In the June issue - 1993 No. 427, of Jazz Magazine (French) there is a
2-page ad for 9 CD sets presumably produced from concerts by Frank Tenot &
Daniel Filipacchi. The items are:

Single CD packages-

Cannonball Adderley - Salle Pleyel, 27 March 1969 REF: 710381

Louis Armstrong - Olympia Theatre , 24 April 1962 REF: 710415

Double CD packages-

Count Basie - Palais de Chaillot, 29 Mars 1960 - Olympia Theatre , 5 May
1962 REF: 710411 - 2 CD

Art Blakey - Olympia Theatre, 13 May 1961 RF: 710373 - 2 CD

Clarke-Boland Big Band - TNP, 29 October 1969 REF: 710413 - 2 CD

Lionel Hampton - Salle Pleyel, 9 March 1971 RF: 710375 - 2 CD

Thelonious Monk - Olympia Theatre 6/7 March 1965 RF: 710377 - 2 CD

Gerry Mulligan Concert Jazz Band - Olympia Theatre, 19 November 1960
REF: 710382 - 2 CD

Jimmy Smith Trio - Salle Pleyel, 28 May 1965 RF: 710379 - 2 CD

As you can see many of these groups were in their prime at the time of
recording and scattered throughout are a few compositions recorded by some
of the groups which were never issued on LP.

The ad further states that recordings by Bechet & Ellington will follow.

TREMA seems to be the producer. The only other label name seems to be: "En
Concert avec Europe 1"

I am especially interested in the Clarke-Boland & Mulligan CDs - of course
they all look great.
Has anyone seen or heard these discs? How much are they? Where can I get
them?

Disappointingly, I received no response to my posting reproduced below.
For those interested in swinging jazz of the mid-60s, these recordings must
be worth checking out.
European RMBers may have easiest access to these CDs.
How much are they? Where can we get them.
Also, I suspect all these concerts - and more - were filmed.
