The following are the results fron the UWA show that aired on Mexican TV
Station Imevision on 6\20.

They opened the show with an interview with the legendary Dorrel Dixon.
Dixon also did commentary during the matches.

The opener had Scorpio, Espanto Jr. and Kahos beat Ojo de Tigre, who
wore a "Tiger Mask" style costume, Coloso, and Tigre Canadiense in two
of three falls. The match was non descript. * 1\2

They then showed clips of "Takeda" who is a new Ninja style character,
complete with a Ninja mask. It's funny that there are some really good
Japanese youngsters in the UWA right now and they choose a Mexican to be
Japanese. I wonder if they hired Jim Herd.

They had an interview with Takeda outside and a girl walked up. Two men
then tried to steal her pocketbook and Takeda kicked their ass. Funny
stuff.

The next match saw Villano 1 and 3 and Eddy Guerrero take two of three
falls from Negro Navarro, Black Power, and El Signo. The technico's won
the third fall when a bloody Signo low blowed one of the Villanos. *3\4.

The Main Event saw Canek and Dr. Wagner Jr. take two straight falls from
Ricky Santana and Miguelito Perez. Decent work. ** 1\2.

This group really needs some blood. Both the Triple A and EMLL shows
are much better week after week. they have to either get the same old
guys off of the top, or add some new, young talent. Or better yet, do
both!
