Puyallup (Washington) jam session, May 6

The Puyallup Jam has a stellar line up coming your way!

On May 6, the wily KERRY BLECH will lead you on a wild tune chase.

 And then--on June 3—LEE STRIPLING, the one and only will take you
through his great tunes!

 NEW! NOTE! We're going to have a box out for these wonderful folks who
come all the way down to lead our jams. Please contribute generously and
show them your appreciation for their time and music.

 Remember, we go from 3-5 p.m., first Sundays of the month. Were using
the same format as the jam at Lottie Motts, and we encourage people to
get in touch with us if they want to lead a session. .

MAKE SURE YOU BRING A FOLDING CHAIR OR SOMETHING TO SIT ON! (We ran out
of chairs, and the shop doesn't have that many.)

Our hosts continue to be the lovely folks at the SerendipiTEA Tea Shop
in Puyallup at 112 E. Meeker. To get to the tea shop:

 Heading south:

 1. Take I-5 south to I-405 north, exit number 154A on the left, towards
Renton.

2. Merge onto I-405 N.

3. Take the 167 exit, number 2, towards Renton/Auburn and keep right at
the fork in the ramp.

4. Merge onto the Valley Freeway. Stay straight to go onto 167 S.

5. Take the 512 exit for Puyallup/Olympia and merge onto 512 W.

6. Take the Pioneer Ave. E. exit towards Puyallup.

7. Turn left onto E. Pioneer Ave. (heading west).

8. Turn right onto 3rd St SE.

9. Turn left onto E Meeker Ave.

10. Turn left onto S Meridian.

 Heading north:

 1. Take I-5 north.

2. Take the WA-512 E exit, exit number 127, towards Puyallup/Mt.
Rainier.

3. Keep right at the fork in the ramp.

4. Merge onto 512 E.

5. Take the E. Pioneer. exit.

6. Turn left onto E. Pioneer Ave. (heading west).

7. Turn right onto 3rd St SE.

8. Turn left onto E Meeker Ave.

9. Turn left onto S Meridian.
