LOL! Boy, is it ever secret! It has a website, and you can get data
from the system through that website to find out just what is going on,
but you'd better not tell anyone....

And the fact that the system incorporates anything that Tesla ever
thought about (i.e. anything to do with electrodynamics) is a dead
giveaway that it is superscience capable of doing absolutely anything,
right? Wheee! Earthquakes and tornados from your radios, folks!
Weather control from your local television stations....

sure, when you've got a big pile of wire and antennae that any schmuck can
see, you damn well better have an excuse for it. I've been to the navy web
sites, and the critics web sites... both make good points and i'm not about
to discredit the critics just becuse you've been LOL!. everybody wants to
piss and moan about the ozone layer so we might as well piss and moan about
HAARP... i'm willing to bitch about pretty much of anything the government
does, especially when theres a noticable following. governments,
sigularities and supersting theories suck.

i take it you never read about his "death ray" or whatever they dubbed it.
i never got indepth with it, but from what i did see, it looked pretty
shady.

The Australians have an interesting one, too - can you say "Jindalee"?
And have you never heard of Orford Ness?

Have you seen the excuse they give for all the wire and equipment that
makes up the internet? It's for supporting things like usenet. Can you
believe it? <g>

I've not seen any good points from the "critics" web pages. What I've
seen is a lot of fuzzy thinking, alarmist B.S. and knee-jerk reactionary
responses to anything the government does.

Ah! It's good to see that knee-jerk reaction is still alive and well,
supported by the DARPA-sponsored and financed Internet.

Yes, I have. And his power transmission at a distance, and a number of
other things. His claims for the death ray, as with his claims for some
of the other inventions he wanted to sell the military, seem to have
contained a bit more hype than solid information. He had theories that
required money to develop, and he felt that getting the money from the
government was the way to go. Therefore, he made some rather strong
claims for his theories, then couldn't back them up.

But, some people prefer to believe the claims of dead people who can no
longer be questioned rather than the refutation of those claims by
people who *are* alive and can be talked to about their logic....
