"Most Abductions can be classified into one of two groups: alien or government. Quite a
few television programs in the mid-1990's have reported on the alien abduction phenomena.
It gives one the impression that the "truth" is coming to the surface. There is a reason
that alien abductions have been given so much air play. The government does their own
abductions and wants you to believe it is ALL coming from outer space. According to some
estimates, the government is responsible for most abductions, while the Greys are
responsible for some 20 to 30 percent"
"If you hypnotize a typical abductee, you will soon come to the aliens. This is a surface
memory. If you take the abductee deeper into the subconscious by using other routines, all
of a sudden the aliens will become human beings. They will usually be attired in
recognizable military uniforms. There is no conceivable reason that aliens would implant
such a memory so deep into the subconscious. If they wanted us to think their abductions
were conducted by the military, they would put the false memory of the human abduction in
the upper subconscious and not in the lower subconscious."

Biological Implants Programmed From Television Broadcast Signals
"A bizarre and graphic example of a biological implant came to light when a
fellow from Brooklyn visited me and wanted to be scanned for implants. At
that time, I was using spectrum analyzers and other equipment in order for
find implants with radio circuitry in them. I noticed that a signal appeared
when I moved an RF probe over his abdomen, and using other equipment I found
that the actual carrier frequency was the same as Channel 25 in Brooklyn. I
then converted the signal so that it could read out on a TV monitor. Sure
enough, it was the same Channel 25. This guy was actually intercepting
Channel 25 and rebroadcasting it. The implant transceiver was acting like a
simplex repeater. I realized that someone had set up an ingenious system,
and they were actually piggybacking their implant transmission on Channel
25. Video information travels along a synchronized pulse, specifically above
the pulse. The ingenious aspect of this particular implant transmission is
that it went in a downward direction below the pulse. A simple X-ray
revealed a sack of tissue where there shouldn't have been, and it was
directly connected to blood vessels which, filled with saline blood, acted
as the antenna for the implant. It was powered biologically and for all
practical purposes was alive."
"When a subject for biological implanting is picked up, a sample of their
cell structure is taken. The abductors then do some genetic engineering on
the DNA and cell structure, culture it and grow a tranceiver out of the
biological matter. This sounds more than a bit avant garde, but there is no
scientific research which indicates that biological matter cannot be
configured to manufacture a radio transceiver. Where a normal transceiver
would have wires, the biological version uses bionic cell structures that
replicate wire and other circuitry."
Using Socially Programmed Sexual Behavior to Transmit Programming
"People who have been sexually programmed (using electroshock techniques
paired with orgasmic states) will transmit whatever information was
programmed into them whenever they go into a sexual state..... in this
manner an idea or program can be inserted into the society on a wholesale
basis ...my estimate is that about 10% of the male population under 30 have
been programmed in this manner."
Relationship Between SDI Satellites and HAARP
"Part of the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) are about 24 to 36 sites
around the planet that shoot up to a series of small satellites called
"popcorn" satellites a series of accelerated beams. By controlling the
positioning of these satellites, the military can direct a combined beam
anywhere on the planet. They can also defocus it to where it is essentially
a particle wave. Dr. Begich has published information about the HAARP
project, and has picked up 435Mhz signals connected to HAARP and indicates
that a mind control function is being employed. In addition to his research,
there is currently a theory concerning a hypothetical nonlinear function
that will translate one frequency to another. I think that is what is
happening with HAARP. High frequency signals developed through the HAARP
project are designed to ionize the energy in the upper atmosphere which
consists primarily of nitrogen, which then acts as a translator that will
literally convert the 436 Mhz particle beam transmission into one of 1080
Mhz, which is a rather ingenious development because it bypasses the need
for satellites. I believe this to be one of the latest developments of SDI
technology.....the subharmonic of the DNA helix is 1100Mhz....one can
literally do genetic engineering by using the 1100Mhz frequency to resonate
with the DNA and thereby open and close it....the annihilation of particles
releases a pattern which controls the way the DNA will reassemble
itself.....if this system were beamed at the entire population, it is
capable of genetically destroying the entire human race. All this means that
the entire SDI system could be used to attack out immune systems and mental
well being. We already know that the 400-450 Mhz is the window frequency to
human consciousness. The frequency of 435 Mhz is also the specific frequency
related to the appearance of UFOs. It is thought to be the background
frequency of our reality. The SDI frequency system, at least part of it,
transmits a signal between 1000 Mhz and 1200 Mhz that is derived from a
nitrogen-based particle beam. This signal is a multiplication of 435 Mhz,
out reality's background frequency."

biological warfare. It includes the possibility of scrambling or rearranging
our DNA. The idea of rearrangement of our DNA (by an external force) is
prevalent in certain New Age dogmas which indicate that the human race is

undeniable real world scenario... the power base on this planet is afraid of
giving up its hold on its power. Their interest in controlling our DNA would
be to prevent a migration to another dimension. That is why they might be
