You state in your reply that you currently use your DV
camera, connected via firewire, as your webcam. I have a
DV camera hooked to my computer via firewire, but have had
little success trying to use it as a webcam. Apparently,
MSN only recognizes a USB connection, and Eyeball
seemingly has trouble handling that sort of video
quality. Any suggestions of programs to use or settings
to change to make my cam work better for video-
conferencing/camming? I'd hate to have this sweet camera
and have to buy another just to video-conference/cam. (I
have a JVC GRDVL300 if that matters). Thank in advance.

TrackerCam works great in allowing me to use the camera in
Netmeeting with people that do not have XP installed on
their systems.
