Entries are now being accepted for the Xulf Neoa 10th Anniversary Art
& Literature Contest. Winners will be determined through an internet
polling mechanism presented on the http://www.aeonflux.org website.
All images and literary works submitted will available for viewing
during the voting period in a separate browser window. This contest is
not sponsored, promoted, connected, or related to MTV Networks in any
conceivable way, real or imagined.

The winner for each category will receive an autographed copy of Drew
Neumann's "Eye Spy:Ear's Only, Confidential" audio CD plus a unique,
one-off t-shirt with a design on the front and back based on the
television show for which this contest is dedicated. Unless otherwise
requested, all entries will remain for viewing on the
http://www.aeonflux.org/ website after the contest is finished.

Submissions can be transmitted via email to con...@aeonflux.org.
Entries will be accepted as long as they observe the following
conditions:

ALL SUBMISSIONS:

All submissions must depict or describe some aspect of the television
show "Aeon Flux" (a trademark and copyright of MTV Networks).
All submissions must be created by the given individual performing the
submission procedure.

ART SUBMISSIONS:

PNG or JPEG file format, 5 megabytes or smaller. GIF entries will be
accepted, but will be converted to PNG using no compression prior to
display.
No animations (Mpeg, AVI, Quicktime, Flash, etc.)
No nudity or crass imagery. Exceptions may be requested, but no
guarantees can be granted. Suggestive imagery is acceptable.
Scanned photographs of artistic works that exist outside of a digital
form will be accepted; entries do not have to be created solely on a
computer. However, scanning services will not be available through the
website.
Those who have difficulty with the file type conversion can send email
for assistance.

LITERARY SUBMISSIONS:

Plain text, HTML, or Microsoft Word format. Keep in mind that all
literary submissions will be converted to plain text and displayed in
the given visitors' default web browser font (typically, Times New
Roman) with formatting preserved as best as possible. Exceptions may
be requested if it is absolutely vital that the given literary
submission be presented in a certain manner. Submitted HTML formatting
will be preserved.
Entries in any written human language will be accepted, but no
translation to English will be attempted prior to display.
"Active documents" that utilize perl, Javascript, VB Script, or code
written using other scripting mechanisms will not be accepted.
Those who have difficulty with the file type conversion can send email
for assistance.

weeks thereafter.
