We know who is responsible for
abortionist Barnett Slepian's death.
Operation Rescue West holds Janet Reno personally responsible for the
death of abortionist Barnett Slepian -- his blood is on her hands.
Although Janet may not have pulled the trigger to kill Mr. Slepian, it
is because of her attempt to extinguish peaceful protests that Mr.
Slepian is dead.
Janet Reno has systematically pursued peaceful protestors, thereby
raising up violent protestors. It appears that her hypocrisy knows no
bounds. By implementing such draconian tactics against peaceful and
nonviolent protestors, violence against clinics and its operators is
at an all-time high.
Offering a handsome reward for information leading to the arrest and
conviction of the killer of Barnett Slepian will not resolve the
problem, neither will yet another tax-funded Federal task force.
Peaceful demonstrators must be allowed to speak out on behalf of the
little boys and girls murdered at abortion clinics every day in order
to stop the bloodshed polluting our nation.

This "lab" is a depot for Family Planning Associates, California's
largest abortion mill chain. Every container holds a baby who was
murdered by abortion. The size of the container is proportional to the
age of the child. The larger containers hold 2nd and 3rd trimester
babies. Each of these children deserved to live.

House) 103d CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 796
AN ACT
To amend title 18, United States Code, to assure freedom of access to
reproductive services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION l. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances
Act of 1993'.
SEC. 2. FREEDOM OF ACCESS TO REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES.
Chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at
the end the following:
`Sec. 248. Blocking access to reproductive health services
`(a) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES- Whoever--
`(1) by force, threat of force, or physical obstruction, intentionally
injures, intimidates, or interferes with any person, or attempts to do
so, because that person or any other person or class of persons is
obtaining or providing reproductive health services; or
`(2) intentionally damages or destroys the property of a facility, or
attempts to do so, because that facility provides reproductive health
services; shall be punished as provided in subsection (b) of this
section and also be subject to the civil remedy provided in subsection
(c) of this section, except that a parent or legal guardian of a minor
shall not be subject to any penalties or civil remedies under this
section for such activities insofar as they are directed exclusively
at that minor.
`(b) PENALTIES- Whoever violates subsection (a) of this section
shall--
`(1) in the case of a first offense, be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both; and
`(2) in the case of a second or subsequent offense after a prior
conviction under this section, be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than 3 years, or both; except that, if bodily injury results,
the length of imprisonment shall be not more than 10 years, and if
death results, it shall be for any term of years or for life.
`(c) CIVIL ACTIONS-
`(1) RIGHT OF ACTION GENERALLY- Any person who is aggrieved by a
violation of subsection (a) of this section may in a civil action
obtain relief under this subsection.
`(2) ACTION BY ATTORNEY GENERAL- If the Attorney General has
reasonable cause to believe that any person, or group of persons, is
aggrieved by a violation of subsection (a) of this section, the
Attorney General may in a civil action obtain relief under this
subsection.
`(3) ACTIONS BY STATE ATTORNEYS GENERAL- If an attorney general of a
State has reasonable cause to believe that any person or group of
persons is aggrieved by a violation of subsection (a) of this section,
that attorney general may in a civil action obtain relief under this
subsection.
`(4) RELIEF- In any action under this subsection, the court may award
any appropriate relief, including temporary, preliminary or permanent
injunctive relief, and compensatory and punitive damages for each
person aggrieved by the violation. With respect to compensatory
damages, the aggrieved person may elect, at any time before the
rendering of final judgment, to recover, in lieu of actual damages, an
award of statutory damages in the amount of $5,000 per violation. The
court may award to the prevailing party, other than the United States,
reasonable fees for attorneys and expert witnesses.
`(d) RULES OF CONSTRUCTION- (1) Nothing in this section shall be
construed to prohibit any expressive conduct (including peaceful
picketing or other peaceful demonstration) protected from legal
prohibition by the first article of amendment to the Constitution.
`(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed to interfere with the
authority of States to enforce State or local laws regulating the
provision of reproductive health services.
`(e) NON-PREEMPTION- Congress does not intend this section to provide
the exclusive remedies with respect to the conduct prohibited by it,
nor to preempt the legislation of the States that may provide such
remedies.
`(f) DEFINITIONS- As used in this section, the following definitions
apply:
`(1) REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES- The term `reproductive health
services' means reproductive health services provided in a hospital,
clinic, physician's office, or other facility, and includes medical,
surgical, counselling or referral services relating to the human
reproductive system.
`(2) FACILITY- The term `facility' includes the building or structure
in which the facility is located.
`(3) PHYSICAL OBSTRUCTION- The term `physical obstruction' means
rendering impassable ingress to or egress from a facility that
provides reproductive health services, or rendering passage to or from
such facility unreasonably difficult.
`(4) STATE- The term `State' includes a State of the United States,
the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or
possession of the United States.
`(5) INTIMIDATE- The term `intimidate' means to place a person in
reasonable apprehension of bodily harm to himself or herself or to
another.'.
SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Act takes effect on the date of the enactment of this Act, and
shall apply only with respect to conduct occurring on or after such
date.
SEC. 4. CLERICAL AMENDMENT.
The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 13 of title 18,
United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new
item:
`248. Blocking access to reproductive health services.'.

were prosecuted as conspirators for acts of extortion in their efforts
to organize protests against abortion clinics. The Supreme Court has
recently upheld lower court rulings against these non-violent acts of
protest against the whole of abortion laws using RICO as the basis for

If these rulings are taken to the logical extreme, people who protest
any action, whether against the government or private industry, can
now be found guilty of racketeering.

As mentioned earlier civil disobedience must have an economical or
political impact on society to be effective. This quandary is now set
forth; what are viable acts that can influence and change the current
laws that allow late term abortions? There are many moral and ethical
dilemmas which arise as the result of this question. First, how do
Christians respond in the face of actions which will more than likely
involve collateral damage? Second, what consequences are we ready to
suffer? Schaeffer correctly states that if civil disobedience is to be
practiced that those who do so must be willing to suffer the results.
Third, to what extent are we willing to risk our dormant lifestyles
which we justify behind the facades of pacifism, misconstrued theology
and patriotism? This last question must first be answered before any
person decides to take any action.
Randall Terry, founder of OPERATION RESCUE had to not only suffer
government and societal censorship but make a complete lifestyle
change as a result of the action taken against him in the courts. The
bottom line is that one must be willing to accept major retribution
from the current judicial and political system and possibly from the
Christian community, for any act of dissent that is taken. The
freedoms of the common man have been trampled so that there is no
longer refuge under Constitutional rights. The civil rights as defined
by the Constitution have been subjugated to the discrimination of a
select few while the masses of people are denied the liberties
intended by this document. In talking of civil disobedience we must
take this into account. Ignoring this facet of reality will only
result in total disregard for the need to change[JP3] the existing

These bills greatly hinder and outright hamper abortion clinic
protestations. The irony of this is it was two Jews that got this
legisaltion passed and is currently being used to "kill" Operation
Rescue. (As shown above)
The pschology of all of this is, (some) Jews are in a psychological
breakdown because they know that people will stand up for the unborn
but it rips their heart and soul out knowing that not one person much
less one nation protested in front of Auschwitz.
Some Jews know that the world knew or at least the top people in
government. Some Jews are now venting their anger now on the unborn of
the Gentiles.
Metromedia had a TV special on with Ed Asner as the narrator and it
was called Auschwitz and the Allies- it told the story of top
government officials of all the allied nations knowing what was
happening.
Now all of you have insight why some of Jewry is exacting revenge on
the unborn!
I challenge anyone to name any mainline Jewish organization that has a
pronounced Pro-Life agenda! B'nai B'rith all the way down are
pro-death. Will anyone explain how some Jews who are supposed to value
