On MS Windows 98 SE, WINDRES 2.9.4 does not work. The problem appears to be
Microsoft's, but there is an apparantly simple workaround. Instead of a
bidirectional pipe (apparantly used, I'm not looking at the source right now)
which seems to be broken (damn buggy code from Redmond), WINDRES should
either use temporay files (as GCC does) or provide a way to skip
preprocessing).
P.S. I am using GCC/Mingw32 package. GCC version 2.95.2.
