is the god of the seasons in the realm
just above the Earth and out to her Van Allen
Belt, in her inner-space down to solid ground,
where her atmosphere and oceans of Earth exist.
The Sun heats the sunlit grid of the Earth as she
daily rotates through it, affecting her weather,
her seasons and climate throughout each and every
tropical year. All solar and lunisolar calendars
are tied directly on Earth's tropical year. Even
lunar-only calendars are affected by her tropical
year due to the slight (about two hour and six
minutes) of incommensurability between the 19-year
metonic cycle and Earth's solar day--to which even
lunar-only calendars must necessarily be
rounded-off to the nearest day. It's our way of
reckoning time, hence the Greek word ephemeris
literally means "day book", day book of the Gods.

At this moment, it is the month of December, so we
don't say that it is the month of June, no matter
if we're living in Alaska, India, or down in Tiera
del Fuego! Jupiter isn't presently out there in
the month of June, anymore than Jupiter is out
there in the tropical sign of cancer! The sign of
cancer is the month of cancer. It's a tropical
month of the year beginning around June 21st of
each year. It's not a place on the caelestial
sphere beyond Earth's inner-space, not at all.
See the difference?
Urania, Uranus, astronomy, the eighth heaven, is
the Aeolian mode in the bass, the A below middle
C, on the descending octave of the Moon. Remember,
the Aquarian Moon and Urania share octaves in the
same modality, the Aeolian natural, the natural
minor. So don't forget their resonant octave in
relationship to our chart, to help us understand
our planets, and how they relate diatonically and
chromatically one to the other.
Saturn is rightly called the sun of night, who
exalts in the first house of evening, the
chromatic sign of Libra ruled by Venus superior.
The local ascendent, which is the ascendant at
your local latitude on the local meridian of
longitude, oscillates between the sixth house of
evening and the first house of morning, depending
on your local latitude. The higher north, or
further south, of Earth's terrestrial equator you
are in geographical latitude, then the more the
ascendant oscillates, daily ingressing and
egressing the second, even the third house of
morning, then the tenth, eleventh, even twelfth
house i.e. the fourth, fifth or even sixth house
of evening. Every sidereal day that the Earth
rotates, the ascendent moves between the houses of
evening and morning, and that is specifically
why Arabic parts or Greek lots have flip-types--not
because of the arbitrary position of the Sun in the
sky. The ascendant in the houses of evening cause
all flip-type Arabic parts to be active, not the
Sun's position. See?

The planet Uranus is first in orbit beyond the
naked-eye visible planets from Earth. It is
posited that ancient peoples did not know of the
existence of the planet Uranus, Neptune and Pluto,
or even of the moons of Jupiter, although it is
claimed that a really sharp eye can glimpse some
of the largest Moons of Jupiter when at orbital
opposition, you know, like astrological perigee,
nearest Sun-Earth-Jupiter syzygy as relative to
Earth. Again, when Dante talks about the eighth
heaven--the fixed stars--the constellations,
that's Uranus. That's consciousness, the soul's
consciousness disembodied from the body out there
in the sphere of Uranus, that large Jovian gaseous
planet--for disembodied souls. This consciousness
extends to the stars in the constellations, many
of which indeed are naked-eye visible at night
and in a clear sky. Thus Urania is the naked-eye
visible stars in the sky, and is invisibly the
planet Uranus plus the innumerable naked-eye
invisible stars stretching out to cosmic infinity
beyond Saturn's chains. Hence the planet Uranus is
the embodiment of the kether, the aether, of cosmic
infinity in our solar system. The embodied soul,
or soul-incarnate, experiences the consciousness
of Uranus from that naked-eye invisible planet's
position to the Earth which resonates with Earth's
caelestial firmament together in the bass Aeolian
mode. So it is that the Zodiac of Earth's
caelestial firmament is verily ruled by Uranus,
just as Earth's tropical year is verily ruled by
Neptune.
Uranus is extreme, it's got to be one way or the
other, black or white, not so changeable, as
sometimes is said of it, but that changability,
ones spontaneous urge, is owed to the Moon, and
Saturn, who are helped along by quick-thinking
Mercury, since Hermes is the untamed Locrian,
tending not to play favorites save for the
extremes of Uranus, who Mercury favors in
exaltation. Mercury is non-committal, so to speak.
Like the Locrian mode, the Mercurian soul tends
to be intellectual with or without the wisdom of
Neptune who is resonant on Mercury's descending
octave in the bass, with Neptune on the B below
middle C. The Moon & Saturn empowers changeability,
fickleness, the Morpheus of imagination flying off
to fantasy land at a moment's notice! Mercury, is
more agnostic, undecided, thus places is a distant
second where changability is concerned. The Moon
changes, morphs, more than any sphere of conscious-
ness in time, i.e. under Saturn, who is time-change.
In contrast to the Moon are the fixed stars on her
descending octave, the 1000 & two fixed fiducial
stars of Urania, the cosmos and starstuff, this
cannot be called changeable because is relatively
fixed, ergo the caelestial firmament, as the local
standard of rest (specifically Sgr a-b). It's not
called the firmament because it's changeable, its
called the firmament because it's fixed. Urania is
fixed, but could be called bi-polar because the
fulcrum is fixed and unchangeable. In this sense,
Venus is truly fixed. But there are polarities of
Uranus, because Uranus is so tilted on its axis,
nearly parallel with its ecliptic, that it is
almost "rolling" along in its orbit. Because of
the huge tilt of its axis, Uranus is very polar in
favor of the Sun especially at Uranian solstices,
thus at polar opposition is towards the extreme of
the solar system, towards distant suns approaching
infinity.
In the tree of life, Uranus is the kether, the
aether, the non-materialized matter or the spirit
fluttering upon the face of the cosmic waters you
might say. The starlight comes to light and Uranus
has polarizing tendencies, like the stark contrast
between starlight and the black near-infinite void
against which light scintillates in contrast. To
see the blackness, the absence of light, is to look
into the face of infinity, the bottomless void of
the cosmic pit. (And what a fearful sight this is!)
So when we look up at the sky, we see little dots
of light against the background of darkness. It is
even called dark matter, which might be matter but
without form and void. (Not a place you want to
live unless you're a somatid or something?) It's
like a sundial which shows Saturn standing with his
long-handled scythe, ready to reap, the instrument
of harvest, and reads, "Grow old along with me,
for the best is yet to be". That is the hope of
Adonai for the rebirth of Adonis, or the birth
anew, really, for Adonis is in the land of the
dead for the winter. He is dormant and drawn back,
having only the root yet alive and hidden safely
under the ground, only sleeping. Adonis rises from
the dead with the spring. This is the hope, the
promise that the 'best that is yet to be.' The
promise exists for Adonis' new life in a new body,
but with the same ever-individuating soul that
says I AM: the most powerful and predominant part
of us, that which lives forever in eternity. That
I-ness of ourselves and who we love in each other
is connected by God's love. Thus Adonia-Adonis is
love, and is the most beautiful name for God: the
God of Love, "for God so loved the world", Yahweh.

In association with Neptune is the Muse of Comedy,
the happy beginning conjoined the bitter end of
winter when new life begins. That is the promise
of the new spring. Spring has arrived, because we
have the promise of its coming and that's Neptune,
the promise of hope anew at the end of the tragic
story. Neptune has a lot in common with Venus, so
is it any surprise that Venus exalts in the
twelfth house which Neptune rules superior with
his younger brother Jupiter co-ruling inferior?
We say co-rules with Jupiter, but really Neptune
over-rules Jupiter in the twelfth house. Neptune,
Poseidon and his tridented spear. The trinity is
where Venus Adonai is centered on the ascending
octave of Pluto, symbolizing the hope, the promise
of new flowers, of new life in the spring, as St.
Valentine's day in the twelfth month of the Roman
calendar, the hope of birds (re)joining with their
mates, the hope of a new garden with its eventual
harvest of plenty, the hope of undying love that,
though Adonis be dead, i.e. more at sleeping, he
is hibernating for the winter, God's love never
dies. That soul shall incarnate again. Adonis'
resurrection is allegorical to the chronology of
time measured as birth, life and death (as the
three fates form a chronological line, the point
of beginning, the point of ending, and the most
feared fate of all: points of length in between).
We count our birthdays by the tropical year. How
many years old are we? We count that in tropical
years. As tropical seasons are pertinent to our
experience in the body, so Neptune is closer to
the Earth than is Uranus. Uranus is the extreme
beyond the solar system. Neptune is closer to the
Earth, even closer than our Moon who is on Uranus'
ascending octave, i.e. Moon is A above middle C.
The exaltation of Venus is demonstrated in the
primary seasons, the equinox-times of winter and
summer, i.e. fall & winter, followed by spring &
summer. Also, remember that Mercury exalts in the
eleventh house where Uranus superior co-rules,
over-rules, his son Kronus inferior--remember
that Kronus superior rules the tenth house. See?
Now, like Pluton, Neptune is the elder brother of
Zeus, so Neptune co-rules over Zeus in the twelfth
house as if the "elder brother", so to speak.
Earth's seasons are part of herself, the great
mother Earth, who is the mother of Ouranos who is
the father of the whole pantheon. As for Zeus,
Neptune & Pluton, the three brothers divided up the
kingdom by drawing lots, for which Pluton received
the shortest end, Zeus the long end, with Poseidon
between them.
Saturn, the sun of night, is often associated with
blackness, but Saturn isn't really black, but is
astro-chromatically indigo which is his own unique
primary color of the seven colors of the rainbow--
the iris--which colors blend to yield the secondary
colors therein, as chromatic notes are twelve with-
in each octave. Saturn is indigo, not black. But
Saturn is associated with blackness or darkness and
that is how the name Shaitan or Satan came to be
applied to father time. It is the fear of death,
the fear of the inevitable. We're born to die. It
is inevitable. It is the consciousness of life and
death, consciousness of experience. Remember
that the keyword of this whole discussion is
awareness, consciousness in ourselves and in our
experience on Earth by ourselves and with others.
Neptune is closer to our experience on Earth and
the hope of the new beginning which comes at the
old ending--like the snake eating its own tail, so
to speak. Life is dynamic and it's not just a
snake eating its own tail which is two
dimensional, but life is three, four and five
dimensional. It's like a helix that spins off into
many dimensions or plateaus of chronology in
space-time, in existence and hyper-existence with
all the harmonic resonance and dissonant tensions,
the relationships between the consciousnesses, the
aspects or tensions between the notes on the
piano, between the colors of the rainbow, between
the planets among the solar system, as here to the
Earth. These are all dynamic tensions in
consciousnesses and awarenesses which affect and
effect us astrologically. That is what astrology
is! The aspects of astrology are made by the
innate and interactive consciousnesses of the Gods
from who we are incarnated in the body, and to
where we souljourn between soul-body incarnations.
Dante is associating the Primum Mobile with the
Adonai, the love, the hope empowered by undying
love. That is the hope held in orbit by the
majestic Sun, the power of destiny, the muse of
tragedy, power to bring life anew in the spring,
and to wither that life down to the roots in the
fall. The Sun brings the majesty. That sounds like
Neptune in action, but it really is the hope
asserted that takes all the Gods together--Mt.
Olympus, the heavens one through ten.
Shall we say that the Moon is a lower heaven or a
more primitive heaven than Neptune or Pluto? No!
They are all vital components of the One and
cannot be separated without breaking down the
structure as a whole. They are all inter-dependent
as a whole. So each heaven has its equal place,
its equal footing in the diatonic and chromatic,
in Solars and the Lunars, in sidereal and synodic.
That is why the Moon is as high a heaven as Pluto,
Neptune or Uranus. It doesn't matter! It's not the
number or dimension or the degree of expanse of
that consciousness, but it is what we do with it,
how we experience it, how we use it as a tool to
help others, and this above all else. Many Moon-
souljourners have helped others tremendously.
The same can be said for those of the Pluto
souljourn, and for those the other spheres. The
will-in-action to help others is the supreme
expression of the souljourn. At opposition to
this is to be self-serving, self-aggrandizing,
consumed by selfishness. No wonder charitable and
jovial Jupiter reigns in the nine heavens above
the Earth, since he limits and over-rules the
time-keeping Titan Saturn. Jupiter loves to give!
Jupiter (Zeus) is reigning in the heavens beyond
the Earth, not over the heavens. He is the king
planet of the nine heavens beyond the Earth. Will
asserts dominion over all. Dominion is God-given.
Look at Mars. The surface is dry and rocky and
dusty--not like it used to be. You can see what
the terra firma of Earth would look like without
water. The evaporation of water forms clouds
that rain and snow in the mountains and the
seasons bring new rivers cutting new channels down
the mountains and bringing the life giving water
to the dry land.
Dante associates Earth with love hence with Pluto
whether he was ever consciously aware of it or
not. So really, that's our Primum Mobile, our
heaven-on-earth. The ninth heaven is of course the
Mobile zodiac, the quadteruncian (i.e. 4 x 3/12ths
= 12/12ths) seasons of the tropical year, the
realm of Neptune. The tenth heaven is what Dante
calls the Empyrean, which is derived from the
ancient Latin motto Coelvm Empirevm Habitacvlvm
Dei Et Omnivm Electorvm, which basically means
"heaven in practice is the habitation of God and
wholly by election", thus heaven on Earth where
all nine heavens above the Earth converge on our
experience. This can not be over-emphasized.
The over-rulers, our over-souls, our over-
powering creative forces, the Gods who are the
consciousnesses of God manifest by the elements
of creation, the awareness of the dimensions of
consciousness that are manifest in the spheres of
the planets, these are collectively known as the
elohiym. (Heb. Myhla), meaning "God's vessels",
the reigns of the heavens, the creative forces,
the mighty over-soul who experiences all, and
remembers all things, as with Mnemosyne. We are
talking about God's facets, the astrologic signs,
pages of tarot, as the book of the dead, the book
of life, Libra, the scales of life, the collective
Universal co-creators ad infinitum.
When you begin to recognize, to channel the divine
consciousnesses of Neptune, Jupiter, Pluto, of all
ten planets as empowering the one, chromatic iris,
as of one diatonic, that one-ness of which each is
a vital and intrinsic component of the whole, then
you'll begin discerning who the Creator is, in the
living sense, as a new song to sing.
The monotheistic God is greater than the sum of
His parts, the divine gestalt not created by the
Gods, but the Gods are gestalted in at-one-ment
with God. You can't say that the Gods created God,
because that would not be true. His gestalt
exceeds the infinity beyond the unknowable and
unspeakable. His gestalt is the central theme, the
thema, or themate, of the Universe. That is what
the theme of the horoscope is for each God-man.
That's who the tenth heaven is, the gestalt we
call the brilliant white light, the all-embracing
love of God. That's who Jesus is. That's to see
the true source, the center of creation, the
central theme of individual and collective living
experiences. The elohiym who co-create the Heavens
and the Earth are collectively the gestalt of the
Gods working together, them being interdependent,
they cannot be separated, as each are vital and
discrete components of the Almighty God. That's
who our oversoul is, who is co-created in the
image and likeness of the elohiym, first one, then
two, then three... (let the discerning discern).
When oversoul speaks, oversoul is one to us, even
though oversoul has many divine consciousnesses,
and spheres, and manifestations. We acknowledge
that we are speaking with the Gods as one, as
Moses did on Mt. Olympus, or Sinai. That's who the
gestalted One is, our over-ruler, over-soul who
beckons our soul toward perfection.
Pluto is the center of the Empyrean. The temple of
the Empyrean is the body, and Pluto is the center
of the temple, centered at the Earth's geocenter.
We don't live at the center of the Earth, but
that's where the radiant forces are focused where
Earth is concerned, as the gravity of Earth which
is focused like a bicycle wheel to its hub, its
axis. The spherical center of this big ball of
rock we call Earth is actually mostly molten
except at the crust. Earth can be considered as a
big, relatively stable molten ball, with a thin
crust of tectonic plates "floating" on its
surface. Her skin is where the Gods are born and
walk and die in the houses of the Earth, her
terrestrial houses which are her meridian houses.


NEPTUNE IN SUMMARY

Neptune rules where Aphrodite, Adonis exalts--the
love, the undying love, the soul. Remember the
soul doesn't die at death as Saturn has no power
to kill the soul. Saturn can cut off the tops but
the roots are left in place. Mnemosyne remembers.
The roots are left in place and the psychometric
consciousnesses of the Gods is focused on Earth
from the nine heavens above--God remembers! The
Bible says that "God brings all things into
remembrance". Remember what we have just talked
about, the Elohiym and the many faces of the One.
Neptune is three by three. It's the ninth heaven.
The trident is three. The third dimension is
Earth, the realm of matter. It's like the square
of the Earth, the tropical seasons of how we count
time. It is the chronology of man, the chronology
of life and death, the seasons, and how we
reference our experience. We reference experience
to the seasons. That's how old I am. It's how many
seasons have I experienced the "Christmas tree" as
proclaiming Io Saturnalia! in the body so to speak.
Neptune is the new beginning to the old ending
that Saturn inevitably brings (Saturn exalts in
the tropical month of libra--the first month of
Autumn & Even, the fall of annual, seasonal,
temporal life down to its roots). It is that
darkness of the sky, that inevitable assurance of
death and decay and how life doesn't last as we
perceive it in the Saturnian sense, where all
dying matter is cast into the furnace of
primordial regeneration, where all unable to
survive go--survival only of the fittest! As you
see, the body of Christ is sufficient to eternal
life, as Mars reigns victorious in exaltation.
The insufficiencies of consciousnesses are soul's
blemishes, as the consciousnesses of Lucifer and
his angels "cast down from the heavens to the
Earth making the heathens vulnerable", as to
paraphrase the prophet Isaiah (ref. Isa 14:12).
Neptune, the ninth heaven, is the sixth beyond the
third of matter. To understand, think of the Megan
David, the star of King Solomon. You can see the
trine aspects of the Gods interwoven into the One
that the Magen David represents. In talking about
consciousnesses, we are talking about all life,
all people living, all souls sojourning, all
experiences of all of the Gods-incarnate plus all
the disembodied experiences in their heavenly
spheres where we as souls go after we die. We go
to the heavens when we die, divided in departure,
disembodied, and the hope is for the new birth,
the Earthly life anew, which Earth--by the
elements--always remembers and never forgets.

Ouranos is Earth's caelestial firmament, that is
the Universe relative to Earth; hence Ouranos is
rightly said to be "born of Gaea's womb", being
centered on Mother Earth from her own perspective
in the cosmos. The natural relationship of Ouranos
to Gaea gave birth to her sidereal days by virtue
of Earth's rotation, as the day-to-day transit of
the fixed stars on the local meridian of
geographical longitude. Likewise, solar days of
Earth are known by the Sun's transit on the same
local meridian.
Now the good relationship of starlight which
reaches the Earth from distant suns, really all
energy reaching the Earth from beyond her solar
system, this cosmic energy forms the union of Gaea
with Ouranos (who joins with the Earth through his
cosmic "testicles", as it were). This natural
union of mother & son produced the Titans, of whom
father time ranks first and foremost. Saturn is
the furthest out of all naked-eye visible planets,
and is at the upper limit of the seven sidereal
modalities. Saturn is rightly called the sun of
night, since he comes between all other naked-eye
visible planets and the distant fixed stars of his
father. Indeed, Kronus is the mixolydian limit of
the seven modal key signatures. He is not
creative, but is verily reflective like his
limiting seventh, the sabbath.
The advent of father time is the union between
Gaea and Ouranos, the cosmic marriage of the
cosmos-apparent centered on the Earth, because it
appeared that Ouranos as the starry night wrapped
his arms completely around Mother Earth. Their
progeny we call Kronus, the primeval god of time.
Kronus united with his feminine nature Rhea,
thereby producing the Olympian Gods. But Kronus
swallowed his children at birth, in order to
protect his time-keeping reign over his children.
Kronus fathered Zeus, youngest of three brothers.
Zeus reigns in the Pantheon of Mt. Olympus.
Zeus' creative power of transposable melody-making
overrules the nontransposable numbering by father
time. Thereby, Zeus reigns supreme among the
creative spheres in their synodic orbits to the
Earth. Father time is bound in Tartaros in the war
of ten sidereal years, the war which lasts "as a
thousand years", leaving Atlas to hold up the
Earth for the Olympians who exert their powers to
the Earth's houses, transposing her natural signs
by virtue of their positions to the Earth in time.
Note that Zeus, whose diatonic pitch key is F,
Jupiter formed in the universal Lydian mode four
diatonic steps above Neptune and four diatonic
steps below Venus, thus Zeus is in the diatonic
midst of the sidereal Olympians. Earth is the
mother of the music of the spheres by her union
with Zeus.
Apollo is the conductor and his father Jupiter
writes the musical score by his reign in the
expanse of the heavens. Jupiter walks into the
royal orchestral hall where the orchestra awaits,
handing out the musical scores written for each
instrument, the planets, and passes it around to
his daughters who are the muses, giving the full
score to the conductor who is autographed by the
composer. The conductor does what mighty Zeus has
ordained and holds the instruments in their
sidereal places (remember, this is the Solars).
Jupiter transposes freely in the chromatic iris
replete with the twelve black and white keys
within each octave, transposing these modalities
as the Olympians are gathered together. Whatever
pleases Jupiter the composer, is for the best
where his Olympian children are concerned. Apollo's
orchestra plays the score by holding the planets
who bow their respective arcs in their sidereal
orbits. Jupiter uses the instruments which Apollo
holds, the fixed hammers and nails that cannot be
changed. Each individual takes these tools and
uses them to create the free music of the soul,
full of accidentals and chromatics as pleases him,
and whatever sounds good to him--if it pleases the
sovereign soul, then it verily pleases Zeus. See?
Apollo and Artemis are the twin offspring of Zeus
and Leto. Apollo is the one that keeps the law and
order in the solar system, the regulator. Apollo,
the sun, could be said to function as the solar
"metronome" of the modalities of the solar system
which are enabled by the elements of each planet
bowing their arcs, because they formed according
to their orbits. So the music of the spheres can
not be separated from the astrophysical planets of
the spheres. It's as if when God created the modes
and music, he created the Universe simultaneously.
One cannot be said to have preceded the other. Did
the planets come before the modes, or did the
modes come before the planets? It's convenient to
say that the modes came first in the "mind" of
God, so he made creation to conform to his
universal plan. Or, it could be said that the
whole creation is in at-one-ment with itself. So,
the truer statement is that God's law and God's
perfect creation are all part of the very same
at-one-ment, although the great Roman orator M.T.
Cicero regarded God's law as "established before
the founding of the suns", or as it is written:

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word
was with God, and the Word was God. The same
was in the beginning with God.--John 1:1-2

From the Sun out to Pluto, all of these enablers
exert their energies to the Earth, and to the body
called the temple. We are part of the whole body
of Earth. When we say "our body", we are verily
connected to the whole Earth, through creation
and evolution, through gravity and molecular
exchange. It's a funny thing about gravity,
since we take it for granted and forget about it
until we approach the edge of a cliff--and all of
a sudden we remember EXACTLY what gravity is! But
because we are held by the law of gravity all of
the time, we soon forget that it is forever
pulling us downwards, toward the center of the
Earth--and that's a good thing! But as soon as
gravity is remembered, the tug of Earth's gravity
can be powerfully felt. But soon we forget about
it again, just like we forget about the law of
the Sun & Venus who contended at Venus superior,
since it is so very much a part of our experience.

an undulating serpent bowing the arcs between
medallions representative of the spheres, the
planets, the muses, the music and beauties and
qualities enabled by the elements of each of the
nine planetary heavens from their positions to the
Earth, all of which converge at her geocenter,
radiating outward through the cerebro-spinal
chakras in the temple of the body which connect
to the center of Earth. (Let the discerning discern).

Earth is where the Gods sing together, hence Earth
is the mother of the music. Here on the Earth, the
Gods are gestalted together to their highest form of
expression, which is the music of the spheres, the
meter of sidereal and synodic orbits under their
composing and transposing rulerships: hence we are
at war, in tension, of the ten sidereal years,
where the Olympians reign victorious from their
positions to the Earth, exerting their powers.
