Unfortunately poor English doesn't mean he's not from an English-speaking
country these days ;-)

btw, how effective have you found spamcop to be recently? I submit all of
the spams I get, but the volume's actually increasing . . .

Spamcop mostly just makes me feel better. The spammers move around from
free account to free account as quickly as they are reported. Only hope is
that the ISP's will get tired of all the reports and start closing the
loopholes the spammers use. If I used the spamcop email account more often I
would see a lot less spam. Unfortunately, I only use it for usenet. Some
relatives have been loose with my email address with those "send you friends
a (insert useless message du jour)". So I get lots of spam on my personal
account.
