star ratings for amount of sheer kookiness.
short reviews for finding net.kooks of maximum appeal to your tastes.
One star: with a little work, could almost be reasonable
Two stars: a tad unbalanced
Three stars: not particularly coherent
Four stars: getting rather scary
Five stars: how does this person tell a computer from a space alien?
Six stars: reserved for those net.kook stars who become true legends.
