Hi Mike... a little refresher course in Yiddish from Leo Rosten,
"Hooray for Yiddish," . 295 (Simon & Schuster, 1982):
schmendrick - The word first appeared as the name of a character in an
operetta written by Abraham Goldfaden.
1. A shlemiel, especially if thin or weak.
2. A meek, ineffectual Milquetoast; a child of a nebech out of a nudnik.
3. A little boy or young man.
4. A child, affectionately.
5. (Vulgar) The penis. (This usage is rarely used by men; vulgar women
may deploy it to deride the diminutive).
6. A nobody.
Is there such a thing?
Lots of 'em. Which definition did you have in mind? <g>
This is just my personal opinion, not legal advice.
For legal advice hire a lawyer familiar with all the facts of your matter.
