The "anonymous" William Grosvenor has at least two legitimate email
addresses, 2183...@3web.net and inter...@grosvenor.net.
The vanity domain, inter...@grosvenor.net, which stays with him as
he gets kicked off serial providers, and his current local ISP address,
which is 2183...@3web.net. 3Web.net is based in Calgary, Alberta.
It is likely that he is using anonymous remailers in a transparent
attempt to get around the fact that his SPAM is in violation of
3WEB.NET's terms of service, and, in some cases, probably in violation
of Canadian laws, as in subjection of identifiable groups to hatred,
advocating genocide, and defamatory libel. COMPLAINTS TO 3WEB.NET may
be worthwile in bringing this ongoing Grosvenor SPAM to an end. They
are aware of Grosvenor's track record with respect to abusing the net,
and would like to hear from anyone who wishes to complain.
