Corson and Richer scored goals 56 seconds apart late in the 3rd period, lifting
the Canadiens over Boston. Courtnall and McPhee also added goals for Montreal,
who ended Boston's 4 game winning streak and 7 game unbeaten string. Neely
had both goals, his 36th and 37th for Boston.

The Flyers got goals from Kerr and Sinisalo, both in the 2nd period, then held
on to beat the Whalers. The Flyers outshot the Whalers 34-26 and 11-6 in the
final period. Liut, back for his first game since Dec.20, stopped two 5 on 3
advantages for the Flyers.
