A special television

There are certain features of certain items which some of us wished
were available on other items.
For e.g a walkman is an electronic device wherein only the person who
has plugged in the accompanying ear-phone to his ears would be able to
listen. Another person standing even an inch near the walkman would
not be able to hear it.
Similarly in 3D cinema halls you have to wear special 3D glasses to be
able to see the film. A person standing within the 3D film-hall NOT
wearing the glasses would not be able to see anything on the screen
even though the film may be running.
I am wondering whether there is any Television manufacturer on earth
who has or who could make these 2 features available on a television.
That is the T.V would appear blank and silent to a person standing
nearby but wear special ear-phones and goggles and voila you
experience T.V watching.
"Accessories for Television" in Google is yielding 303 results.
"Television Accessories"=1050 results. Am looking into each and every
link.
Where else can I post this question?
