Macromedia Windows Player Development Kit allows developers to create fully
interactive productions for both the Macintosh and PC, including sales and
marketing presentations, technical visualizations, corporate communications
materials, commercial multimedia titles and interactive courseware.
Macromedia Windows Player License Packs allows users to playback MacroMind
Director documents already converted using the Windows Player Development
Kit conversion utility, including interactivity under both Windows 3.0 and
Windows with multimedia extensions.
Developer and Trainer Programs: MacroMind offers two training seminars for
multimedia trainers and developers, the "Director Basics" & "Interactive
Multimedia" seminars. The seminars are currently held in San Francisco,

Key Management: John "Bud" Colligan, Chairman, Chairman and CEO Tim Mott,

Xerox Corporation in various senior management positions, including four
