Floppy Drive Chugs Away

All of a sudden, with Photoshop 6.0, my floppy drive chugs and chugs away on
start up and on every command I try when working with PS. It is close to
completely shutting down PS. The only way to get anything done is to place
a floppy into the drive (empty floppy works).

I *think* this was a known bug in 6 and fixed in the patch 6.0.1 so upgrading
should clear it up.
