Hello!

MozillaPL.org announces - MozTweak 1.2 Beta - first public release :)

MozTweak - The utility for any serious Mozilla tweaker! It provides
instant access to a variety of Mozilla settings that can be altered from
GUI interface.

Grab it from http://MozillaPL.mozdev.org

Amazing work, my friend. One heck of a nice job, with a much needed
application! A thousand thanks!

great work, didn't know such a thing was in the making!
Can i make a few comments though :

- after installation i got a warning in polish. Don't know what it
meant but install was succesful

- there's an awful lot of Polish in there (pre-installed signature
sets etc) that can't be deleted.

- Navigator : check for updates every 7 days is meant to give more
choice for the default SOFTWARE INSTALLATION entry whery you only have
weekly or monthly?

- Mail & Newsgroups Notification : Apply button has one "P" too many.
And what's the HEIGHT button for? Changing it doesn't seem to do
anything?
Slide increment time < 10 also seems to do nothing?

- Message compose : why is the default setting to IGNORE Mail &
newsgroup settings for MIME headers?

But this is just me rambling. I like it a lot

This is not a warning but alert about successfull installation ;) Will
fix it in next release...

Localized data files should be copied to profile folder, need to check
it. en-US files are in "\defaults\profile\US\moztweak*.rdf" in Mozilla
installation directory - copy them to your profile.

Yes.

Probably this settings are no longer available in 1.1 - 1.2 Beta - will
check it ;)

It is also default in Mozilla main prefs:
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/modules/libpref/src/init/mailnews.js#118

Many of the preference panes are larger than the available area. I am
using 85dpi as set using the custom dpi widget and a ruler.

How do you uninstall it?

Thanks

There is supposed to be a MozTweak menu item in the browser?
and a ROT13 menu somewhere?
I don't see either of them.
They are turned on under "Additional settings"

I'm running Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2a)
Gecko/20020910 with the pinball theme.

Thanks.

Hello!

You can't ;) Self uninstaller is not available, but you can unistall by
hand in following way:

1. Exit Mozilla.
2. Delete moztweak.jar, chrome.rdf file from chrome subdirectory in
Mozilla installation directory.
3. Delete overlayinfo directory (in chrome subdirectory)
4. Edit installed-chrome.txt (in chrome subdirectory)
- Remove all lines with moztweak string
5. Delete moztweak*.rdf files from your profile directory
6. Restart Mozilla

Another way is to reinstall Mozilla...

Hello!

This is non-standard font resolution, and therefore this bug probably
won't be fixed...

Hello!

Try to restart Mozilla... Or change theme - mayby it is caused by
non-standard theme...

Notice: ROT13 menu is available only in Messenger, Navigator menu only
in browser window.
