A real journalist knows that "goodest" is a word only used by tards
and that the first word in a sentence is capitalized. Of course, since
your target audience is "rasslin" fans, I suppose all rules of
grammar, speling, and punctuation can be tossed aside.

Umm, no, the journalists there are professionals, risking their necks
to cover real stories, not scripted ballet for trailer park denizens.

Americans spell it that way, Scrappy.

The only one being made to look like a putz is you, Scabu. When are you
going to
stop making up words that don't exist in any language? Or are you hoping to
have
a new language called Scabu-Scrappybonics named after you?

> this attack on me as a
> journalist by the meowers and flonkers and the fags like scottzf and

Are you trying to qualify for HFW, Scabu, with your pathetic fag lames? And
no,
Scrappy, you are wrong about the "journailsts" in East Timor, Tibet and
Soviet
Russia. They were suppressed because they were showing totalitarian regimes
up
for what they were. They were jailed, tortured and killed.

You on the other hand, Scrappy, are not in jail. You are however, being
laughed
at by the humans on the planet because you are an idiot.

> I am glad that you have defended

If that is all you have to "defend" yourself with, you are even sadder than
you
realise.

> journalist of integrity, from these assualts

What are assualts, Scabu? Another word in the Scabu-Scrappybonics lexicon?

> and I respect you

ROFL!

This is TRUELY sad!

You really should put C&C warnings on your posts, Scrappy.

You really are clueless, aren't you, Scabu.

Here is the dictionary definition of capatalize:

- From WordNet (r) 1.6 :

capitalize
v 1: draw advantages from; "he is capitalizing on her mistake";
"she took advantage of his absence to meet her lover"
[syn: take advantage]
2: write in capital letters
3: compute the present value of a business or an income
4: consider funds as capital assets rather than as an
expenditures
5: convert into capital, as of a company's reserve funds

No, Scrappy, you plagarize other sites, claiming it to be "your" news.

And even then you still fsck it up.

No, Scabu, because you are not a journalist. You are just a piece of self
important, plagarizing trailer trash. You do not lay your life on the line
to
show opressive regimes for what they are.

and now for the proof--the following was cut and pasted from wrestlezone.com

D.O.A on Nitro tonight, Meeting with Road Dogg and Jim Ross
by Kirk Huffman (10/25/99)

- - According to Wade Keller, the Harris Twins, formerly known as D.O.A in
the
WWF, will be appearing on WCW Nitro tonight. The Harris twins have
apparently
reached a deal with World Championship Wrestling after recently being
released
from their World Wrestling Federation contracts.
Speculation is that they will debut as Vince Russo and Ed Ferrara's
bodyguards.
Keller says an angle is being played out where Russo and Ferrara will have
to
protect themselves from disgruntled WCW wrestlers.

- - Jim Ross and The Road Dogg met last week to discuss the Jeff Jarrett
situation
as well as their problems in the past. Road Dogg doesn't necassarily agree
with
Jim Ross's dealing with Jeff Jarrett's contract and was on the opposite end
of
the arguement with Ross and Bruce Pritchard.

According to Keller, the meeting went well and cooler heads prevailed. Road
Dogg
is known for being ill tempered at times, but was said to be level headed
when
speaking with Ross.

Hi

I posted last week that i wanted a poster called scottzf banned from
usenet and I was told by Scott he had been banned BUT HE IS STILL
POSTING.

Can you please ban him for a week for attacking me and the news
IMMEDIATELY.

Can you please also email me and tell me where to send further ban
requests. I would like to ban several other posters like Ward, Blub,
James Hunter, Hawk, Lillbluejoonbunni and several other spammers who
have attacked me and as a consequence the news. This will be for times
varying from 1 day for Hawk to 6 months for Ward who is the worsest.

Oh, you wanted a *global* ban? We thought you just wanted a local ban.
In order to get a global ban, you must first withdraw your local ban
request and then resubmit your global ban request.

>
>Can you please ban him for a week for attacking me and the news
>IMMEDIATELY.

No. Please see above. You must follow the rules in order to get a ban
instituted. The rules are there for a reason.

>
>Can you please also email me and tell me where to send further ban

First, you must withdraw your *local* ban request for Scott, and then
you must submit a separate *global* ban request for each person. Along
with your request, you must provide supporting documentation for each
request, typically several examples of the offending posts.

If you wish your ban requests to be honored, you really must play by
the rules. Your withdrawal of a *local* ban request for Scott, and
your *global* ban requests for the above mentioned people must be
submitted to these very same newsgroups that you have posted to.
Everything must be balanced or else we cannot act upon your request.

Thank you for understanding.

Hi

I am issuing a global request to ban a poster, ScottZf,
Sco...@dwave.net.

The justification is he is very rude, offensive and cross posts to
non relevant groups. I have attached 4 offensive posts.

Offensive Post number 1 - Calls me Scrappy and insults me.

Unfortunately, the "global" authority who responded does not exist,
and gave faulty information. One of the best things, and the worst
things, about the Internet in general and USENET in particular is that
there IS no centralised authority. This is easily demonstrated - look
for posting by those you wanted banned. You'll still see them.

The only way to effectively accomplish what you want is to submit a
REMOVE request, not globally, but to EACH AND EVERY DOMAIN from which
you want their postings banned. For example, you would post a REMOVE
request to DEJA.COM to insure that DEJA no longer carries the
offender's posts.

Make sure to include the federal archives in your submissions.
Otherwise, these posters will continue to be seen by a majority of
those sites who still gain connectivity from Federal agencies.

Good Luck,
-Local USENET admin

You're quite welcome. We like to be fair about these matters, which is
why we must follow the rules I've outlined above very strictly. If we
didn't, we might inadvertently ban someone from Usenet just because he
or she voiced an unpopular opinion or made what some consider to be an
inappropriate statement. This is for everyone's protection. After all,
you wouldn't want someone getting you banned just because of what you
said, would you?

I'm sure you understand now why we must adhere to the rules at all
times. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to reviewing
and acting upon your properly submitted ban requests.

Please let us know via the newsgroups if we can be of any further
assistance to you. Take care. Be seeing you.

With all due respect, this *USED* to be true, but the Usenet Global
Administration Authority was established in 1998 as a response to the
overwhelming amount of rabble rousers, hooligans, and troublemakers on
the Usenet Newsgroups. The enabling legislation that established the
UGAA was signed in September 1998 by President Clinton. The news
coverage was rather sparse, though, because at the time, the
Clinton/Lewinski scandal was occupying the headlines.

To Mr. Sabu424, I must state the following: the local Usenet
administrator above was trying to be helpful, but he is a little
behind the times. Clealy, sir, you may look in the Congressional
Record and read all about the establishment of the Usenet Global
Administration Authority. We are here to serve you.

By the way, we see that you have withdrawn the local ban request and
have submitted a global ban request. Your requests appear to be in the
proper format, and we will begin reviewing the requests at the start
of the business day on Friday, October 29, 1999. Please understand
that we want to be as quick as possible in responding to your
requests, but we also must follow the rules and submit your requests
for board approval. Rest assured that any delays will be minimal.

Please let us know if we can be of further service to you, and we look
forward to assisting you on any additional ban requests that you
choose to submit. Take care. Be seeing you.

You're damned right he is.Your check bounced. If you want anybody else
banned, you'll have to pay cash.

BTW, numbnuts, there is no central authority for banning people. If
you don't like a poster, well, here in Colorado we call that "too

Hi

I am issuing a global request to ban a poster, Tom Saylor,
esch...@world-premiere.com, toms...@usa.net, ursul...@HOTMAIL.COM,
euro...@HOTMAIL.COM, 44...@usa.net, losan...@iname.com.

The justification is he spams the living daylight out of Usenet with his
binary spam. He spams more than any other spammer. Despite promises
from Exodus, he is still spamming.

Sorry for the massive crosspost, but being a regular on NANAE, I've not

Take a look at some of his posts in t-netz.wrestling.wcw. He's the
real thing. Scary, isn't it.

I blame graphical user interfaces and the constantly decreasing cost
of technology for the internet presence of people like sabu424. If
computers cost more and were more difficult to use, he'd be harmlessly
trying to figure out the microphone button on a CB radio.

Indeed! This is one of the most off-topic discussions ever posted in my
usual haunt (nanae), but it is too funny to miss. It is one of my watched
threads, so I won't miss anything! My congratulations on this fine piece of
performance art. It is better than many professional comedy acts.

Jeez, I hate cross-posting, but what can one do? :-)

Yes, you have. You are anti-intelligent. You need to be banned for

Sorry, no can do. Due to the particular nature of the anarchy that is
Usenet, you must issue the rmuser command yourself. The general format
for such posts is:

cmsg rmuser n...@valid.address.at.all.org.com.edu.gov.mil.net

(carefully munged so that no-one is actually rmusered accidentally)

>Can you please also email me and tell me where to send further ban
>requests. I would like to ban several other posters like Ward, Blub,
>James Hunter, Hawk, Lillbluejoonbunni and several other spammers who
>have attacked me and as a consequence the news. This will be for times
>varying from 1 day for Hawk to 6 months for Ward who is the worsest.

As explained above. To revoke the ban, simply issue the newuser command
yourself; a process similar to that which your ISP did when you opened
your account:

cmsg 'newuser' n...@this.one.is.not.real.either

(without using the single quotes)

Of course, any abuse of this process is frowned upon, but your request
appears to be genuine. Hope this helps.

Scrappy, what are you doing about all the cmsgs being sent in groups you do
not read?
How are you going to RM them?
For example, do you subscribe to alt.sheep.normal?
I saw a whole bunch of cmsgs sent on that newsgroup on Wednesday...and no
RMs from you.
I guess you will have to subscribe to every single newsgroup there is and
read all the posts, just in case someone sends a cmsg.
BTW

cmsg newgroup alt.screwy.scabu424.scrap.scrap.scrap

For the time being, you should continue to issue RMs for the insulting
newsgroup titles. We would work on this, but we are currently
preparing your ban request submissions for review by our board. Once
these people are banned, though (and I'm confident that they will be),
the insulting newsgroup titles should stop appearing.

We expect a board decision on your ban requests sometime next week. As
I said, your submissions are formatted properly and there should be no
problems with implementing them. Thank you for your patience in this
matter.

If we may be of any further assistance to you, let us know via these
newsgroups. Take care. Be seeing you.

Yes! You can issue cmsgs for new groups with insuklting titles to them!

You can also find a diseased, dead, rotting goat and blow it.

Hey Scabu, you can own this one, too.

cmsg newgroup no_rm alt.fuckhead.Scabu424
^^^^^
See that, Scrappy? That means when this
group is created, ie. now, you can't rmgroup it. It takes
25 or more rmgroup messages for this group to be deleted.
Hahahahahahahahahaha now you are the fuckheadest...

And as for your banning me, do you really think they're
going to give you the Global Killfile for me? You know,
where an automatic killfile is given to everyone with
me in it. Somehow, Slugbox, I don't think so.

There's no way anyone this clueless could figure out

My guess is he'll turn out to be one of the AC regs
having a little fun with everyone.

Whoever he really turns out to be, I would put money on it he is not one of

You may be right, but it would take a talented
troll to pull this off, unless he's really as dumb
as his posts indicate, and that seems impossible!

Easier said than done! I wish I knew how

Stupidity, my friend, is highly irrelevant in AC.
Seems to me those trying to administrate usenet
have all been very stupid thus far. It didn't work then
and it won't work now. Society is in chaos, and so
will be their means of communication.

I've seen many idiots with their own groups and all,
but you, my friend, top them all in displaying your stupidity.
Haven't you noticed yet that the term 'lamer' is only being used
by those who actually are lame themselves?
Nobody really gets these accusations of being a 'lamer' anyway,
really, try and understand it doesn't help you.
You might learn some.

Anyone with a number in his name can go.
Oh, and lose the upper-case crap in the group-names.

I am shocked that another Australian can act in such a nasty manner.

I will immediately put in a request for a local ban for Ward
and am prepared to upgrade that to a global ban if necessary.

Please, let's at least be as polite and respectful of others as
we all normally are on usenet.

Mr. Sabu424, the person posing as Usenet Control System is an impostor
who is trying to get you into trouble. He is nothing but a phony, or,
in Usenet lingo, a troll. His instructions for using the cmsg rmuser
command are outdated. This method of removing users is no longer used
because too many people abused it. This is why the Usenet Global
Administration Authority was created.

This so called "Usenet Control System" impostor knows that ISPs no
longer honor cmsg rmuser commands unless they come from the UGAA. He
also knows that ISPs monitor any false cmsg rmuser commands issued by
their users, and that if a user issues too many of these bogus
commands, their net account is flagged as being a troublemaker. The
impostor troll is trying to get you into trouble with your ISP.

I would recommend that you submit a Global Ban Request for this
impostor. He is trying to play a cruel joke upon you, and I would
think that just this one post by him, since it is both fraudulent and
abusive, would be sufficient grounds for a Global Ban if you were to
request one.

As to your question regarding how long a poster can be banned for,
that is entirely up to you, as long as it is within reason. We feel
that the person who has been wronged should have some input on the
ban, which is why you should specify the length of the ban you are
requesting.

So far, all of your ban requests have been reasonable. Actually, you
seem to be showing some compassion to these abusers. For example, your
request to ban -=Hawk=- is only for one day, but based upon the abuse
he's perpetrated against you, combined with his Usenet posting
history, it would have been reasonable to request even a 30 day ban.

Lastly, thank you for both your patience and your help in the fight
against Usenet hate. It is people like you who make Usenet so great.

Take care. Be seeing you.
