I am using Win Fax Pro 8.0 under Windows 95. I had previously been
able to access my Day Timer Organizer address book directly within
Win Fax but lately I have been getting an error message about
"sorting" and the entries come up with garbage in them (bar code
looking stuff mixed in with the letters and numbers. Any idea on how
to fix this problem. When it was working, it worked great.

Many thanks,

Hi Susan,
Do you know what version of DayTimer you are using? There is
a section of your WIN.INI file named [WfxPbLinks] that contains the
information that Winfax uses for linking these phonebooks to itself.
I have the information for Daytimer 1.0 & 2.0 but do not have
information on more recent versions. I will paste this information in
here so that you can compare it with your own to determine if the link
information is still good. If you have a more recent version of
Daytimer you made need to get in touch with the vendor to find out if
they have any Winfax linking information regarding this issue.

Other than that, we would need to know what changed in your
computer between the time this was working and the first time you
noticed it had stopped functioning.

Hopefully the WIN.INI information will come in handy so here
it is:
