VCD/Overscan Figured Out!!!

I finally figured out how to get the TV-N subs to work on VCD!!!!
I used tmpgenc to encode them with the overscan compensated for...
Step 1) Click [Settings]
Step 2) Click [Advanced] Tab
Step 3) Double-Click [Clip Frame]
Step 4) Click [Arrange Setting]
Step 5) Select [Center (Custom Size)]
Step 6) Decrease the size (I did 15 on both)
Step 7) Click [OK]
Step 8) Click [OK]
Step 9) Save Settings (For future videos)
I didn't notice any distortion when I played it on my DVD player... Of course,
I'm using an ancient TV (1982 cabinet unit), to overscan is REALLY bad...
