Emacs 20 and search-completions?

I like the search-completions library a lot. It allows me to type C-s
in the minibuffer which starts an isearch of all the completions.
Hitting RET over a found completion inserts it into the minibuffer.

It doesn't work with Emacs 20, though.

Is it possible to get this feature in Emacs 20, too?
