As far as I know, 3D hardware support in I-War was only for voodoo 1 video
cards, I don't think there is any way to run it on a D3D card.
(There are unified drivers which will run Glide software on Nvidia cards,
but ususally these drivers were for specific programs, and I don't know if
there were any written for the GeForce cards.)
Glide wrappers. Check www.google.com and do a search for glide
wrappers in the .space-sim group. This was discussed a bit a while
back.
I believe comments from those that used software mode that it wasn't
as good as a video card that can handle Glide but it was still very
nice.
